Located in Mallory Square, a luxury neighborhood consisting of five private houses across the street from the Gulf of Mexico (a six-minute walk) and the world-famous Flora-Bama, this two-story, 2,875-square-foot home will be the beach getaway of your dreams! Barbecue delicious patties, veggies, and steaks in the private outdoor grilling area under the home or unwind on your balcony - perfect for sipping morning coffee or an evening cocktail while overlooking the water. Mallory Square also has a newly opened outdoor pool, where you can find a bit of peace and quiet with a view of the Old River. Back at the house, there's an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand after an exciting day at the beach. This home also features a contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three comfortably. Some of the modern appliances include a French-door fridge, a stove, two ovens (one built-in), a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. There's a wet bar off of the kitchen for prepping cocktails and mocktails. The large dining table with seating for at least eight is ideal for more formal meals. The inviting living area features a sofa and a smart TV. This level also offers a secluded bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower, as well as an additional half bathroom. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom hosts a furnished balcony, a smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and an extensive en suite bathroom with two separate vanities, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. The other two bedrooms have a smart TV and an en suite bathroom each. Things to Know The fireplaces are for decorative purposes only and are not available for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We stayed with our family for the week of Thanksgiving. It was a great place for gathering. Nice to have one bedroom on main floor for our parents. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great! The master bath shower was amazing! The grill area outside was great for grilling and socializing outdoors. There is a full closet of beach chairs, wagon and beach toys. We would have really enjoyed that if it had been a bit warmer, but we did walk across the street to the beach 2 or 3 days and the wagon was very helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, we could have used another small sauce pan and a larger skillet, but we had brought a large skillet with us, so we did ok. My brother and his family stayed at a condo right behind this unit, so we had 13 people there a lot of the time. We could have used a few more chairs at the large dining room table as it will seat 10, but there were only 6 chairs. We carried up a few chairs from the outside are and made it work! Overall we had a great week spending the holiday together. Thanks for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Midtown 2. The place was so spacious. The pictures made it seem big but when we arrived, it was massive!!! The rooms were spread out and our family of 7 had plenty of room to roam. The location was close to the beach and other restaurants. Not in a busy area so you felt away from the noise. Just a great trip that was enhanced by our accommodations. My only complaint is the sign to get into the property. It was not well lit so at night we did have some issues turning into the property itself.

The house was beautiful and also very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed, even a vegetable chopper “ that we all ordered because we love it so much!” It was 4 couples that stayed and the house was perfect size and each couple had their own bathroom. Everyone kept bragging on how beautiful the house was. We will stay again, what a wonderful getaway!

This is a great value for the size of the unit. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Very beautiful inside. Short drive to beach or bay, well worth the price. Spend the day on the water then relax in a nice newer modern home. I would much rather stay here than a more expensive unit on the beach which would cost you 3x the money.

It was not clear where we were suppose to access the beach, multiple people had to redirect us different places because there was not public access from the house. We found dirty Q-tips in the corner of the bathroom, sand on the floors, toenail clippings on the stairs and under the living room couch were empty bags of chips and food. The propane tank was empty. I called ahead of time to see if they had a rollaway bed and they stated they did not so we went and bought an air mattress and all betting. Upon an so we went and bought an air mattress and all betting. Upon arrival there was a twin size rollaway bed, and all bedding in the closet. We also had a significant leak from one of the bedrooms coming through the light in the kitchen. When I notified the property manager, they said they would “eventually“ send a contractor, we never heard from or saw a contractor, the whole time we were there , so we had a bucket catching the water our entire stay. The refrigerator also leaked so we had to keep towels on the floor in front of it. There was a leak in the bathroom under the sink of the middle bedroom upstairs. We tried to see where it was coming from and recognized there was mold growing underneath the sink. It was pretty upsetting, but we certainly didn’t let it ruin our trip. If this were my property, I would want honest feedback in order to get these issues fixed before my next guests arrived.

This was our first time renting a vacation home and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The house was beautiful – it was exceptionally clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It was well-stocked and conveniently located with easy access to the beach and area attractions. Loved the extensive trim work, the 10 ft ceilings, and wide-open hallways! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was icing on the cake. We felt as if we were home. It exceeded our expectations. Vacasa was great to work with. Wonderful service with easy check-in and check-out and provided great service. Would stay here again!
