Situated in McMinnville, this lovely house for $412 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Nestled in the heart of wine country within the Willamette Valley, this incredible four bedroom retreat is the perfect option for your family or small group visiting the area. Sitting a couple blocks away from Michelbook Country Club and just over a mile to downtown McMinnville, The Baker Creek Retreat is a fantastic option for you to explore everything that this area of the Pacific Northwest has to offer. As you enter, the foyer opens up to the entire home. You will find the open floor plan combining the living, dining, and kitchen layout, making it perfect for groups to enjoy together. One of the many great features is the main level bedroom and laundry. Ascending upstairs you will find another three exquisitely finished bedrooms including the bunk room, equipped with a mounted big screen TV and gaming console. Another full bath accompanies these bedrooms as well. In the backyard, you will find a gazebo that covers some plush outdoor seating and a fire table. In addition, there are more Adirondack chairs, some giant Jenga, and a treehouse overlooking the manicured lawn. Every bit of the décor and furnishing was procured to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Me and my five best friends all met there for the weekend for a wonderful trip to go winetasting and just hang out. The home was beautiful and checked off all of our boxes. Cannot wait to go back.

This property was wonderful! Looked exactly as the pictures showed. Very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Close to town. Rental company was very responsive to questions and issues. When we arrived the smoke alarm was beeping due to low battery (of course it was on the vaulted ceiling area so no way to reach it without a ladder). Texted them and they sent someone out within a few hours to fix it!! Great response and even a very wonderful person that came out to replace the battery! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

This was one of the best rentals we've ever had. Home was well appointed, very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The added benefit of a nice bottle of wine waiting for us at check in did not disappoint. Made our trip to wine country that much more enjoyable

This was a great place for all my siblings to stay while attending our grandson’s wedding! We were able to cook and visit both inside and out! It was very much home-like setting and everyone agreed that it couldn’t have been better!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. From the moment you enter, everything is set up for maximum enjoyment. The kitchen is both beautiful and tidy, equipped not just with basics like pots, pans, olive oil, and salt, but with a wide array of amenities including Tupperware, Ziploc bags, spices, sugar, and all the tools, plates, and flatware you could possibly need. The treehouse was a hit with the kids, as were the Nintendo and the selection of games. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area made it the perfect space for family gatherings. The location is highly convenient, being situated close to downtown McMinnville and wineries, with a convenience store just a short walk away. Moreover, it's only an hour's drive from downtown Portland, making it an excellent choice for those looking to explore the area. Everyone in my group was in awe of this house.

I am SO picky about my vacation rentals. This one did not disappoint! Very well appointed and thought out in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. These owners have left nothing off the list, making your stay relaxing and memorable. Spotlessly clean with everything you will need. Comfortable beds and a luxurious master bath. Plenty of room and then some to gather or spread out. Fabulous outdoor space, and my grandsons loved the treehouse!!! Restaurants, wineries, and more close by. Golden Valley Brewing Company- great spot for food and drinks! The posting was a bit conflicting regarding the bedrooms and baths. The master is downstairs, along with a second room that would make a great office space (no bed), and a powder bath off the laundry room. Upstairs has three more bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a set of bunk beds, and a full bath. The only downside was the sheets. They’re beautiful, but I’m used to my super soft bamboo sheets at home, so they were a bit scratchy for me. I cannot say enough about this vacation home! I wish I could have stayed longer, and will definitely be back!
