The very quiet community with mostly full-time residents lends itself for quiet walks and bike rides here. Morrison lake is just across the street and gives a relaxing feel listening to the fountain for early morning coffee on the front porch. As you enter the home, the spacious living room is equipped with a 75' flatscreen tv and sectional seating for seven to eight people, vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams with five large glass windows overlooking Morrison Lake. Off of the living room is a remodeled outside screened porch with large sliding glass doors. Outdoor dining and seating area for six people with another 75' flat screen tv for watching football and golf. On the second level of the outside area there are hanging lights and a romantic firebox for cool glasses of white wine in the evening and seating for five people. The open kitchen and dining area comfortably seats nine people, looking out the large windows to Morrison Lake is a wonderful open airy feel as the home is quite elevated on the dunes. The brand-new appliances and quartz countertops make for the chef's dream setting. The master bedroom and two full bunks are just off the dining area with four steps up to enter. Large sliding doors that open to the romantic fire box area. The king master bedroom is equipped with a 75' flat screen tv for late-night movies the ensuite bathroom has a brand-new quartz double vanity along with an oversized glass wall shower and separate soaking tub for relaxing after long walks on the sugar white sand. Accessible through the master bath area is the bunkbed nook with two full over full sleeping bunks. Perfect to keep the kiddos close at night. Just off of the living area are the two additional bedrooms, the first is the double queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and ensuite quartz double vanity along with a bathtub shower combination. This bedroom also features a 45' flat screen tv. The freestanding washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry area in this room. The second bedroom on this hall is equipped with 1 queen bed and a triple bunk bed, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin on top. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beam a 45' flatscreen tv and an ensuite, single vanity quartz sink and a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 1 & 2, King Master Bedroom with Bathroom, large ensuite Walk in Shower and Soaking Tub and 1 Bunkroom with 2 Full Beds (Sleeps 4) Bedroom 3 2 Queen beds with ensuite bath, combination shower and tub. (Sleeps 4) Bedroom 4 1 Queen bed, 1 triple bunk with a queen on the bottom, full in the middle and twin on top. Ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. (Sleeps 6) Pool heating may be added at a cost of $50 per day plus tax, and must be purchased for the entire length of stay. SMALL DOGS ONLY. PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX Gulf Pines is conveniently located in close proximity to the shopping, dining and entertainment districts of Sandestin, including The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall. You will be just a short drive away from Destin Commons, Big Kahuna’s Water Park and HarborWalk Village in Destin. NO EVENTS/WEDDINGS ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY OR THE COMMUNITY COMMON AREA HOA RULES Guest are able to park a maximum of 5 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA. including garage. Additional parking is not available. Boats, Trailers and RVs are not allowed to be parked at this home. Tents and Canopies not allowed on the beach per HOA.

The inside of the house was exactly as pictured. We loved the large pool and the short walk to the private beach. We would rent again and Frangista was amazing to work with!

The house is a nice modern ranch with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 2 families with children. Pool is very large and backyard has a wonderful screened in porch.Overall loved the house! If anything to change maybe small cosmetic tweaks on landscape and inside wall bathroom fixtures that needed fixing.

The house was in walking distance of bakeries and some shops and very close to the Destin outlet mall. The house was impeccably kept and well furnished. It was beyond our dreams.

We loved our stay at Casa Lily. The home is well-decorated and well-stocked with all the essentials. We appreciated the beach towels. We had the pool heated and it was perfect for the weather. The walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes and there is also ample parking at the beach access point. The beach was not crowded even though it was spring break. The little lake across the street provided a beautiful view and our son loved fishing in it. the only issue we had was that the mattress pads and sheets didn't stay on the beds well - an odd problem but interrupted our sleep more than we expected. I think if you just removed the mattress pad or got deeper sheets, it would make a big difference.

We stayed at Casa Lily with our family of 5 during early fall. The house is not just beautiful but very clean, spacious and uncluttered. We enjoyed the design and décor of the house but our favorite part was the heated pool! The house is in such a beautiful and tranquil neighborhood. We rode our bikes around in the afternoons to the private beach, which was less than 5 minutes. The private beach inside the neighborhood was so nice and the water was absolutely beautiful. That’s why we love the Emerald Coast. We’ll be booking Casa Lily again for sure. If you like midcentury modern homes, you’ll love this house. The house has a toned-down beach feel with a mcm style, it’s the perfect place to relax and spend time with the family. Shopping was super close too (outlets) and lots of great restaurants nearby. Our kids LOVED walking to the beautiful lake in front of the house too, which was an unexpected treat. We’ve been vacationing in that area for many years and our favorite time to go is during the fall, just make sure you get a house with a heated pool.
