L’Elegance is a beautiful, gated community located directly ON THE GULF OF MEXICO on Lido Key in Sarasota, FL. This is true resort living. Enjoy incredible full gulf front panoramic views from this 5th floor 2500 sq ft 3 bedroom/3 bath. This is the type of home that is rarely available. The condo spans from the front to back of the building so you have incredible gulf views from the front decks and gorgeous bay and nature preserve views from the back private deck area. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and not an ordinary rental. Kitchen is fully renovated as are the bathrooms and the entire unit. You will not want to leave. Leave all your worries behind when you open the door. The owners have thought of everything. Walk into an open living/dining area with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass sliders. Walk right out to your own private outdoor balcony to watch the unobstructed views of the sunset over the Gulf. Great for entertaining or family nights at home. The eat-in kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals or coffee on the run. This is one of the largest floorpans in the building with the Master on one end of the condo with full views. The den off the kitchen has a Murphy bed that folds down to two separate twin beds side by side. There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer. L’Elegance offers resort amenities including an 85’ lap pool which is heated year-round with direct beach access, An outdoor hot tub with Gulf views, a children’s wading pool, two Har-Tru tennis courts, and a gym with dry saunas in both men’s women’s locker rooms. Other amenities include underground assigned parking, a community room with ping pong & billiards, a security guard at the gate, onsite maintenance staff, and wireless internet access throughout the common area. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, and MINIMUM THREE MONTH RENTAL REQUIRED. Please don't send inquiries or instant booking for less than 90 days as our building has a strict policy. Price includes all monthly costs utilities, cable etc. Incredible amenities nearby including paddle board and kayaking across the street in the Nature Reserve. And walk down the beach a few blocks to enjoy a local's favorite the Tiki Bar at the Ritz. Bike Storage in the gated garage as well. This area of Lido Beach is the absolute best and the beach is normally very peaceful and quiet as the tourists stay at the other end of Lido Beach. Also given this a building of long time residents, there are very few renters and you will truly live like a local.
