We had several options, but wanted a place in the square. We were very happy with this choice. Staff was friendly and room was clean with a lot of space. We certainly want to come here again. I always go to Dahlonega several times a year and this was another reason to come back. Thank you!!

Great location! Walking distance to so many things. Wineries 10-20min drive. Highly recommend!

Easy walking distance of Dahlonega downtown main shopping and historic area. Also easy walk to the Holly Theater. Historic old building, but appears to have been completely renovated in recent past. Excellent building security. The only downside was intermittent cable TV interruptions, but wasn't there for the TV viewing. Only a few blocks away from North Georgia College.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the hotel has a cool vibe. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Only complaint is that it's probably time for the mattress to be replaced in Room #102. Big dip in the left side and the springs are starting to be felt. But overall a super place to stay. 5 stars!

This place was absolute perfect for location! After unloading my car we didn’t get back in it till we checked out. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very nice and we were able to enjoy wine tasting on our own time.

Located in a perfect area! The hotel was a lovely size and felt like the comfort of home in the lobby. Their cat “mascot” was adorable and made my daughter’s stay even more special!

Very charming place, the staff were welcoming and friendly. On-site parking and also free parking across from the front of the hotel. It is within a short walk to the Dahlonega square, you are able to see it from the front porch of hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Will definitely recommend and return to stay here.

I've been to Dahlonega before and enjoyed my time, so I decided to bring a friend on this trip. The hotel was very close to the town square, which made it possible to just leave the car parked and walk around town. Room was clean and comfortable; staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance of everything (food, shopping, etc..). When we first arrived we noticed a decent sized public parking area right in front of the hotel and a parking area specifically for those staying at the hotel located beside it (it's small but we never had an issue with parking there). We were greeted fairly quickly upon walking into the lobby and the guy (unfortunately I can't remember his name) that greeted us was very kind and informative. I will say (and I'm not sure if it's due to the building being older or what) there was a very odd/bad smell in the lobby area (but it was only in the lobby area so not a huge deal). The hotel was clean and had everything we needed as far as amenities go. Sound does carry more through the walls, but most of those around us seemed to be courteous with noise levels and the hotel has a sign posted about that in the elevator so you're aware. The elevator inspection was expired (about 2 months expired) so they should definitely get that situated as soon as possible for the safety of the guests. Overall I do highly recommend staying here, as it's a beautiful building, had friendly staff, and is a perfect location for staying in Dahlonega.

Love the charm. Beautiful lobby and nice room. Much more interesting than a big chain hotel. Great location and we appreciated the free EV charger. Noise was a bit of a problem which they are aware of since they leave ear plugs on the night stand. The fridge wasn't working which we didn't realize until checking out and we had to toss all our food. Overall nice though. Friendly staff but know that their check in times and cancelation policy has zero flexibility.

Hotel was very clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, they had an internet connection problem (they had just changed providers) during our stay that caused major TV issues (they use HULA streaming service) and caused us to be without AC during 1 night of our stay.

This is a treasure! We had a spacious room that was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is beautifully updated and nothing is overlooked. The AC/heating system has a control for humidity which I'm sure is huge to those with asthma or allergies. The simply access to the hotel and our room (even after hours when we checked in) was super convenient. The hotel's tasting room was such fun and a real treat. The staff is super friendly and we enjoyed our wine tasting with her. We spent my husband's birthday at the hotel and loved it. We will go back.
