The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) -IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. -No smoking is allowed in the property. Any sign of smoking may result in forfeiture of deposit. -For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
