The house and all of the furnishings was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We made s’mores by the fireplace, played cards in the game room, the hot tub was used several times, the newlyweds loved their suite downstairs for privacy, and tv was a constant companion with all of the bowl games. The short distance into town was great for escape room, axe throwing, mountain coaster ride as well as shopping, fudge, caramel apples, pretzels, gourmet coffee and just people watching. Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable and can not wait to do it again. There was a lot of room for everyone to spread out but there were spaces large enough for us all to be together.

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren in the perfect Christmas setting! The house is big but cozy! It poured rain all three days therefore the billiards table , hot tub and fireplaces were ideal for our family! The large dining room table made our family meals and game nights special!

Our tennis team did a girl's trip and had a great time!!! The house had plenty of room and the layout was absolutely perfect for 10 girls. Never did we feel cramped.
This would also be a great getaway place for a couple of families with teenage kids, everyone has plenty of space to have their own thing.

Wonderful, clean home close to downtown Helen. We always enjoy visiting North Georgia, especially in the Fall. The house was great for our family. I will be back.

The property was nicely located to the Town of Helen. The house was clean and well maintained. Our only suggestion is replacing the cushions on the back deck furniture.

We always stay in this community when coming to Helen. This house was what we needed. I would recommend them upgrading the furniture and beds, but overall it was a good extended weekend stay.

Overall the experience staying here was good. The layout was a little weird for our individual family due to sleeping arrangements. I wish there was a floor plan layout on the listing photos. With kids it’s hard to stay here and not wake up others if the kids wake up before everyone. The booking process was not as easy as other properties we’ve stayed at through VRBO. There was a 4 page or so information packet that had to be completed before they would provide the address to the property that was redundant and that part of the process was not ideal for quick and easy booking. The other issue was the thermostats on the AC seemed complicated for the property as there were numerous ones. Likely not a big deal in the cool time of year but it made certain areas erratics with cool/warm zones. It was clean though and nice. The kitchen was also nice and plenty of room to cook for family dinners. Plenty of games on site too which was great. The pool table and tv in the garage provided entertainment for the evening and there is a nice card table downstairs in the house.

We had 12 who stayed and the property was perfect. Innsbruck community does not allow short term rental guests to use the amenities and that is disappointing. The mountains and trails are beautiful and we had a great family get together. Helen, itself, was a bit disappointing.

Location was perfect for a short stay in Helen. Minutes from anything you would like to do. The house was big and comfortable for the family. The game room and loft above garage in separate from the house.

The positive: The house is very close to all the attractions you would want to do in Helen. The house is located in a gated community. The house is large and has good amenities like several fireplaces, a hot tub, a pool table, a fuse ball table, lots of TVs, 7 bathrooms, and is overall very clean.
The negative: The electronic door lock was not working, there were 2 large bugs in the master bathroom and bedroom, the kitchen faucet was loose, the toilet in the half bath was not flushing (we fixed it ourselves), and the list of things the owner wants to be done before leaving is pretty extensive especially for the very large amount of money I paid!

We stayed before Christmas and right after my mom finished chemo and radiation. This cabin was outstanding in every way! Plenty of room. Cool layout. Hot tub pool tables and foosball. Gorgeous kitchen and great room and beautiful views from the decks.
It was only like five minutes to downtown Helen as well! We had 20 adults and two kids under 6. It was just perfect! Thank you Hideaway Manor management and owners! You gave us the best backdrop to celebrate and make memories!

We had a small hiccup however Jennifer English responded to us immediately and took care of the situation. A nice quite and good place for a Retreat. We didn't get to enjoy fhe game room much but we enjoyed the town of HELEN and will definitely give Helen Rentals another go..Thank you 😊
