good location but the property was not in the best condition. there was a lot of damage to the walls and no housekeeping. however very nice view from the apartment.

We would highly recommond this property (3137) to anyone. The 2bed apartment was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax. The hotel facilities were amazing and the convenience and location was great. We had great communication before and during our stay with Holiday Holiday and we will definitely return in the future

We booked this apartment for 3 nights. We arrived at 7:30pm out of check in hours. I brought groceries to cook dinner. Every single plate, pot, pan and piece of cutlery was soiled with dried food or had a greasy film over it. I had to go down to coles and buy washing up liquid, scouter and spray detergent and clean everything before I could cook. Also found rubbish under a bed, hair and scum in the bathroom, hair and dirt in the master bed. The apartment was also run down and old. Advised reception in check out, they weren’t interested, just told us they would inform housekeeping. I emailed them the next day as I wasn’t happy with the response. Asked them to refund the cleaning fee as it wasn’t clean and I had to do it myself which is unacceptable. They flat out refused. This company do not provide adequate cleaning services as advertised, so they’ve taken my money for nothing. I have used other agents to rent out in this building who have been fantastic to deal with. STAY CLEAR OF HOLIDAY HOLIDAY!

Excellent location, close to everything, well setup with great amenities. Only quibble is check in is a bit of a hassle if you’re outside of the very limited window.

Location and outlook over ocean and pool was excellent. Finding the parking was a bit of a trial but once found was good. A lot of walking to find the office to get the key. Clean and tidy with good bedding and everything a family would need. But, the very large slding door to the balcony fell off the rollers when I first opened it. Lost 3 hours getting that sorted and it was fixed the following day Washing machine failed to pump out on 3rd night so we took our wet washing home with us. Furniture dated & bathroom surrounds swollen from water damage. Comfortable but need refurbishment.

Beautiful Lagoon pool, great size apartment with a separate bedroom for the kids, excellent location in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The outdoor pool was very cold (not heated), however, the kids just went in the spa and loved it, there is a heated indoor pool as well. It was reasonably priced and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Great location. Fantastic apartment with everything we needed. No wifi though. Don’t know whether I missed the memo but couldn’t access any internet. Overall though, we can’t fault our stay. We’ll be back

It was amazing, the view we had was awesome we had the most beautiful sunrises in the mornings, we were central to everything we wanted to do on our holiday, the only thing that I would change is the mattress on the main bed as it was to hard

The location was great....Coles and other shops underneath. There was a problem with lifts not working which caused a HUGE problem.

Great stay/large apartment, views, location, will be back. Cons are minor - 1. Lifts slow 2. No A/C in foyers whilst waiting long periods for lifts. 3. Odd check out re parking - you need access card to get out of hotel car park. So have to pack car, leave hotel car park, navigate busy one way streets, park again in Coles and then go back in and drop keys off. Need to sort out remote exit.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent for first 5 days. But after that only due to coronavirus the hotel had to shut down all the common facilities. So we couldn't use the swimming pool and BBQ area. But hey beach wasn't too far away.

My family spent the weekend of 14 - 17 February on a 3 bedroom apartment, level 18, room 1181. First important thing to mention is that this is an apartment in the Mantra. This makes it difficult when you are looking for Holiday Holiday.

we stayed on level 17 tower 2 and we loved it beautiful view close to the shops and everything you need around you and family friendly. the pool is amazing. happy to go there again

Only knock on this place was the cleanliness of the sheets and quilt covers which had several unnecessary stains..

First impression was not good, we stuck to the floor, it was visibly dirty, sheets were stained, there were no face washers, no tissues, stains all over the lounges, the overall feel was not great, the place had been clearly neglected and the photos supplied were not accurately at all. Disappointed!

Great recreation areas in site for the kids. Its a Conveiently placed property. It is 20yrs old though and it shows in parts. The property managers were also a bit stingy with washing up liquid, towels and blankets and condiments etc. We were a family of 4 staying for a week. We were supplied with one towel each. It was cold and there were no extra blankets

We loved the location. The rooms were specious and comfortable. We felt st home straight away. The grounds were beautiful, pool, spa etc. would definitely use again. Good value for money too.

Receptionists were very polite and kind, room was very clean with ocean view. very convenience location, eat shop downstairs, free parking. However bathroom needs renovation, some furniture in the room was really old. The air-con heat was not working in the main bedroom. No one fixed it because it was weekend.
