This appears to be a reimagined Motel 6. The exterior and interior improvements are obvious, and well done, but it is impossible to change the nature of the hotel. Noise filtered into our room easily. Street, cars, and people sounds were bothersome. The smell of weed being smoked was tangible. Beds were okay, a little hard. Pillows were less than adequate. Shower was great. Amenities were strong. Price was good.

Stayed 3 weeks. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Good location w lots of restaurants within walking distance. Plus I had a hot plate, fridge n microwave for quick meals n sodas.

The room was really big. Look clean. The only thing was the tv wasn’t working. Luckily we didn’t really use it since we arrived changed and left for the evening.

Convenient, clean, and with all the cameras a safe place in Stockton. In the summer the pool is nice. Good size fridge with freezer. Towels are not the best, but I don’t care. Would be nice if the provided tissues, but we always have some. And the soap is tiny and no conditioner. But those are small things. Overall a decent place to stay with friendly staff. We travel from Wa. to SoCal several times a year and have stayed here at least 6 times now. Will stay again.

My stay was canceled in advance of my arrival. The hotel claimed my credit card was out of date, though I booked through hotels.com. I called them back up and they held a different room for me, but of lesser configuration (2Q when I wanted 1K). Check-in was fine, but at 2:30am a group checked in to the room next to me and was insanely loud for 30 minutes before I called the front desk. The phone in the room didn't work so I used my cell phone. They were kind enough to do something about it, but the thin walls didn't help in the first place. Other than that everything was fine.

The hotel itself: the rooms were very clean, bed was comfy, nice amenities. However other customers at the hotel made for a pretty terrible stay. They were dealing drugs in the parking lot at all hours in the night which made getting a good night's sleep impossible. I understand that it is not the hotel's fault but it doesn't seem to be an isolated problem so they should get some security and perhaps fully gate in the property to dissaude this type of activity from happening.

Rooms are large, but very noisy from road as if the windows were open, the shower floor gets very wet. We will likely not stay again.

Check in was friendly, the building is old and 3 story, not the building depicted on the website, and not a “water front”, not even close, very noisy as if the windows were open, the shower leaks so the floor is wet and there is silicone slept around around the bottom of the shower door, just a sloppy repair job. Just not a place I will stay again.

Pool needs a heater… Other than that this place is very nice and clean. Property has no control of the homeless that are near property, but security does keep them far enough off the property to keep the area and your cars safely parked…

Top two places to stay in Stockton, Ca! Very friendly and clean establishment. Security is present on the property so my vehicle was safe. Lastly you can’t beat the price!

I stayed at this hotel/motel on one leg of a long drive home from Seattle to LA. I simply needed to sleep. I had two dogs with me. I did not realize this was basically a revamped Motel 6. While the property had clearly been upgraded from Motel 6, I was not impressed. The floor in my room was dusty. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The rooms are extremely spare, not at all welcoming. The wifi was almost worthless. But more than that was the noise... you could hear everything from both sides and upstairs. There were loud voices and commotions and the walls were thin. I came to sleep but could not sleep. And sometimes whoever was roaming was right outside our door, so my dogs started barking. Again, I did not sleep. I am never sure why these places charge extra for dogs. I paid $40 extra. What is this for? Does the housekeeping staff get it? if so, great, but I doubt it. It just feels like a money grab. Anyway... I am not likely to be in need of this place again but I would not stay if I were.
