My reservation was messed up in Hotels.com and the hotel was full for the first night. The lady at the checkin desk found me a room at a hotel near by for the first night. The rest of my stay was at Homewood Suites and was very nice.
All of the workers were extremely nice and helpful.

The parking available isn’t necessarily truthful, there is parking available a quarter of a mile away unless you choose the 40$ a day valet service. There is no one at the front desk.

The room was great, the shower was amazing, the bed was absolutely horrible. I've never been so ready to get home sleep in my own bed!
5.0
Good location in Bricktown. Right on trolley line, easy access to canal and downtown. Quiet. Comfortable. Well equipped. Good breakfast although it ends awfully early. Bed could have been better.
5.0
The hotel was nice along with free breakfast. The only surprise cost was for parking due to location of hotel in Bricktown.
3.0
The elevators would not work and then only one would work so you would have to wait 10 mins to go up or down. The parking is expensive and there was no ice machine on our floor.
10.0
The staff were extremely nice and attentive. The room was clean and house keeping was offered when you would like it. The breakfast was good. Convenient for walking around and several good eats close by. Workout room was clean and convenient. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

Very nice place to stay. No USB ports in the rooms. No bell service to help with bags when leaving. Great air conditioning and I liked the ceiling fan in the room!

Nice hotel overall. We had a significant wait checking in - after 15 min when I got to the counter Cesar would not let me check in as my husband was parking the car… his name was on our Expedia acct, even though my card was used to book the property. I got my husband on the phone to get his permission but that was still not good enough. So went again to the back of the long line so another 15 min wait…. Whew- got my husbands id though 🙄. The room was listed as sleeping 6 (we were in a 2 q suite) - we returned late in the evening due to an event we were attending and realized there were no blankets for the sleeper bed. My daughter went to the front desk and was told they didnt have any blankets but housekeeping could bring some “later”. I called down to the front desk to see what “later” meant as it was almost midnight and we didn’t want to be waiting hours for the blankets. They did come within 15 minutes - but man, why wouldn’t the front desk be able to give out a couple blankets? Then - the next morning we realize as we are showering there are only 3 towels - in this supposed 6 person suite. We went and tracked our own down from housekeeping but just felt like some of the basics were definitely lacking in our stay. Oh - and the pillows were the worst ice experienced ANYWHERE!! We had two queen beds with 1 large flat as a pancake pillow each and 2 very small flat pancake pillows (like the size of an accent pillow).
Breakfast was food, other than very watered-down coffee.

We love staying here, it is so close to the river walk with so many activities & dining options.

Only negative is the pool was not heated and was too cold for the children to enjoy. Other than that it was an all- around, fantastic stay for our family.

Staff was friendly and very helpful- going beyond expected.

Having a night club directly across the street was not a pleasant thing. Music so loud until 2 am made getting a good night sleep impossible. For reference, we were even on the 6th floor, a few rooms from the front of the building. Ask for other side of hotel, 10th floor if noise is an issue. That might be better. Other than that this hotel was very well maintained and the staff was super nice.

The hotel & staff itself were fantastic! The pool is indoor but definitely not heated and was freezing!
Across the street are night clubs, so if you stay on a Friday & Saturday be prepared for EXTREME NOISE, at least where we were on the side by the clubs!! The noise didn’t die down until about 2 am and there were about 15 cops cars lining the street between the hotel and clubs! So if you have kids ask for a room not on the side of the clubs… maybe it will help! Again l, staff and hotel cleanliness was Great! Location… AWFUL!

The hotel promotes that provides parking. However it doesn’t mention that you have to pay for it. So the cost is $34 for one night tip for the valet. Around $50 total. And then if you’re looking for an alternative there’s another parking but you have to pay as well.

Enjoyed being able to walk to locations.

The elevator situation at check out was a nightmare. There are only 3 elevators for both hotels and there was no service elevator for the housekeeping staff. It took over 20 minutes to be able to get on an elevator that had space to go down. And then stopped at every floor, with a full elevator. In talking to others waiting, it has happened to them before here and not a one time occurrence.

Parking options were not explained and therefore, I spent far more on parking than anticipated.

I was very happy with this property. It's close to everything, it's got a pool, and it's got a continental breakfast. The rooms were very clean. No mold in the washrooms and no weird stains on the carpets or sheets. The Hilton is a modestly priced hotel with wonderful standards and amenities.

Generally, I liked everything we used, though we were not able to make use of all the amenities because we were out all day at the convention we attended. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bedroom was rather dim and there was no way to increase it when more light was needed.

Very easy checkin. Quiet, and very spacious

The hotel is clean and in a very good location if you plan on walking around the Bricktown or Downtown area of OKC. The continental breakfast was agreeable, the rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I wish that they has an on site self parking option but other than that, it is a very nice hotel and my wife and I very much enjoyed our stay.

It's a GREAT hotel! The staff is excellent! This is my 2nd time here this year.

The lack of self parking is the only thing that disappointed me about this location. That being said, the parking garage is only about a three to four minutes walk.

We enjoyed the property.....rooms were comfortable....staff were extremely helpful and courteous....the only thing I would recommend is update bed to be a little more comfortable and furniture.

Staff was helpful. And room was nice and comfy.

Great location for visiting Bricktown in OKC. The web site did not make obvious, or i missed, that there is no free parking. Valet said a 5 minute walk to not use them. Actually more like three. Parking garage versus valet was $20/night. Otherwise, great hotel. New. Roomy. Friendly folks. Sink didn't drain on a Sunday check in. They had maintaince folks available ON A SUNDAY to take care of the issue. Over-all extremely pleased!

Good location in the Bricktown area of OKC. A lot of restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is attached to the Hilton Garden Inn. Has a really nice breakfast and happy hour set up.

Great downtown location, spacious clean rooms

My check-in time was for 1500, my group and I didn't arrive until closer to 1515, only to be told that the room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes before we were given a different room that was already clean. We also discovered that the bathroom shevles were dirty and we found food underneath the beds, who knows how long it had been since under the beds was vacuumed.

I really liked staying here, staff was great, friendly and helpful. Just wished parking was a bit more convenient. Yes they have valet, but if you want to park yourself, you have to go down the street a bit for the garage and walk back. Its do-able but wish it was a bit closer :)

I felt very safe staying here with my kiddos and the staff was very nice and met all my needs will be staying here again

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms. Great view of baseball field. But I do not like the fact that the TVs are not a smart tv so that you can stream movies on Netflix ect.
