Gorgeous little hotel nested in the trees! (20mn walk to Ubud). Bedroom was large enough for a 6-night stay and we truly enjoyed the large balcony. Bathroom was large and AC/wifi worked perfectly. Best part , as mentioned by other travelers, is the staff! They are all so nice, friendly, attentive to detail, courteous, that they really deserve a special mention! They make this place really special! Other strong points of the lodge are: 1) Spa, which is really nice, clean and with excellent professional services. 2) Food & beverages: the food was excellent, fresh, tasty and we ended up having dinner every night there. Cocktails were also very well prepared and delicious. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! Cannot wait to go back!

I was happy as I initially got a room that was next to a group and I could hear a lot of noise. I requested for them to change it and they immediately changed my room. The rooms were clean, of course the property is in tropical area so expect mosquitoes and bugs. Prepare yourself for mosquitos all over ubud. I think the interiors of the room could be a little better, they were missing a few things like t, wifi the breakfast was also very average and issuing a lot f. Egan options. However I was overall happy with their service was poor,

You must be joking? I tried to cancel my stay due to the current travel restrictions but HOTELS.COM are UNFAIR and MONEY HUNGRY as they wouldn't let me cancel my stay. Rest assured I WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM.

Hotel was located on by river valley with great views across the valley and lovely hearing the relaxing water sounds. I just wish the construction on the other side of the valley had completed. It was a great place to relax and participate in Yoga.

Amazing hotel! Such a beautiful property with stunning rooms. The staff and breakfast were great too. And in thr best neighborhood in Ubud. Walking distance to some of the most delicious restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

This was not mentioned as a wellness retreat online. My room was directly behind a house who had tons of chickens and roosters who screamed all night. While the breakfast was good, it was vegetarian and very healthy.

Tranquil hotel with great location away from busy Ubud centre but close enough to walk or use free shuttle. A must do activity is the nearby Campuhan Ridge walk.

Gorgeous hotel nice staff everything about this hotel is amazing we didnt like the balcony of the deluxe room i booked so i asked for another room so they upgraded us to the junior suite which was amazing with a stunning view of the river .. the only down side is they told me on the phone air port pick up was 400,000 rupiah and at check out is was 560,000 - but i accepted it as we were upgraded to one of their best suites for no extra cost so it all works out just dont like that they changed the price

Extremely disappointed! Although the hosts were all very polite and the hotel set in lush natural surroundings the owners have not exploited the opportunity to create a sensational quiet peaceful setting. The buildings were of a very poor standard which obviously required ongoing maintenance as the banging,sawing, planing and tapping was the continual ambience through the day into the early evening. Our room was next to the office and guards where from daylight to dark there was the sound of never ending scraping on wooden chairs being scraped across the concrete tiled floors- in addition there was a continual orchestra of farm yard animals including chickens geese and roosters who tried to compete with the sounds of building tools in an endless symphony. If considering this place I would highly recommend a permanent set of earphones with your choice of music playing endlessly both through the night and the day- sorry I cant be more upbeat :(

Beautiful resort with fantastic river views. Far enough away from the noise and hustle of Ubud village but still only a 15 minute walk away. Our junior suite was spacious, clean and beautiful. The food was fresh and flavoursome and the staff so friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very accomidating to everything we wanted to do and went out of their way to make our arrangments for us. The shuttle to downtown Ubud was also very helpful.

Location was beautiful but the site was let down by hazardous walking conditions, rooms without phones or fridges and no poolside bar service. The open air rooms were also difficult to clear of mosquitoes.

Had an amazing stay. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we loved it. The staff were extremly friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely and the resort was very peaceful. Lovely room and very comfy bed. All in all we had a lovely resttful stay......we will definitely be back!
