No tv asked multiple times for a tv never got one. Terrible service asked when I was out for day to fix tv. Never got done.

Hotel experience was amazing! Staff was helpful & friendly. Room was spacious & comfortable . Will definitely be our go to when visiting Bemidji. Close to the downtown area.

In Bemidji for a wrestling tournament. Appeared our room was upgraded! Very nice place to stay close to Sanford Center. Worth the 2 minute drive!

This is a basic, no-frills stay. Rooms have kitchenettes so you can bring in and prepare food, but there is no restaurant or continental breakfast. There are no amenities. All that is fine for a quick overnight stay for business, but my room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel. It was fine for a low-budget no frills stay, but I will probably choose another place next time I am in Bemidji for work.

Nice location, front desk staff very nice. Room was nice however, it was NOT clean, hair in the shower, shower floor slimy feel. Floor was dirty, food pieces in several places. Bathroom knobs were dirty with dust and hair.

Our stay at this hotel was awesome! From check-in with Teresa to questions and amenities with Ryan, we were well taken care of.

We did not know what to expect as we typically stay at Marriott properties.
It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, they have a spot where there are things for borrow, such as board games.

The room was set up for long term stays, as such, there were several chairs, nice. Everything was in good shape. All the bottles of shampoo etc were full and clean.

The property was so clean but what stood out the most was staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Hard to articulate how that impacts a stay!! Will absolutely stay here again next time we visit the area!

Everything was good at this hotel. The only complaint I have was the shower in our room was not very good. Water pressure was very low and hardly get any water from it and wasn't hot enough.

Loved the fully equipped kitchenette. Bonus was free guest laundry. I stayed nights 5 & 6 of a bike tour so appreciated all the amenities.

We enjoyed the property itself but Bemidji didn’t open until 11 am and it was very inconvenient.

The staff was so friendly and extra patient and helpful when problem solving a confirmation number issue directly with Hotels.com as they never received the correct information from them. They helped me navigate for well over an hour directly with an agent from Hotels.com to rebuild a new reservation and saved me from having to find new last minute accommodations. I missed one of the events I was arriving in town for but ultimately happy with the comfort of my hotel. The booking process and extended problem solving with Hotels.com, not too happy with.

Room 217 has an issue with the circuit breaker kept flipping off in the bathroom and the safe needs the batteries replaced. Hopefully management reads this as the front desk person could have cared less about it and never wrote it down when I mentioned it to her. We stayed 2 more nights and nothing was ever done. The plug does work for about 5 minutes after resetting so not a big deal yet. Otherwise the rooms are in nice shape and you can walk to a grocery store.

We’ve stayed here before and that’s why we chose this location again. Everything was good except for the cleanliness of the bathtub and bathroom area (the tub had a ton of hair all over the bottom and you can tell the sink area wasn’t cleaned properly) also the refrigerator was dirty. I had brought Clorox wipes and a disinfecting spray with us due to my children having some medical conditions so I cleaned the room when we checked in myself. Also, one of the towels my daughter went to use after showering was blood stained so that was pretty disgusting. Other than these issues our stay of 9 days here was good.

We were on the second floor. A guest above us on the third floor could be easier heard walking around, and for a long period of time. It was very loud.

I called to tell the clerk I would be a bit later than 6:00 and she said, "no problem." Later I checked in and she greeted me with a smile and we had a nice conversation. This morning I checked out and she was still pleasant considering she worked until midnight and was back at work this morning when I checked out about 8:30. Will stay here again as it is easy to get to and from my relatives.

Came in town for a hockey game with a bunch of friends and family..this place was nice and roomy...like the kitchenette with a large fridge and sink

Checking in the internet was not working. We were disappointed that we received No housekeeping in three days we stayed. TV cable kept tripping, had to reset breaker.
