The hotel room was absolutely filthy when we checked in. There was actually molded lunch meat and cheese in the mini fridge. The bathroom was disgusting! There was hair and dirt all over the bathroom. The carpet in the room felt really gross on bare feet and we wore socks the entire time. The front desk staff tried to help, but stated that the housekeeper had quit that day. She offered to clean our bathroom for us and that was very much appreciated. We witnessed numerous guests asking for their rooms to be cleaned and for fresh sheets. I was traveling with a friend who needed fresh bedding on her beds. Whoever had cleaned the room previously had just made the bed with dirty sheets. Gross.

Great hotel, clean and excellent service. Breakfast was the regular meal that you get at most hotels. Only downfall was the horrible road construction in the area but that’s not their fault!

Although the hotel is fairly new, they clearly do not have the staff needed to adequately clean and stock the rooms. Our room only had 1 full size towel and other guests had no towels at all. The comforter had some staining and the soap provided was the smallest I’ve ever seen provided by any hotel. The continental breakfast was very limited, no fresh fruit available and just the basic eggs and sausage. The TV in our room didn’t work correctly, we only had access to a few channels, it wasn’t worth keeping it on.

They obviously need housekeepers. Floors were so filthy, rooms hadn’t been vacuumed at all. We had chips, hair ties, receipts and hair on both the sleeping room and bath floor. Mirrors were wiped with dirty rags and were so smeared you couldn’t see in them. Nice newer hotel, just not at all clean

It seems like a good hotel, however, they had some issues that need addressed. The room had a strong musty smell, the hard floors were sticky and the chair in the room was extremely stained and dirty. Breakfast was good but with limited items and milk in an open jug is not hygienic . Staff was extremely friendly. We asked for a do not disturb sign and we were none were available. Only 1 towel in thw bathroom as well .

A great place to stay while checking out Galveston and the Space Center! Right off the highway and was clean and safe! Breakfast could use a few improvements like fresh fruits and some fast takes like muffins. Good price and value!!

The sweetheart of a lady that worked in the breakfast area was awesome. I believe her name is Adriana (something close to that ). She went out of her way with kindness. ❤️ this started my morning the best in days due to family health issues. She deserves a big kudos perhaps a gift card 🥰

The hotel was very nice. The staff was professional. The breakfast was a little sad. The room was very nice but it looked like they rushed to clean and missed a couple of things. Overall, it was good and I would stay there again.

We didn’t check in until 6pm and had already eaten dinner before we got here. I went up to the check in and was not greeted. No smile, no hello. I told her I was checking in and my name. She looked me up and didn’t say anything for a while. I asked her if she wanted my reservation number and she shook her head no and said she had found me. Not very friendly at all. The room was alright but you are taking your life in your hands if you use the shower/bathroom. The bottom of the tub is very slick and they don’t have any rubber mat or anything to keep you from slipping. Very hazardous. And there were no towels so had to go down and get some. The pillows hardly had any stuffing at all. The breakfast lady was very friendly but the breakfast was so so.

We left without staying! After switching rooms because the first one stunk of urine and was filthy, the second was no better. There was also trash bins overflowing in the hall by the elevator and the floors had toilet paper pieces and random food particles and dirt throughout!! We are requesting a refund since we immediately left and went to another hotel.

The looked nice on first impression, then we found no coffee maker, a broken microwave, tje carpet unvacuumed and actually dirty. Debris at the edges of the carpet. Tile floor really diry, gave our socks black soles. Bathroom, dirty floor, debris, hair, tissue under the sink on the floor. Trash receptacle used cue tips, behind it. Floor spotted, door and frame splashed with who knows. Terrible quality towels. Breakfast is a shame, specially paying $289.00. Would not recommend, nor ever book a quality inn in the future.

Room was clean and very nice. Was booked for a two day stay and had to have keys reprogrammed on the second morning. This was after going to the third floor and discovering the key issue when returning from breakfast. Also returned to the room a little after 3:00 pm and found that no maid services had been provided. Maid cart was at room next door but never saw them nor was I asked if we needed anything. This was a bit frustrating.

Fast check in friendly staff, my room however smelled of stale beer. I spoke with housekeeping they sprayed the room but the smell never went away. Window didn't open for fresh air. The following morning at check out I noticed an additional charge on my card from the hotel when I booked an paid in full online well before my arrival. I was told the staff member who checked me in was new an the money would be refunded

The property and staff were great!! I would definitely stay again. At this time there is a lot of construction on the highway so it was a bit inconvenient as the exits were closed and no real signage off where you needed to exit prior but that is not the properties fault.
