Close to restaurants and just outside the tourist traffic you can get everywhere you want to be and still have a private place to land when you’re done. This is the perfect home for a family/group getaway with plenty of room for games/movies or just relaxing. This home offers two spacious master suites with en suite baths and king size beds on opposite ends of the house. Two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom with direct access to the 3rd full bath. The final bedroom is at the back of the house and offers a king size bed. There are two queen size sofa sleepers in the family room with plenty of additional seating. We have an open concept kitchen with new cabinets and updated appliances. With a breakfast bar, a large dining room table and an additional breakfast nook there’s plenty of space for games or meals. Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests. Guests have access to everywhere in the home but a few closets we reserve for extra cleaning materials and supplies. There is no garage access. The laundry room is on the main level but sectioned off and shared with the small downstairs studio unit. This is a large spacious home in a residential neighborhood. The home is set back from the street and is located on Beal Pkwy which is a main road in Fort Walton Beach. You will want to have a car or plan on using Uber/Lyft if you want to enjoy all that Ft. Walton Beach/Destin have to offer. -There are four steps on the front and back porches for entrance into the house. If you need to access the home without any steps you can go through the laundry room. -We are preparing for landscaping; please pardon the yard until then.
