Tru is always simple, clean, and just fits me. Big tv, great blackout drapes, several usb ports. It’s my go to choice.

This hotel was SO clean! We couldn’t believe it had been open for as long as it had been - it still smelled new! My only complaint was I heard everything my upstairs neighbors said - not next door, upstairs! Every time they took a step it would sound through our room. Other than that, great stay!

Hotel is in a good spot, has awesome amenities but the reason for the low score is the rooms are small and the beds are rock hard. If you like rock hard beds then these beds will be just for you. The pillows are so flat may as well not even sleep with them. The worker at the front was very friendly and helpful when they were there. Probably won’t stay there again as the hotel room is too small and beds are too hard.

Rooms were small. No place to sit if you wanted to eat in your room. The beds were not comfortable, pillows needed replacing too. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast selection was not the best. Needed real breakfast sausage and some choice of muffin or sweet bread. Most other places we have stayed had more of a selection.

This would be a great place for a single person who is looking to work on a laptop and perhaps hangout in the lobby. The decor is midcentury, which is cold and not comforting. There are fridges, but not microwaves in the rooms, but there is one small microwave in the lobby which lends to a very dormitory feeling. The large TV in the room is the best feature. The breakfast was a typical hotel lobby breakfast- yogurt, apples, bananas, etc. The best part of this hotel is the proximity to Topgolf!

I was leery to book a reservation with Hilton Tru thinking that it was going to be "too young" for me. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel managed to meet the needs of several categories of travelers: young families, solo travelers, couples, seniors. There seemed to be something for everyone.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly except for the male staff at the front desk. He is a little harsh with communication. Location was goo, but it t was hard to get a good nights rest with all the noise from the neighbors talking out loud, random noises in the hall and noises from the Topgolf truck engine sound at 3am

Nice, comfortable hotel, with a great pool, well maintained. We had fun swimming and the breakfast was good. I liked that the coffee and hot tea was available all day. We will definitely stay here again.

Considering I gave it a 5 star review last week, this week was totally the opposite. People outside screaming, little kids running the hallways and screaming til 1am…just wasn’t satisfied at all this trip back thru Midvale.

The staff at check-in and check-out was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Someone in housekeeping had a birthday and it was celebrated with song. It made me smile. These days, so many businesses have the opposite of a happy staff. The area was safe, quiet and we easily walked to get something to eat. Top Golf is right next door. We would choose to stay here again.

Great hotel! The location is perfect and has lots of food options around and entertainment. The beds and pillows were beyond comfortable! The front desk staff are all super friendly and welcome you each time you renter the hotel, and the cleaning staff are also very friendly! Overall I 100% recommend this hotel, everything was clean and well organized.

The good: hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located. The bad: breakfast is mediocre but edible. The ugly: walls are paper thin to the point where you can hear your wall neighbors talking. Also, the bed was like a cinder block.

PROS: Clean, the shower was amazing (shower head and size), beds were comfortable, tv had different options to watch, I liked the pool table in the lobby, breakfast was good, plenty of parking. CONS: No microwave in our room so if we had gotten leftovers couldn't heat them (There might have been a communal microwave, just different check). I only stayed here two nights so don't have many cons.
