We booked the house for a week for 2 families (11 people). The house is super clean, huge & beautiful, nice decorations, very big rooms, comfortable beds & lots of areas to chill out. Great location and the view from outside and from some of the rooms at nights is priceless. The air conditioning works very good and there are many fans around the house. Laundry room was clean and with lots of racks to hang out bathing suits/clothes. The pool was clean and heated. There’s a shower and bathroom outside. The kids were happy to find some snacks at our arrival, nice detail! The 1st day we noticed that we only had 10 dinner plates but we had booked the house for 11 people so we contacted the manager and she brought us a set of 4 extra plates the following morning. There were only 2 things that could have been better. The dinnerware/glassware sets and kitchen supplies in general (cutlery, serving trays, salad bowls, tupperwares, etc) was VERY limited and we had no choice but to wash everything we used during meal preparation to have enough plates for a meal for everyone. For the price we paid (high season/close to the holidays) we would have expected extra sets of dinner, glass and cutlery to be able to relax more and have drinks/appetizers before and during dinner without having to do dishes in between. The other thing was the barbecue, it was super tiny for our group. Other than those 2 things I highly recommend this house and will definitely book it again!

This is a great place to start with space for all. We loved the facilities. The pool and aircon were greatly appreciated. It is a lovely spacious home close to shopping and the beach.

Seriously great house/property. Can not think of what could be improved. If you are considering a Gold Coast holiday, you will love this house and location. Perfect for family groups or groups of friends. Plenty of lovely living areas and a beautgul heated pool with a gorgeous view of the river and Surfers skyline. A lot to love here Cheers Debbie

Had a beautiful stay, house was nice and clean and location was such a nice spot. Has easy communication between the property owner and were able to get in contact with them super easily. Will definitely stay again.

We decided to rent this property as it was spacious enough to accommodate the whole family. The property was even better than the pictures. The check in process was a breeze and Racquel was really helpful when we had questions about the house. She made sure our stay was worry free. I would definitely recommend staying there if you can.

Fantastic location with the best views this house did not dissapoint. The pool and outdoor area was a hit along with the inhouse entertainment. The bedrooms were great for downtime . Definitely recommend.

We had a great time staying at this house. The property was very spacious and allowed the group lots of space and facilities to enjoy ourselves. The owner was also very easy to deal with. The property was also in a perfect location to explore the Gold Coast.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for a week. The property is lovely. It looks even better in real life which is rare. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us. Racquel and her husband were lovely to deal with and very responsive to questions. The house is furnished to a very high standard and has fabulous views over the canal. It was very easy to Uber or Maxi taxi to nearby Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach restaurants.

Most houses tick a few boxes but are always missing something... From the bottle of Rose' left as a gift to the breathtaking views, this house has it all! The owners have thought of everything, a perfect haven. Very generous 6 bedrooms can fit multiple families, very clean and freshly updated all the way through. We stayed in October so the heated pool allowed the kids too swim the whole trip. I have rated 5 stars and highly recommend this house. Racquel the property manager made it seamless checking in and out and was always a call away to answer any questions. I will definitely be back.
