wish 0 stars was available! This is the absolutely the worst hotel EVER!! I booked through Expedia, when I arrived I was told there was a 100 deposit due. Went to have dinner and came back to watch some tv, no remote. Front desk girl through it to the room 45 mins later. The remote did not work the tv. I spend the next few mins trying to find channels. I walked back down the the lobby and told the receptionist no channels were coming in! She laughs then says oh the cable guy will be here Tuesday, the cable was t working at this time! Then the room itself!! The floors were extremely dirty, like it hasn’t seen a vacuum since 1999! Horribly done patches on all walls! Floors are also sticky. Customer service is non/existent, very rude, will straight up up lie to your face. I called Expedia to refund my room. I checked out faster then I checked in! Hotel manager “rejected my refund” request from Expedia, because I was there for 2 hours. What a joke!

Everything was just as it was shown on the website. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to friends and family

This is not a real hotel!! Do not stay here!! It is used just for drugs and a place for a lady of the night to work (if you know what i mean)! If you book online you will not get a refund! My fiancé and I had to run away from this hotel! We saw a lady when we pulled up doing the same thing! The front desk girl said this happens every day! Don't stay here!! It is not safe!! I can't stress this enough, it is not safe.

My room was broken into after being gone only 2 hours. It did not have a garbage can or towels for after I showered. The bed had dirty sheets and one side was so used it had a big dip I kept ending up in. They did not have another room to move me too. This was an awful experience.

What i didnt like about my first night is that the tv didnt work

The check in process is horrible and takes so much time. You would think that you are buying the place. Our booking said it was a king size bed but it's only a double. This seems like fraud. They couldn't take my credit card for the mandatory one hundred dollar deposit so I had to use cash. The maintenance is really bad and everything is very dirty, Except the sheets and bedding do seem to be clean. No kleenex and only a partial roll of toilet paper.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL THAT YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ADVERTISING. 1. The key card would not work to open the door 2. That first room only had one queen bed and I needed to. 3. The second room had to clean beds in it unfortunately the room was not clean. The floors were sticky and there was still defecation in the toilet. I was also told by the hotel employee that sometimes the refrigerator works and sometimes it doesn't, sometimes the TV works and sometimes it doesn't. In general it was the worst hotel experience I have ever ever had

Room was super dirty. Looked like it wasn’t even vacuumed between bookings. Area seemed very sketchy and loud.

It was the worst motel room we've ever stayed in. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep, but if we turned it off, we were too hot. No hangers, No trash can, No chair for the desk, no TV, a microwave, but no refrigerator. We were booked for 7 nights. We checked out the next morning.

I booked on Expedia. The booking said there would be a $50 deposit. When I got there, they said the deposit was $100. Expedia also said I could have up to 3 guests. When I got there, I had to sign a piece of paper that said I could have 0 guests (due to covid). At check in, no one was allowed inside. I had to wait outside in the heat. The room smelled like an ash tray. The smell was on me and my suitcase after being in there for a couple hours. My friend commented that I stunk and rolled down the windows of her car after she picked me up. The room looked heavily stained. The pictures on the booking were a lie. There were no table lights, no tv, it looked like they had been stolen (cords still plugged in to the wall). There was a mirror facing the bathroom. I suspected a camera was hiding behind it. That’s the feeling I got. I made sure not to be naked in front of it. I booked 3 nights, but only stayed the first night. After that I crashed on someone’s couch. I can’t believe I wasted money on this place. I would not stay again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Semen stains everywhere, crumbs and trash in room, could not understand what Person in front was saying due to the thick bullet proof glass and him talking 5 feet away from me, I walked in the room and immediately left and got another hotel

Staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Computer system was down and once it came back on to get me checked in it was slow and the staff had no idea what they were doing, I got handed another guest’s ID. Upon entering the room it was dirty, the carpet was unclean and coming off the ground. The bathroom sink did not work, there was a leaky faucet with water all over the bathroom, screws and debris from who knows what scattered everywhere. Instantly left the room and requested a refund and my deposit back. They “do not do refunds” and did not issue a refund, however my security deposit was voided. Terrible experience.

Lots of people smoking around the property.

Blood stains on the sheets, floor was not vaccumed, Smelled like cigarettes, daughter did not want to go into the shower, sheets were dirty, No amenities like tv, microwave, refrigerator.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. Immediately wanted a refund, but it was not given.

I was change room 2 times. First had dirty sheet an comforter, no tv. Second in addition of first, didn’t have hot water. And third room dirty carpet, no tv and very noisy. I don’t have experience like this.

Don’t stay here, dirty, coffee and blood on walls. Carpet is dirty and room was not cleaned before our stay. Had clean sheets. Drug dealer in parking lot. No tv no cable no Wi-Fi. Didn’t have a garbage can in room. Didn’t have a chair in room. They wouldn’t give money back on room if you paid on line. Front desk is terrible. Supper 8 motel next door has been converted into a homeless camp, so homeless walking around area. No coffee machine. They want $ 100.00 deposit for this gross property. Good luck if you stay here.

I reserved two beds and only got one. The room was filthy. The sink was in disrepair. There was no blanket for the bed. The tv didn’t work. Check in time was different than advertised-later. Had to check in outside. Clerk was incredibly slow and unhelpful. We didn’t stay. I’d rather take a hit on my credit card than stay there. Never seen anything so bad as this.

This was by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, the bathroom had hair all over it. The tub drain did NOT drain, the sink had a ball of hair in it. They only gave us 1 towel knowing there were 2 people, no wash clothes and 1 hand towel. The noise during the night was ridiculous with partying tweakers. I do not recommend staying at this hotel!!!!

Horrible wasn’t worth the low price never again

The shower was broken, the tv did not work and there was no trash can in the room. Only 2 towels and the room was disgusting ove4all. To top it all off, the general manger was unprofessional and actually threatened to rase the price because of an unquiry on how long it takws to check in. It took 45 minutes and the manager also told me i could leave if i wanted because he didn't care about my reservation. He said the rooms were doubled booked anyhow and i would be doing him a favor. I will never go back. Book at the motel 6 acrossthe street. Its LUXURIOUS compared to this dump!

Garbage dumpster was overflowing garbage on the ground TV didn’t work in the room dirty neighborhood

While it was very spartan, at 60 bucks it rocked. Plus they are refurbishing the place soon. Great access to food, roads and services.

This placee is an unsafe dump! Do NOT stay here.

The room for non smoking stinks like cigarettes

We left after an hour. Most disgusting hotel I've ever been to in my life. Stains on the beds, holes, floor wasn't vacuumed no TV curtain didn't even close all the way. People yelling walking by banging on the door. Scary experience I thought someone was going to bust through the door at any moment. Felt like I was in a scary movie!!! I'll have to upload pictures it was awful.

Felt like I walked straight into a tweeker zone. Had what looked like throw up remnants on the table in the first room given and very unclean floors. The second room I was given I was downgraded to a smaller bed and room, cabinets were missing doors and drawers. I’m assuming someone stole the shower curtain and table lamps from the room as well. Only one thin sheet. One of the worst places I’ve stayed at.

There was a human trafficing ring running out of one of the rooms that the police had to bust. The room had no phone to call for help. Here was semen on the headboard and feces on the wall. The lock didn't work and had been replaced with a pin lock. The entire place was filthy. There was graffiti all over the room, there were fluid residue and stains on every surface.
