This was by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed at! Property managers were very easy to get ahold of, house was clean and well stocked! Weather was cold but it was nice to sit in the hot tub and watch the dolphins!!!

You can’t get any closer to being right on the beach. The house was thoughtfully stocked and the decor was so very well done. You don’t feel like it is all the owner cast offs. There was comfortable seating inside the house and on the deck and enough for a large group. The owner was available when needed to answer any questions. Hope to stay there again.

We had a great stay. Had some weather concerns and the host was very helpful to make sure our cars were not at risk of the high tide. Very responsive host. The house was amazing and you couldn’t ask for a better location to the beach. We will be back.

I loved everything. Pet friendly, the location, ample supplies in the kitchen, bathrooms and such. The deck with the furnishings and hot tub was amazing. I will definitely be back.

4 BR and 4 Bathrooms worked out great for us. This house also had 2 refrigerators and we used them both!!! The kitchen was well stocked. We absolutely loved the Balcony and the balcony furniture. The sectional was wrapped around the fire pit and was so comfy. The hot tub was a big plus too!!! Amy was the perfect hostess.

The house is wonderful and includes everything you could need. We enjoyed the location as well - it is literally in the water. Just be mindful you do not have space to sit in front of the house, you do have to go one way or the other (or sit under the house). The deck is the shining feature of the home - covered area and uncovered! Great seating outside for eating or relaxing!

We had a great time at this property for our family vacation this fall. Everything was clean and tidy in the house and matched up perfectly with the pictures. They had plenty of beach toys, tubes, boards etc. for the kids outside. The ocean comes up right to the edge of the porch, which was awesome not having to tote a bunch of heavy coolers a mile every day. You could sit under the deck in the shade or pull your chairs out if you wanted sun. The hosts were great and responded quickly to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed late August and the property was as advertised. We had three families of four. I hate to repeat what past reviews have said but the house had everything we needed. No need to bring towels, sand toys, floats or boogie boards; it had it all. Amy was great; always fast to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back next year!

This property was amazing and provided a great escape for two families vacationing together. The house is directly on the beach so we were able to go back and forth without having to haul a whole day’s worth of supplies to the beach. The layout with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provided everyone with privacy and plenty of space. The deck is an awesome feature with plenty of places to sit and the hot tub was great even though we visited in August! We had a great time and would definitely book this property again!

We have stayed in a ton of beach houses from Dauphin Island to Destin over the last 15 years and this has been our absolute favorite! It’s super clean, the best well stocked house ever, perfect beach spot and decorated so cute. We all loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Book this now. Seriously. I wish I could give this property 6 stars. From the communication, to the amenities, to the comfort of the beds! They provided so much in addition to the roomy & gorgeous home. Beach toys, pack n play, beach towels, first aid supplies, toiletries if needed, stocked pantry, pebble ice maker, kuerig and pot coffee makers, and every kitchen tool you will ever need. Not too mention hot tub and fire pit on your own private piece of the beach. The house casts enough shade that you do NOT need a tent. Get ready to play in the ocean all day and watch dolphins swim morning and evening right in front of this home. It was unreal. Water was gorgeous. Ocean was 78 which I thought would be too cool but it felt really nice actually! I know that’s now about this house but I just mean don’t worry about going early or late in the season. It was SO nice! We cooked and brought our own food the entire trip. We just disconnected from the world. It was amazing. There was honestly nothing at all I would change about this stay!

Loved this house. So nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, great floor plan, and LOVED the hot tub for the rainy days and cool nights. Roasted marshmallows over the table/firepit. Very comfortable all around. Management was very prompt with any of my questions. Would love to return.

House was neat, clean, well stocked. Loved the jacuzzi and fire pit and back porch. Short walk to west end beach-perfect for viewing sunset. Plenty of towels etc. seeing dolphins from back porch was cool. Good communications with host. Would recommend property.

If you want to simply relax and listen to the ocean this is the place for you. The back deck is my favorite spot! The fire pit and hot tub while the sunsets is picture perfect.

Kingfisher house was better than the picture with gorgeous ocean front. It was clean and had pretty much everything you needed. They even had lots of great games. And the owners were great! They replied right away and we felt very welcomed! We can’t wait to return!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Kingfisher is a beautifully decorated, clean home located steps from the water. In fact, while on the deck you only see the beach if you are looking over the railing. We loved the fact that while on the large deck and in the hot tub you feel as if you are right on the water. We used the hot tub on a regular basis which was so nice to have with it being January. We even watched dolphins from the hot tub one day. The house has 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom, one in the hallway next to the bedroom. There were 4 of us on this trip but the house was large enough for more people to stay and still be very comfortable. We enjoyed daily morning walks on the beach with our dog. Any questions we had were answered right away which was very appreciated. We ate out for lunch and dinner each day. We liked our food at the Islander's Restaurant but our favorite was the food truck called Miguel's Beach'n Baja. We all love the Fish, shrimp, and chicken tacos from there. Although if you prefer to cook the house has everything you need to cook including seasonings, oil, and even pasta, pasta sauce, and other items to cook during the stay. I have stayed at several vacation rental homes all over the US and Europe and I will say this was the best-stocked home I've ever seen. Tons of games, books, TVs in every room and many extras. When we return to Dauphin Island we will definitely be staying at Kingfisher. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Off season so very quiet and relaxing. House was clean and really appreciated all the little extras provided. Arrived late at night during a very thick fog and received text from mgmt they had gone and turned porch light on for us! Appreciated this so much after long day of driving
