The stay suited my purpose, a canceled flight necessitating an overnight stay. The room was well laid out, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The room was 'dated', with dirt/marks on the carpet, a well worn desk and combination bureau/microwave stand. The fan/light switch to the bathroom was broken and stuck in the 'ON' position.. The drapes were worn//torn/partially detached.

I was charged an extra $100 on my billing. I did not break, steal or move anything in the room. I have phoned over 10 times and only once was the phone answered. I have left 5 messages and have not been phoned back. The room did not have lamps in any of the work spaces. I think that this is a very corrupt operation

Used gum on table, vomit in sink, holes in wall, stains on sheets

Unfortunately this hotel is run down and no better then a $60 US motel but they charge you $200 US.
100% Non smoking hotel and the 1st room completely saturated with cigarette smell, and reeked of pot in the hallway. They moved us to a second room and were up front about the broken shower, but we found bugs in the bed.
At this point my wife and I left and drove home exhausted.
The good service part, the refunded our money.
Stay away from this hotel. Renovations will not help, it needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

Old hotel needs some upgrades to carpets, walls, beds and bedding. Breakfast needs a revamp as well.

Called to inquire about airport shuttle, no answer the first time. Called back and found out no shuttle and the clerk hung up without saying goodbye.
The hotel is older. I can see that some things have been repaired or are in the midst of being repaired but overall it looks rough around the edges for sure. Furniture is all scratched up, tub is scratched, marks on the door have been painted over in spots but the colour didn’t match so it doesn’t look nice, pull missing on one of the dresser drawers. Breakfast had poor selection, no bowls for cereal, warm milk, and old looking fruit so that was also disappointing.
Our room was incredibly spacious which was nice. It was freezing in there until we got the heater on then it was sweltering. The glass on the sliding doors must be single pane because it was very cold and sounded as if the window was open (the sound was so clear when sirens went by). The beds were comfy and we slept well. The bedding and towels were clean and smelled fresh. We had to ask for more towels as there were only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 facecloth in a room for 4 people.
There is potential with ongoing repairs and a few improvements. We were there just for a quick layover so didn’t need much.

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER! The room they put me in was so sub par, I wouldn’t put an animal in it: door handle broken, couldn’t get in nor out without wrestling the door. The stench of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Stains all over the walls and floor. Missing valance and valance frame pulling ceiling down. Torn curtains. Broken switch for fan/light to bathroom so that light and fan cannot be turned off. Bed had a sheet over the mattress pad and nothing for cover. Inside of drawers were moldy with long black hairs. Red stain on carpet by bathroom. I asked for a top sheet and was brought what felt like a curtain. I was made to stay in that room for the night. Some kind of high-pitched alarm constant in the check-in/lobby area. Broken stairs. The whole facility should be bulldozed!

Ants in the room in February…

The toilet ran and ran, you had to lift the lid and push it down to stop it. The tub had not been cleaned. There was an ant in the tub.......They are trying, the staff is lovely, bring your slippers, and for the price you'll get what you pay for.

Broken windows, old tables and a/c units laying in hallways. Cracked and water damaged ceilings. Rooms were hot af. We took one look and left.

The room was very cold and the draft from the door did not help. Had to use the two hand towels to block the 1 inch gap under the door. Good thing I packed an extra blanket.
I know that there was snow - not usual but not unexpected - the parking lot was not cleared.

This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I made the mistake of booking through a third party booking site and missed all of the reviews on Google so I’ll make sure to add my review to the booking site as well.
I’ve read some of the other older reviews this morning while waiting for my Uber to get away from this place and see responses from the owner suggesting they are renovating, this is a lie.
After calling down because the original room they gave me had hair in the bed, dirty counters and a bed that sagged.
The second room had a bed with dried blood in it and black mold in the shower.
Do not stay here.

The stuff was friendly. Room was big, cozy and clean. Everything in the room was nice. The area is great. Everything is a few minutes walk or drive from the hotel. Walmart, fuel, dining... There was simple breakfast. That's all I needed. Coffee, tea and some other drinks are available for 24 hours a day. It was nice two night stay.

