I am an avid traveler and I stay at 5 start hotels, I came to Sebring because of the raceway and with limited options the tru was exceptionally clean and very helpful friendly staff.

Comfortable and clean. Breakfast nice touch. Room really tiny. No golf channel, very few tv channels. AC is turned down by you at night so it’s too warm sleeping. Fitness center is a joke. Had to sign up at Pf. For $200 a night it’s not worth the money :)

Very loud in the room from outside noise, close to the highway, and the flooring does not have enough sound insulation. I could hear every step from the people above me and it was not muffled.

The cleanliness of the rooms and amazing staff were great. And the beds were amazing, great sleep. The rooms and design of the hotel were just horrible. It felt like an upscale Motel8. Even the TV had constant adds running the entire time for the hotel. Room where sparse with little to no color, and the blinds had no instructions on how to operate.

High prices for such a small space. My room had a kid sized desk to work on. AC felt weak and loud, hear through walls.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Location was close to the ballpark and views were nice as its located between two lakes. Lake Placid is a short drive away. Staff was very easy to deal with and hospitable Breakfast was included along with coffee. Pet friendly.

Air conditioning to cold to sit in lobby at times,especially from 3pm till 11pm. Attempted to watch TV during those hours, but it was uncomfortably too cool. Breakfast was fantastic!! Hats off to those who cleaned our room. Went above and beyond if we needed something. Special thanks to Halley's at the front desk for the time she took with us !! Don't want to forget Parker also !! Thanks to everyone once again.

Pricey, but overall……. Had a very clean lobby, has pool table, staff friendly, room clean, no carpet which every hotel should have, lake in the front and in the back, definitely worth staying!!

Being on the lake was nice and could sit on the pavillion. The breakfast was decent and there are a couple of people who were at the front desk who were amazing! I wish I could remember their names. I wish there was a pool. I was also called at 8:45 one evening because our tv was loud, it was only up because the air conditioner was so loud when it was running. we were constantly turning the tv up and down due to how loud the ac was. Also, dont be so skimpy with the towels, I have long hair and needed one for my head, each time I asked for towels, we got two, we were actually there for 7 nights and my other half is a diamond member.

We had one of the best experiences overall of any hotel we've ever stayed at. The layout of the room was very well planned, large window gave us an amazing view of the lake, huge tv screen and plenty of premium channels, we loved the dispensers in the bathroom. The breakfast was great, could do with some stronger coffee though. You won't regret staying here!

Is in a great location, is new and has great breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. It relatively quite although was on the highway. I didn’t like the fact that it doesn’t ha be a pool.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very cheap pillows. There was no microwave in the room. I would think at the price they charge for a night, you would have a comfortable bed, pillows, and a microwave.

Had asked for Disability room. Toilet and grab bars were good to have, but toilet seat did not fit toilet properly, it moved when you sat down. Shower was not equipped for a disabled person, it had a bathtub which I could not climb over.
