I stay here 12 days. The hotel is wonderful. the price and quality are perfect. fresh breakfasts, the room is clean and cleaning is done when you need it, no problem. the staff is very friendly. the hotel is very safe! Thank you!

The property is nice because it is new. However, we were in the building with no elevator. I have a bad knee and it was difficult getting to the 3rd floor. Upon check in around 6:00 we were told our room wasn’t ready. We waited for over 40 minutes. This is frustrating since 3:00 is the stated check-in time.

They need to clean better those rooms in general. Towels and pillows need to be replaced for new ones or better quality.

The cleaning people is not good. They don’t leave towels and water at the room. And the girl who serve the breakfast the have actitud.they have no respect for the guest. So they need to be respectful.

I liked that it was close to shopping center, and restaurants. Right across the way. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was dirty didn’t even have towels until I asked for them. The shower was the most dirtiest thing.

We enjoy our stay. Everything we wanted to do was at a walking distance. Great location. We felt safe walking around .

We entered our room and the bathroom smelled like it had just been used, even the light and exhaust fan were on.
We were about to shower and there were no towels for us, we had to call the front desk to make the request. Bedding didn’t smell clean. Definitely not a good experience for us.

It was a bad experience ; the light gone on the hotel and we had to move to another hotel , and the sleep inn hotel didn’t want to give us back the money

The room is not clean and small, the wall is dirty, the bathroom is not clean either. No refrigerator. The room looks a lot better in pictures than in reality. The entrance door was partially broken and the room was noisy all day.

Entrance is nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Needs update on matresses and pillows. However, the breakfast was so good and had variety! Also, the cook or person serving and cleaning at the kitchen was kind,friendly and profesional!

The time to check in was inadequate since the lady in the front desk took her sweet time to attended us and she was doing nothing but pretending to be busy with paperwork.
This property it’s super dirty, room was dirty as well as sheets, pillows and specially the floor was filthy. The shower had some sort of mold and windows too. I personally will not stay here ever again. Food is included but is limited.

Property is new overall, staff is nice. The only constructive criticism I have is that there isn’t much to do walking distance however, everything else was good!

My mom had a great time at the Sleep in Tijuana. The place is convenently located in main avenues, and close to a mall. She was greeted byt the staff and they offered her assistance 24hrs, to me this is great becasue i was a bit worried about secuirty in the area.
The rooms were super clean, and safe. We rented a car and parked for free at the hotel. There is a security pod to watch over the entry. Breakfast was included and the food options were perfect! Chilaquiles and fruit my favorites!
Highly recommend this hotel, their great and friendly staff and best buck for your stay in Tijuana!

Need to improve the parkin lot .some of my staff have stolen in 20 min i go in and out front my truck bed. The close parkin space is reservation for othe company and the space for guess hotel is were is not security o lights.

We have been staying here since it 1st opened. It’s a nice place close to many food and shopping options. The hotel is getting a little run down. Not the cleanest. Hopefully they don’t let it get too bad.

Hotel itself and the rooms are clean. However, the hotel advertises hotel shuttle transportation, and this was a crucial key deciding factor when we booked the hotel due to our late night airport arrival and multiple children.
When we arrived to call in for the shuttle, we were told that they did not have staff available for the shuttle any more to call back in 1 hour. When I did, we got the runaround telling us that the driver responsible for transportation left on a "family emergency", and they had no one else. This was April 14th, with no major events or holidays happening, we had to get an uber to the hotel at 11:35pm which we were trying to AVOID due to security/safety reasons. Major inconvenience and false advertising that tried to sour our night. If the service is not offered, notify your current bookings and if its no longer available do not advertise it!
