FT. unit that reflects modern times with granite countertops, a well-equipped kitchen providing guests with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with freezer section, and smaller items such as a coffee maker. Create lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the unit’s 4-person dining room table. The master bedroom offers guests 1 King Bed with adjoining bathroom which provides a sleek glass shower. Bedroom 2 known as the Bunk Bedroom offers 2 Bunk Beds Sets (Two Twin over Full sets to total 2 Top Twin Beds and 2 Bottom Full Beds.) An additional King Bed occupies Bedroom 3. The Guest Bathroom provides guest with tub/shower combo. Towels/washcloths are provided. No fighting over the remote! This unit offers a flatscreen TV in each bedroom. Enjoy each other’s company in the living area which provides a large Sofa and 4 additional comfortable chairs. We didn’t forget about Dad or Grandpa. This unit provides him with the perfect laid-back relaxing chair to grab the most recent stats or to catch a quick nap. Water views are accessible through the living area’s balcony. Enjoy picture perfect sunsets from the balcony which also overlooks the community pool. No doubt that one may feel nostalgic while staying in beautiful Perdido Key. “The Key,” as locals call it, offers an abundance of recreation and activities, including fantastic restaurants, championship golf courses, water sports and lovely shops and boutiques. The Pensacola Naval Air Station is a short 15-minute drive from Perdido Key and is a great place to take the family! Leaving this unit will not be easy; however, guests will not be disappointed while strolling on the complex’s boardwalk to partake in some family fun at the community pool. Amenities include-two outdoor swimming pools (one being a full-size pool), on-site boat storage, two boat docks, tennis courts, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and private balcony. Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. The memories are endless in the provided amenities at Needle Rush Point . *No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by Signature Properties. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Very spacious and new washer and dryer to add to the mix! The unit is right in front of the pool, which we loved! Short walk straight to the beach. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

The property though older was up to date, clean and well maintained. The beach was great, especially the fact this is a smaller set of condos which gave us lots of room at the beach. Having access to the River side, tennis courts and additional pool was an added bonus. We stayed in Condo B11 and would definitely reccomend. The condo was updated, had everyting we needed in the kitchen and was very comfortable. Only improvements needed was to update the washer and dryer, it was very old and noisy, and a longer shower curtain in the common bathroom. This did not distract from the condo or the vacation, just updates that needs to happen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first condo that my husband commented that he wouldn't mind staying in the same unit in the future! The pictures don't do justice how pretty and clean the interior was. Each balcony and unit was very private and not a lot of people everywhere. The less crowded beach was fantastic as we don't like to be in the hustle and bustle of things. Downsides were that the bed in the main King room was clearly a cheap mattress and was not comfortable but it didn't hurt my back so that's good, and the washer and dryer are very outdated and in need of replacing (I did one load of laundry and washed the clothes again when we got home).There were plenty of linens but I suggest to pack extra trash bags and dishwasher detergent - there was only one extra trash bag and one detergent.Even with the uncomfortable bed, I would stay here again - the pros outweigh the cons.I had to contact the management company at one point and Julie was a delight to speak with. The instructions were clear in the emails and texts as well.

This unit is on the bottom floor and 100% accessible with ease from the ample parking area right out front. It was so easy to get luggage and groceries in! The pool is right off the back balcony so we were able to literally sit on the balcony and be “at” the pool with our kids while they were swimming. We stay at vacation rentals usually 3-4 times a year and this unit, by far, was the cleanest, most well-stocked unit we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of room for our party of 5, but the unit can easily sleep up to 10 folks.The entire property was beautifully clean, and quiet...not crowded, even being the last week of summer before school starting. We also loved the proximity to all the things we did while there. It’s a great central location that’s not busy. Easy walking distance (about 1⁄4 mile) to Flora-Bama for a bite to eat when we didn’t feel like driving.Julie at Signature Properties was very responsive and always helpful with any questions we had from start to finish. This was just a great experience and I highly recommend this unit at Needle Rush Point.

This location & beach access couldn't get any better! This is an older property, but is nice and clean with large rooms. We liked the nostalgia of the old school low rise condo. Lots of room to spread out on the beach and super close to the Florabama. Would definitely stay here again!
