Too much time to do the check in and check out.
The hotel has great infrastructure just too many guests everywhere, lifts, breakfast, etc.
Could also have free parking for guests.
The room in the second floor to the back quite dark and only view to more and more rooms.

We arrived early morning, we were hoping for an early check in but it was not possible so we had to pay for locker storage for our luggage. Thankfully when we returned our room ready but for a fee. We did receive a water front view so it was a nice upgrade. The hotel is modem, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was included but very busy, you need to schedule a time slot but hard to find a table. Overall nice hotel in Copenhagen, great location that is close to everything.

Really nice hotel. Room was new, clean and a good size. Breakfast had a large selection of food. We enjoyed our stay here. Around a 20 minute walk to the main center where all the restaurants are.

Last minute booking for 4 due to flight cancellation. £380+ for one room for one night including breakfast. I had high hopes, it even had a pool to entertain the kids. Basically this is the Ryanair of hotels. Don’t expect anything to be included, I’m surprised they don’t charge you per use of the bathroom.
First the good:
Very clean, modern and very quiet rooms
Breakfast was excellent
Good location for main station /tivoli gdns
The bad:
Did I mention £380 for one night?
The curtains don’t shut properly so we were awake at 5 am
There were no tea / coffee facilities
No fridge
No bottled water
The lobby bar closed at 10pm. In a hotel. Madness
The rooftop bar and restaurant were closed the whole time
The pool charges extra
U16s are not allowed in the pool
Kids sofa bed extremely uncomfortable
No doubt different rooms will have water / fridge but for £380 I’d expect to be able to get a beer and have better amenities than a premier inn.
Unless you have more money than sense avoid

Room was extremely quiet despite a huge crowd and loud music outside the front door. Convenient for public transport, great service and friendly staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the family wellness spa visit.
A great place to stay, we would visit again.

The bad:
I paid 23$ to use the pool for 30 min. Ridiculous !They charged to use an umbrella!! ! No tissues in room or soap/ shampoo in bathtub, only in the shower. Breakfast on a Friday was so chaotic and so many people I just wanted to leave. It was so loud. The food was running out. Eggs were sooo runny. There were no tables available. I waited 10 plus minutes just to get a coffee. They could have at least had their waitstaff serve coffee.
The good:
Rooms were nice. Great location. Staff responded promptly to issues. The spa ( that included the pool) was beautiful, but NOT worth the price, and you had to book it. Who wants to do that on vacation??

Too busy in lobby. Not able to connect when needed to desk staff. Room with 2 twin beds very small. Resturant menu limited.

Formidable.

Room was very small, twin beds were essentially touching. Otherwise a nice hotel, bathroom and breakfast were very good.

Good location for the central train station. Nice room with a view of the canal. Great breakfast.

Very good stay. Although the room was very small but comfortable.
We had some challenge to figure out how to use the lights in the room. Too high tech that made it almost not intuitive. Turning on the lights shouldn't be so cumbersome.
Breakfast was very good. Only wished they had more waffle machines than 2 for such crawd.

Beautiful hotel and room. Very clean and comfortable. Service is average, breakfast is chaotic, underwhelming and lacking seats, but otherwise a great stay.

New hotel close to downtown Copenhagen. Nice rooms but slow check in and extremely crowded breakfast with poor selection of food.

We stayed for 8 nights. Wonderful location, great breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable bed! When in our room, we never heard any other guests. I would definitely stay here again.

On the surface this hotel had potential but it was completely ruined by the rude staff and overpriced extras. Stay somewhere more friendly and welcoming.
Booked a family room which had no fridge (for our daughter’s medication) we had to argue with reception for over an hour to change rooms. Also no kettle, water or cups in any regular rooms, all had to be purchased extra if you’d want them!!!
Breakfast is a complete joke, overcrowded and chaotic. There staff trying to send you away from the breakfast room into a big lifeless presentation hall. Some staff frantically running round trying to bring extra missing breakfast foods, I had a staff member be so rude when I asked for some softer bread for my 5 year old.
They charge extra for use of their swimming pool, which was completely extortionate when we found out after it was added to our room. They charge extra for bottles of water as there is nowhere in the hotel or in the rooms to get filtered water, signs saying to use the taps!
There were few members of staff in here that were very kind and helpful. Majority of them were hardworking to deal with, difficult and just downright rude!
And don’t get me started on the controls to turn on the lights or the heating in the room. You need a degree to figure out turning on one light. The room was freezing at night or boiling hot in the morning, the controls were from a separate system throughout the hotel.

