Had no issues with staff. Site from room was amazing. Had pool was cold but still good swimming. Restaurant in hotel was great with great food and great workers. (10/10). Issues was we found trash under the beds. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to pay to park at a lot a block away and constantly was getting asked for food or money from locals. Wouldnt recommend area if you have kids.

Place was convenient! Room was dirty, shower walls hair in it soap scum, dirty bedding, odor in halls, did not get continental breakfast due to disco, had to pay for parking also due to disco, charged for keys and did get money back told they shouldn’t of done that, went to disco and came back and things in room distributed.
4.0
We stayed one night for the worlds largest disco. It was great! Only complaint is the amount of kids running around both days unattended and the strong smell of drugs in our hallway.

Overall a good stay! The room was huge and everything was comfy and cozy! Pretty good location as well

We liked the location, close to our event at the convention center. It was also quiet in the hotel, couldn't hear other guests. Did not like the elevators. Had to wait a long time for the elevator.

Great property. Good location. Pillows were too flat.

The hotel was fine, just a little outdated. Spacious corner with views of the city. Reggie at the front desk was very professional and helped me out with printing a few documents. Breakfast was normal average hotel breakfast, nice server.
4.0
The parking was a little difficult with unloading and then having to find a spot.
2.0
Downtown area was not the most pleasant part of Buffalo I have ever stayed in. Hotel lobby is run down and parking is a block away. Room was great, spacious and bed was very comfortable.
2.0
Hotel was fine but the pillows were flat. Pool was broke which really upset my kids. Worked for what we needed but definitely could have been better.

The free wifi didn’t work in my room, so they gave me a special “premium member” “coupon code” to connect to a third party wifi service. I had to give a credit card and now, weeks later, am seeing a recurring charge from this company, whose website is pretty clearly bogus. I’m having to go through a disputed charge process with my credit card company.
In short: Not a serious option for business travel.
Additionally, the neighborhood felt very unsafe at night. Large homeless presence in the small park immediately in front of the property and tons of road construction everywhere around.
4.0
The hotel itself was great.
The streets around were all closed for construction which was difficult for checking in and parking.
There were many homeless begging, hanging around or the really disgusting peeing in the park right outside.

Hotel needs an update for sure. Mattresses are worn out and sagging carpet was tattered and torn, stains all over it. There is no parking? The Park directly in front of the hotel if full of homeless people and addicts. Not recommended.
5.0
No parking and a lot of detours with construction
5.0
I liked the location and the convenience of my stay.
1.0
It was just very inconvenient having to park down the street in a garage because the $750 a night room had no parking on site. Note could you even drive up to the front door with your bags because of the construction out front. The staff was not very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was gross.

Great service

The pool was cold, and no good way to make tea in the room. The Keurig machine makes coffee flavored tea, and the microwave set the cup on fire.
Plus parking is down the street in a parking lot.

Easy to get to from the border, walking distance to the ball field, dining options nearby.

I paid for a deluxe suite with a City view. They put us in room 611. It had one small window with a view of a brick wall. Felt like we were in a basement. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Just awful.
I would not stay there again

Location was excellent. Breakfast was not so good, but it was available for an extra fee. If you're staying for more than a couple of days, you must request housekeeping service.

Pretty rough area with young kids after school. Hotel was clean but needed updating.

Excellent property and super convenient easy walking distance to location of interest that I had travelled for. Front Desk staff were excellent, in particular, Courtney, who was courteous and provided support needed, such as directions etc.
