Have all the doors open with three porches either facing the Gulf, the dining area porch or the expansive back canal view area and let yourself hum with the sea breezes. With two bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa and two bathrooms you have plenty of space indoor and outdoors to enjoy the Lido Life! Welcome to Paradise! Across the way from Lido Beach and an easy walk with the beach gear supplied so no need to pay extra rental fees. Short distance from St Armand's Circle with all of your restaurants, bars, activities and shops! Enjoy nightly sunset views from the front porch while you sit and enjoy your evening meal. Elevator for ease and stairs that bring you straight to the pool! Dedicated shaded parking space plus visitor parking lot for extra vehicles. Children ages 12 and up are allowed. Community heated pool with lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, outdoor shower and grill. This condo also offers an indoor lounge room with a kitchen, comfy seating and air conditioning. Beach umbrella, chairs and towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies. Travel with confidence. The #PMIPurify program is implemented in every rental, providing a pristine clean for all guests. Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional documents to verify your identity. As part of this process, you will be required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection of $89 for your stay. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional. This property is outfitted with an Advantium Oven, we have instructions on how to operate this in our house manual for your convenience. This vacation property is part of a Community Association and requires a separate application submission, at no cost to you. PMI Sarasota will process the application for you. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS. All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy: 1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods: a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees. 2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges. For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance. Beautiful location, friendly residents, immaculate condo with every need met/ kitchen and cleaning supplies, towels etc. you don’t need to bring anything but your bathing suit!! 5 star all the way!!

Excellent location close to beach and St. Armands, with pleasant views. Modest unit with simple but attractive decor and furnishings. Appropriately equipped kitchen. Clean and easy to keep clean. Very comfortable beds with new, high quality bedding and towels. Lacked TV in master bedroom and radio or music in living room.
