Additional items can be purchased at the nearby Wal-Mart or Target. This property is well maintained and cleaned. Property owners are responsive and involved. We strive to make your vacation experience a fantastic one! While the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, it does not have condiments or other food items. No smoking or vaping in the home or pool area. No parties allowed at property. Three cars allowed per HOA rules. No street park and no blocking the sidewalk. Property is equipped with three cameras outside the home for security. Reservation is not complete until rental agreement is signed and a valid government issued photo ID is provided for every car. Names of all guests over 18 must also be provided. This must be done within 48 hours of booking. A $450 security deposit hold is required. Pet fee of $250 for the entire stay – limit two. This fee covers the extra cleaning of the house, it does not cover damage done by the pet.
