All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen. *** Added Entertainment Roku Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports, Showtime & Stars) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix account. *** Outdoor Space Outdoor private rooftop deck is located at 3rd floor with picnic table and lounge chairs. Great for watching weekly fireworks (see township schedule for exact time and availability) or just plain old relaxing. 2nd floor rear deck space is shared with picnics tables. Please clean up after using the outdoor space. *** Build with comfort in mind Newly constructed apartment completes with central air conditioning and heating system. *** Build with Security and convenience in mind Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access. A new random code for unit access will be generated at every new guest check-in . *** Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment with two parking permit tags good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby. The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting. *** Other things to note If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info. All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes. Jack & Vivian are the best hosts I’ve ever been in contact with! They accommodated me from the very beginning and did all they could to make sure my guests and I had a comfortable stay. I spent my birthday at the jersey shore in October and everything about it was perfect. Thanks again ❤️

This home is spacious, beautiful decorated, and very convenient to everything. And the beds are definitely very comfortable! My daughters amd her friends enjoyed the trip and felt safe in the home and location.

The house was in a great location. It was very clean. Air conditioning worked great! The area was loud at night, but once the air once on you barely heard any noise outside.

I took my daughter and five of her friends to Seaside Heights to celebrate her 16th birthday. We wanted a nice place that was also in a location that made it easy for the girls to be independent. This place exceeded our expectations! The apartment itself is bright and was very clean, parking was easy using the parking permit provided (although I'm sure it's harder in the summer), and it really had everything we needed. Lots of space, well laid out (two full bathrooms each paired with two bedrooms), nice kitchen, and the outdoor space was great. We didn't use the outdoor shower but it looked very nice! The owners were great with communication and checked in regularly to make sure all was well. The fact that both the gate and apartment locked with codes (different codes) was really helpful for the girls to go out and come back without worrying about keys. They loved going to the boardwalk and the beach, and enjoyed the rides at Casino Pier (so close!). Really couldn't have asked for a better place for this trip. Thank you!

Parking is horrendous after a certain time on weekends even though then give a you parking pass if you can't find a spot you a forced to pay $40.00 or $50.00 for parking. I not only had to pay $40.00 for parking but my car got towed in the process.
