Valet parking very convenient, centrally located property to dining, shopping and U of O. Staff was helpful, friendly and willing to take the time to answer questions about surrounding area - only surprise was time breakfast was offered in dining area, it didn't open for service until 9:30a which had us in search of a place to eat and grab good coffee - would stay again at this hotel for sure!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location as ideal since we were visiting our daughter who attends UO. Unfortunately our room was next to the elevator and we could hear it going up and down when in use. The walls must be very thin and no insulation because we could hear the convention next door. There was also a connecting door so that may have also be a factor. Room was a bit out dated. Shower had a fix glass wall that was way to short and allowed water to splash all over the floor. Lobby decor was nice and both restaurants were great.

The extra amenities (snacks, beverages, games and art in the lobby etc) are next level! The whole hotel is gorgeous and everyone we encountered was incredibly kind. Great stay!

The beds were great! Super soft! My only concern was, they used an ice bucket as a garbage can in the bathroom. So, needless to say, I will never use an ice bucket that I see on the shelf...

Loved the hotel and staff. The bed was super comfy and location is hard to beat. Only thing I would say, you can’t hear the outside which is amazing, but if you are near an elevator you can hear the ding at all hours in the hallway. Other than that loved the stay and as someone that is normally in a Marriott over 200 nights a year, of all the hotels in Eugene, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We weren’t told there is a construction going on. Hotel is working on carpet replacement. The noise started at 8 am and we couldn’t enjoy our room, watch tv etc. the hotel was just “ pushing” us out. I will not stay there again and shame on Expedia not to be aware of issues.

My only issue staying here (we’ve stayed twice) is that we cannot get the air conditioning to go lower than its preset and it is wayyyy too hot at night for optimal sleep. It is made worse by the fact that they use a spin dial that is not easy or intuitive for the hvac in rooms, but even after getting assistance, it didn’t get cooler in the rooms.

The valet parking is very convenient and car was always ready when we came downstairs. Beware it is $20 per day. The staff were lovely. The food and cocktail choices are great. The only complaint i have about this property is the beds. They are like sleeping on plywood, hard is not even a strong enough descriptor. After three nights in that bed my ribs and hips hurt so much!

The amazing, friendly staff makes the Gordon hotel a great experience. The valet is very quick. The hotel staff genuinely wants to ensure your stay is great. Dillan went out of his way to get a small screw driver so I could finish a Christmas surprise for my son. Everyone smiles and greets you.

We stayed at this hotel last night. Check in was easy! Once you pull up, you will check in and they will valet your car. Heads up, valet costs money! However, this hotel was not only welcoming, but comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating. We had supper at the restaurant and it was absolutely incredible.