The required booking of breakfast slot was informed after checking in and confusing since communicated that right for breakfast is lost if not booked by 11PM the night before. Still seat at the breakfast were removed while picking up some coffee. Unbelievably poor system indeed.
Leaving some luggage for a couple of hours is charged which is not common but the first time facing.

Hotel is modern and new, located not too far from Copenaghen central station (700m) and the city center. Very big hotel, big crowd at breakfast. Clean, rooms big enough.
2.0
We booked this hotel as it was advertised as family friendly, particularly for the pool.
Upon check-in we were told that the pool would cost us an additional daily charge, which wasn't nominal, and that our child wouldn't be allowed to use the pool because he was under 5. Nowhere was this information mentioned upon booking.
When we explained this to the staff on reception they were dismissive, uninterested and rude.

Due to a glitch in their system there was a small confusion with room allocation but the staff were so accommodating and apologetic, my partner and I had no complaints! The breakfast had a lot of choice, the earlier you go the quieter the breakfast area is. It’s so close to a small corner shop and just a short walk away from the centre and so much to do. The spa was lovely, was a treat to be able to take the lift from room to the spa. Would stay here again if we come back to the area!

A brilliant hotel and exceptionally clean. Fabulous breakfast. Tea making facilities in the room would have been an added bonus

Everything has been great The only aspect that has made me feel uncomfortable has been that, despite the heating the room was cold

Beautiful hotel a short walk from central station . Staff very friendly and helpful . Rooms immaculate.

The hotel is lovely and clean, the staff are courteous, friendly and professional. It is a 12 minute walk from the central station and the bus from the airport is about a 1 minute walk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay both in this beautiful hotel and fantastic city.

The hotel was ideally situated for tge station and walking around the city. The room was midern and pleasant. The buffet breakfast choices were excellent.

Good place to stay, big enough rooms to sleep a family and good standard. Has a Gym which is free of charge and breakfast is included in the price. Close enough to walk into the city center and Tivoli.

Excellent stay, staff were helpful and welcoming, room was very comfortable and well equipped! Able to walk everywhere we needed to while in Copenhagen.
Gym was well equipped and breakfast had something for everyone.
Would definitely recommend to anyone for a weekend in Copenhagen!

Location and cleanliness were both excellent. All staff members we interacted with were friendly, good natured and very helpful.
When we got to our room, we discovered the heating wasn’t working properly - regardless of how we set it, the room wasn’t warming up. When we went to the front desk, they confirmed the problem and gave us a solution within a few minutes.
Our first night, we ate in the pizza restaurant. Although we booked ahead of time and it wasn’t busy when we turned up, we still had to wait around five minutes to even be acknowledged, despite the fact that a number of staff members could see us waiting. Once we were seated, service was good and the food was superb.
This hotel requires that guests book a time slot for breakfast, which we did. However, there was no one present to check that we turned up to our booked time and, judging from the chaos during breakfast, many guests just booked a slot and turned up when they felt like it. This seems like a huge problem when a guest can turn up at a time they booked and struggle to find a table.
We would already recommend this hotel, but with the breakfast problems resolved, it could be excellent.

The hotel property is well located, practically brand new, very big hotel. Nothing to mention except elevators. There are 5-6 elevators in one line and people were very confused about the operation. When you wait and the elevator comes, you can hardly see the light that shows which one arrived. If you see it, you can hardly reach it (or not), especially if it's the one most far away from you. People were running and still missing the elevator.
What comes to service, there are more severe problems. First, many of the personnel lack basic social manners: welcoming, saying 'good morning' (especially at breakfast lounge), smiling, taking eye-contact etc. Management should focus on this seriously. Also, it was not only once or twice during our four-night stay, when we saw that people were almost hit by the service cart at the breakfast as personnel were implementing agressive 'me first' behaviour while collecting plates and glasses with their cart. All in all the breakfast service seemed to be more or less chaos as the lounge is like a labyrint and not enough capacity to grant enough tables and seating. Hotel guests were asked to book a time for the breakfast from the hotel app in order to control the number of guests at the breakfast but it didn't work out as nobody seemed to monitor it.

The place was clean and rooms were roomy. Staff are friendly and approachable. Food during breakfast was great, a lot of variety.

Great hotel in a good location. Not sure I’m overly impressed by having to pay for umbrellas and also having to pay for luggage storage which I don’t think I’ve ever had to pay anywhere else.

Great hotel for a very good price. Can only recommend this hotel. The location is also very good 10 min walk and you are at the center

Nice hotel, spacious bedrooms and great location. A bit impersonal vibe and a tendency towards inefficiency and chaos especially during breakfast time. Otherwise great place.
