While booking was easy, my issue was with the hotel room itself! There was NO microwave in the room! That is such an inconvenience. Also, no fully enclosed shower was aggravating. It’s nearly impossible for the bathroom floor to stay dry while showering. These may seem like minor inconveniences but when you’re used to certain amenities in hotels these are my reasons to not rebook here.

Room was very clean, on night 2 of our stay we have no hot water from 10 pm until 6am the next morning. That’s unacceptable and they didn’t offer us any comp for that. I’m truly disgusted by that. Front desk staff was nice. Restaurant was ok. The service wasn’t that great. Room was clean

Having the property located in the middle of downtown was great. Capital One Arena was within walking distance, you can also get to the All the other sites with a short walk.

My stay was a great stay. My only complaint is that the shower had no pressure and I was not sure if it was because I was in a handicapped room. A nice hot shower is a beautiful thing and I felt I was robbed of that.

I had double room for four. Room was small for four. There’s not parking. Parking is extra of the booking around $$65. Breakfast is extra too. Rooftop it was close for the season. Hotel is literally front of the convention center but you have you walk a lot to be at downtown and monument park.

This hotel needs some care- it's relatively new... but is already shows wear... Also, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned- at 7am the fitness center trash was full of used plastic cups and the used towels were also full. Plus the air duct return in the bathroom had an inch of dust in it... It has a great location, and clearly a lot of business, but it could very quickly turn into a not very nice property if they don't take care of things early and often.

Beautiful hotel, the representatives at the check in counter were amazing. Great customer service, room service came everyday, cleaned and replaced towels. House keeping did a wonderful good with tiding up the room.

Cons - disappointed that the roof top terrace was not open during the winter. It was the reason I chose this hotel and was not informed until I got there that it was not accessible. There were no drinking cups in the room except coffee cups and there was not a luggage stand. Pros - Very modern and clean, spacious room. Nicely decorated and very accommodating and friendly staff.

This hotel is fairly new and in excellent condition. The room was extremely clean, updated and everything was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and check-in was fast. Easy walk to Capital One Arena and other area amenities.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and both times were really good. The staff were so helpful and the room was very good. It was clean and spacious. The only small down side is the cost to valet parking.
