Summertime is here! It's time to enjoy life a little and go on an adventure. Welcome to beautiful Palm Coast and to your Florida vacation! The house has plenty of space for a large group of friends or family! You will be near to it all when you stay at this centrally located home. It is located on a quiet street in the heart of rapidly growing Palm Coast. Enjoy the cool coastal vibes designed with visitor in mind. Explore Florida at your own leisure & discover its many unique adventures. Have fun or take care of business, then come back to this peaceful and quite place! Cozy & Tranquil Getaway for All was designed to create a relaxing & fun Florida vacation. You'll find a comfortable setting designed to create a tranquil respite for you and yours. The home has a completely private, fenced in yard featuring a screened lanai and seating area. For your pleasure we provide inside sitting areas, 2 big screen TVs, children’s toys, and board games. The home can sleep up to 10 people. You will find one master bedroom with a king size bed, a twin bed with a roll-out bed, and an en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the home, you will find another room with a queen size bed + a twin bed, a full bathroom, and another room featuring a queen size bed + a twin bed. There is also a pack ‘n play. The house also has two couches and several comfortable chairs. All relaxing & so comfortable! We provide extra bath towels. There is also a full-size washer & dryer that you are free to use as you please and comes with an iron and ironing board. To get your vacation started, we provide hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. LBTR 35127 You will find a fully equipped kitchen to show off your cooking skills or to make a quick bite to eat. Kitchen equipment provided: - full size refrigerator/freezer - ice maker - electric stove - microwave - oven - coffee maker - various kitchen accessories - wine glasses - coffee mugs - utensils - drinking glasses - plates The house is a non-smoking house, and we ask that if you do smoke to do it outside of the house, so no smell lingers. If necessary, please utilize the screened in porch. You are welcome to have family gatherings, birthday events, and wedding celebrations. Please no parties; disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size. We allow dogs only. We understand that fur babies are a very important part of the family! However, we ask that you consider your dog’s behavior and whether our property is right for them. We ask that you please bring a bed for your dog or put down a blanket before letting them on furniture. We prefer medium to small size dogs, but there are always exceptions to the rule, with a prior approval. Please reach out for any specific questions or concerns. We require an additional $50 pet fee per stay, if you decide to bring your pet. Dogs are the only pets that are allowed. We require dogs to be house-trained. Dogs must be crated if you are not there to supervise them, so please bring a crate if you plan on leaving the property. * The backyard is fully fenced, and gaps underneath are secured to prevent the most adventurous pups from escaping. * Please be aware that due to the recent rains, warming temperatures, and increased moisture a lot more critters are around. Please make sure to close doors and windows to not let anything in. We have regular bug spaying services, but there is only so much they can do. Also, when bringing grocery bags in, avoid placing them on the ground to prevent bugs getting a ride inside. This was just in case you are not familiar with southern and especially FL issues. GUEST ACCESS Your GPS should take you directly to the property. Once you have arrived, there is a smart lock on the front door where you will be given your personal access code to enter and exit the property. For the safety of our guests, we change the code every new stay. The front door and the garage can be unlocked remotely, in an event of a lockout. The entire house apart from the locked closet in the master bedroom are available for your stay. Driveway will accommodate 4+ autos. The two-car garage could accommodate several motorcycles. Palm Coast has an extensive network of wide and well-lit sidewalks for walking and biking which, if you have the energy, can take you just about anywhere in the town. THINGS TO KNOW Palm Coast is such a great little town that is centrally located to all the favorite tourist spots & towns on the Atlantic side of Florida! From the house: - Flagler Beach is 15 min away - Easy access to US-1, A1A, and I-95 - Close to Crescent beach, Beverly Beach, & Marineworld. - World class golfing - Surfing - Fishing - Historic St. Augustine is 30 min away - Daytona is 30ish min away - Orlando is about 1 hour away, depending on where you want to go. - Jacksonville is about 1 hour away.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful, clean, updated super nice layout house. Had everything we needed and more was super easy to access. House is even lovelier than described. Very spacious open, layout lots of things to do within the home lots of little extras. I would highly recommend this place.

The house was so clean! It is stocked with everything… plus it is close enough to the beach, Daytona and St. Augustine! Only downside was a few beach chairs and umbrella wound have made it a little better! Thank you we enjoyed it!

This is a lovely home. Everything is well maintained. Very comfortable. A great home base for exploring the area. Also being dog friendly was a huge plus. Would definitely rent again.i

Property located in a nice neighborhood close to shopping, golf and. 15 minutes to Flagler Beach. Also close to popular sightseeing spots like St. Augustine, Daytona, Cape Kennedy 1 1/2 hours but worth the drive!
