This gulf front retreat is tucked away on a quaint stretch of Perdido Key coastline, where sugar white sands and glistening waters stretch endlessly into an infinite horizon, providing a breathtaking backdrop for the vacation of a lifetime. This coveted 4-bedroom retreat features a beautifully decorated interior with an open floor plan hosting luxurious appointments and finishes throughout. The living area offers plenty of seating, a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, and most importantly, beachfront balcony access! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors giving way to the expansive Gulf front balcony bring the beach right inside. While the interior is fabulous, the covered Gulf front terrace is where you’ll likely spend most of your time! The fully equipped gourmet kitchen will ignite your inner chef, boasting custom wood cabinetry, upgraded stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, utensils and small appliances needed to cook up a culinary masterpiece! The dining room offers a beautifully crafted wood table with seating for up to 8, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Escape the stresses of the day and retreat to the grand master suite for some peace, quiet and blissful comfort. This oasis hosts a king bed with premium mattress set, deluxe bedding and high thread count linens, huge picture window, large flat screen TV, and beachfront balcony access! The attached glamour bath is perfect for pampering after a long day of play, and you’ll catch up on some much-needed relaxation while soaking in the oversized 2-person jetted tub! The master bath also hosts double vanities, a separate custom walk-in shower with slate tile, and fluffy 100% cotton oversized bath towel sets. The 3 additional guest bedrooms are equally luxurious, offering premium mattress sets, high-thread count cotton sheets and flat screen TVs. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, the third offers a queen and a full bed, the fourth has 2 twin beds accommodating up to 10 throughout! *Boat slips are available on a first-come first-serve basis, or you can purchase your own private 6' deep boat slip separately. PLEASE NOTE: This unit only accepts ADA Registered Service Animals; no pets are allowed. There is an age requirement of 25 and up to rent.

We liked the property. It would have been 5 stars if the elevator would have worked. 5 flights of stairs all week was terrible.

This condo met all of our expectations: Gulf front; large enough for a family of 4 adults and a teenager; pool; garage parking; balcony; and gorgeous views!! We were literally a 5 minute walk (down the elevator, through the parking garage, and out the wooden walkway) from the water. The only negatives were the balcony could only fit 4 of us and the pool was across the street from our condo with no crosswalk. Overall, A+! Thank you!!

The pictures had you think the pool was beside the condo. It was actually across the main road. Pictures were accurate but deceiving at same time.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were communicated thru text when property was available for check-in which was so nice. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The only disadvantage was the walkway to the beach had steps and not a ramp. This was inconvenient for us to take our cart to the beach with our cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc.

Quick beach getaway with 4 adults and 4 kids for Memorial Day. The property was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our fabulous beach view! It was a very quiet complex and uncrowded which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!!

trip to teach a scuba class. great space with 4 bedrooms needed for our size group...but balcony a little cramped with oversized furniture....and that's of course where we wanted to stay mostly with the great beach views. overall great location and views. easy beach access.

The property was very comfortable and had great access to the beach. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the furniture is dated and getting old but very functional and the pool is across the highway from the beachfront properties. Otherwise it is big enough(we had 9 people) and the access to the beach is great. I would recommend it. I especially liked the fact that it wasnt crowded at the beach.

It was very nice! They even had a crib for our 1year old! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the blender did not work and they do have a Margaritaville Blender but no directions, also check in is very late not until 4 and a 10 am check out this may be standard but next time I would and I recommend planning a day longer stay because of this. I would definitely recommend this property and would most likely stay again! Also if you plan on staying here and have little ones The pool is across a very busy street! But is on the bay/river side and is beautiful to sit on the boat doc that is also included with this property

Upon arriving to the condo, we were overjoyed! The pictures just didn't do it justice. This unit is so spacious and was perfect for our group. The location was also perfect and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. I would absolutely recommend this property and may even book it again for this same annual trip!

The condo was at a great location. However the furnishings and paint made it feel dark instead of light and airy like most beach condos. The floor was a little dirty upon entry, and their was some a few small areas that could use some maintenance. The bed and couches were very comfortable and the view was amazing. We were a little disappointed that the pool was across the street and very tiny. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the value for the money.

Nice, the AC needs a little adjustment. Master bedroom was the coldest room in the house. Nice cooking utensils, Kids loved the access to the beach; adults liked being able to check on kids on the beach.

Great place to stay! Loved the fact that we had our own little portion of the beach that is only shared by the tenants of the 15 unit condos on beach and river side...and that we had a private boat slip to park our boat!
