We never got to see the apartment as VRBO cancelled our reservation due to water damage 2 hour prior to check in. We had already arrived in the city from the airport and were essentially left to figure it out on our own as VRBO had nothing available. It was an absolutely frustrating experience. Cannot accurately review the apartment as we never stepped foot inside.

No air conditioning other than a couple of portable units they brought in that were noisy for the bedrooms. If you’re coming to Munich in hot weather we wouldn’t recommend this apartment. Bath and a half, not 2 Upstairs bedroom very nice and large for “master”. Kitchen a bit makeshift so if you plan a lot of cooking not recommended (we didn’t so it was fine). Other spaces were quite decent. Location was outstanding, only a block and a half from Hauptbahnhof.

We never got to stay there because the host cancelled our stay 2 hours before check-in with no explanation. We just landed that morning from the US and were waiting to check in. They cancelled our reservation which left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. It took us a couple hours (of our vacation time) to find something. It was a very stressful situation.
