In the evening, rest on the back patio and enjoy a warm fire 🔥 in the fire pit (use at your own risk, and the guest is responsible for clean-up). I walked in and the home smelled great. This home was everythingwe could of asked for. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome. I would love to know where I could get some. There was alot of attention to detail. Will definitely rent again if we come to Florida again

Our stay here was spectacular. I could not have asked for anything beyond what this property offered. It was very clean and so comfortable! I felt like I walked into my own home! The kids had plenty of space! Everyone wants to feel safe, and that’s how I felt from the start. The area is quiet and family live next door so seeing small children and happy families next to us helped a moms heart when traveling so far from home. Again, things were very quiet, day and night and we had all that we needed inside. The kitchen was great for us with every appliance possible available and clean. Did I say it was clean? It was. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels to accommodate us, even with my pack of children. It was easy to keep clean as it is decorated in a minimalistic manor ( my style) , so that made it easy to see how tidy everything is and should left as well. We were very happy. I was very pleased. The owner was very responsive to all my messages and helpful throughout . Beach chairs and umbrella and beach towels there for our use were helpful for a family to use and tuck back into the closet at the end of the trip. We were sad to leave, mostly because we were enjoying our little place there watching movies and resting after long play days. Walking out little dog out front was no issue since the neighbor is so quiet…We will definitely book this place again! Can’t say enough good things about this property! 💕💕

We had a fantastic stay. The townhouse is very nicely presented and had everything and more we needed. The cleanliness was outstanding and the facilities were great. The house is well located and was not more than 15 mins from most local attractions. We visited the wonderful beaches here and most of all enjoy the Air Force museum. You won’t be disappointed if you chose to stay here. Chanell was amazing to work with, quick to respond and very accommodating.

I don’t consider the condo exactly pet friendly. When it’s carpeted pretty much throughout the entire house. The back porch had no grass for the animals. The parking was horrible and there was not enough wash rags and towels in the townhome. We had to run out and purchase our own towels and wash rags. Because there was not enough. And the owner kept controlling the temperature at the Townhome.

Scheduled a short notice trip. Stayed the weekend while looking at properties to move while home is being sold. Chanell is quick in her responses to questions and really worked with me to help make this a relaxing and comfortable trip. The beaches are wonderful!

The booking process was super easy with the Chanell (Property owner). She was great communicating/ coordinating the needed information (local attractions and things to do) and flexible with our travel plans. The place was beautiful. You can really tell that they put their thoughts into the layout of the place, catered to spa level comfort (the different soft blankets and towels, the different soft / hard / size of the pillows), and the convenience of the appliances (kurig, air friers, washer/dryer, etc). It is truly conveniency / comfort of home away from home. The location is conveniently located to so many local restaurants, attractions, and markets without the craziness of the traffic/ noise.

My first thought about the outer appearance, had me a little skeptical about what I was walking into. Oh to my surprise was a very comforting, beautiful and peaceful home on the inside. Don't get me wrong everything was nice and neat on the outside but it is a townhome, so you can't control the surrounding area. I love this place. I'm not particular about staying on the beach, as the traffic can be crazy. We chose this location because it was only 6 miles away. This home had everything you could possibly need on a vacation. It is close to Walmart, Samsclub, Kohls and more. The property manager stay in constant communication and was very accommodating and was there to answer every question. I would definitely choose this location again!! Not one single issue!!
