Value was very good. Rooms had cooking facilities. Beds were comfortable. Very clean but I don't really like the smell of strong cleaners. Breakfast was oatmeal packets at 6:45 am - there were empty shelves not sure if food items were there earlier. Coffee was outstanding. Staff was great when available.

The hotel was ok. It was in a little sketchy area which made us nervous. Ended up being ok. Bed was comfortable. Seemed like they did some kind of check as they required IDs from all parties and ran them. It was a little odd.

The people behind me in the next room kept hitting on the walls till late night like it was kids in there or something. I couldn't change the room because it was sold out i was there for a death in the family to rest but had to wait till they settled down late night ..

Easy access to highway 5 and many dining options walking distance. Free parking and Dave Wong's Chinese Restaurant is a must try.

The staff was not friendly, very short or not courteous. Like they didnt make it enjoyable. Around 1 am the hallway smelled like weed, and the room cleaning lady woke me up around 6 am cleaning next room. I was on third floor not sure why they couldnt wait until later

The actual stay was really nice and the staff was really nice during the stay and the room was clean and everything was great until they charged us a smoking fee to my card when neither of us smoked in the room. I was 32 weeks pregnant at the time so there’s no way I’d allow that. My husband does smoke medical cannabis due to his injuries from the major car accident he was in. He goes outside to smoke but when he does come in he often smells up a room because the smell is on his clothes. Anyways we explained this to the manager and was still charged $250. So just be aware if you smoke that you take your clothes off or wear a jacket you can take off before coming in and shower or something because then you’ll get charged unfairly at this hotel for something that never happened.

There were bugs everywhere in the room, the towels smelled like mildew, and the floors were filthy dirty. My sons socks were so black. My kids were scared to sleep in one of the beds because of the bugs on the floor and the stains on the sheets. We left bright and early the next morning and went to a better hotel. I would love my

The Hotel is rundown, Noisey early mornings 12:00 midnight on.
Three Handicapped Parking Only.
I called regarding 1st Floor. The Manage claimed she tried to call me, she did not.
The most UnProfessional when lied about taking Cash, only if you are there more than 7days,, who is going to give them over $2,000 cash (No Hotel) for they can be Robbed.
I'm reaching out to the Main office and not give the Hotel and a BAD Rating.
The Surrouning Are is in a Business Professional, with views of the Waterfront and Very good Resturants.

The area is a bit seedy. People staying, looked a bit...
Room hallways noisy. Not enough electrical outlets, and no USB charging. Free wifi, but slow. They offer upgraded wifi connection for around $6 a day. I didn't that was right. I just think should be part of the stay.

We really felt comfortable and safe. These are suites and didn’t need a kitchen this time…so for us on a one night stay on our way through we would have preferred coffee in our room than the foyer. It really isn’t breakfast to provide Granola bars, coffee, and cupcakes though. Better to say exactly what is offered.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable. The desk attendant Anita was exemplary. She was engaging, professional, and dedicated. The maintenance engineer, Paul, was also very friendly and was diligent about his duties. I was there on business. Their professionalism sold me on returning to the property the next time I have business in Stockton.

Friendly, helpful staff from check-in to check out they were available and ready to help with any questions or assistance needed. Room was clean, albeit a bit on the older side. Beds were comfortable but only one chair for the table. Booked the two double bed room and it sleeps four but not enough space or seating room other than beds to relax on. Stayed two nights and it was good for our quick trip away as we needed function and location than amenities or luxuries.