The room was not remotely like the pictures on the website. It was shabby and cold, they offered a space heater. We did not stay

This has to have been the worst room I have ever had. From the blood on the floor and walls, the broken light switches, the mold in the shower, the trash under the bed, stains on the couch. The lights flickered, sink drain plug missing and tub faucet broken, heat/ac was either all heat or all a/c so you roasted or froze. Not sure how they “cleaned this” and said it was ready for anyone is beyond me.

Place was terrible
Black mold on walls , stinks , toilet looked like someone left a crap in it .
Worst hotel room ever
Looked like blood stains in rug

The room was spacious and clean. The stairwells carpets were very dirty. The wasn't an elevator in the hotel. The side door was propped open from other guests because the security lock wasn't working.

Unfortunately we had to exchange towels that were stained. We also had to wipe off the sheets as there were little hairs in one of the beds.
It's not up to Ramada standards...staff were friendly and the pool was clean. Hot tub was drained and not working.

The room was clean although in need of a paint job/ update. Liked the price, Tub jets didn't work, HVAC was unpredictable. Weird electrical for turning on and off the fireplace. Fridge and microwave worked, but the TV only had 2 clear channels. Breakfast was a minimal offering and only saw one staff person. No elecator.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was quite comfortable to stay in

Found a noticible stain on the bottom sheet of one of the beds, that should have had a clean sheet on.

The staff were unhelpful and the building and room was fairly dirty.

My only complaint was the vending machines .. the snack one didn’t work (front desk gave me my money back without a complaint) and the pop expired in 2019 was awful .. I told them about that at checkout.
Other than that I’d stay there again.

Very bad. No safety, no proper rooms.
It is not for the family. It is only for homeless folks or for drug addicts.
Honestly, we went there because of the rates but soon realised that it was not worth it. Should have paid $10-$20 extra to stay somewhere else.
Their breakfast was horrible, we couldn't eat there. We wanted a breakfast place, with this horrible food we had to eat outside.
Add that into the total budget.
They put us in smoking area rooms because we had a small dog.
We stayed for three nights..
There were please screaming every morning from 6:30 onwards. And the cops knocking on someone's door every morning. It was so uncomfortable.
There were people who were smoking in their rooms.
Some drug activity was happening there.
OMG I thought about leaving that place but they said that the money will be charged for three nights anyway..😡..
Everytime we came back to the hotel our key cards didn't work..I had to go in the office to get it activated.
We couldn't leave our items there
It was such an unsafe place.
I know it's cheaper but don't stay there, it is a risk your life. I couldn't sleep there properly. It was extremely uncomfortable, unsafe and filthy place.

Older building & extremely dirty on top of that. Missing wallpaper & ceiling patched etc.

Staff is welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is very basic. Different bread options. The Propert has been around for decades and it shows its age.

The girl at the desk was friendly and polite but the property is very dirty, run down and the hallway smells old and moldy. If it wasn’t snowing in the mountains we would have just left and continued. Would not recommend and will not come back.

Strange room layout, tv remote didnt work, in-room phone didnt work, dresser broken, tv way too high to watch and in an odd position, breakfast options a joke, cleaned the room but didnt leave replacement cups, tv was unplugged, toilet running and had to constantly fix it, heating system not easy to figure out, lots of strange carpet stains, way over priced.

Facility was clean but old & tired

Hotel is in a state of disrepair. Paint peeling, bathtub doesn’t hold water, lobby doors hanging strange.
One crib available for entire hotel which was already taken by another guest.

Hotel was definitely a 1*!! I booked a king suite, pet friendly. It was not welcoming room and only a double bed. I think this hotel caters to a certain demograph. Just the most disgusting hotel ive ever booked. I thought... it must be pretty good since its a Ramada! I was wrong! I checked out quicker than i checked in. I called expedia right aesy and requested a refund.

The property is very tired, but seemed that they are trying hard to make a go of this area.
Beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast included is a huge plus & perfect for what we needed.
Proximity to airport was our drawing card.

the beds were comfortable, but the pillow cases had a faint smell of bleach . an extra rinse would help.

Arrived and had to get our room changed due to the dank smell. Curtains were stained and dirty.
Being a Ramada property we expected better quality. This is like a broken down motel. Shady characters hanging around outside. Sirens going off all night. Would not recommend this hotel.
