After reading the comments and reviews I expected a complete disaster. But it wasn't that bad. We stayed one full night, and it was ok. The shared shower was a disaster, I couldn't make myself use it. The bed is ok. It's great for one night, max 2 nights. And the location is perfect.
Shared bathrooms. It wasn't that clean also.

The location was absolutely superb!
The reception was at times closed even during the open hours.

It's close to Metro and therefore close to city centre
Toilet and shower on corridor
5.0
Only few hotel parking spots, we had to park on the street which was almost as expensive as the room itself
8.0
Close to shopping possibilities, respectful and polite staff.. clean room, and flexible arrival and check out options.
The elevator was a little to small for my liking
The stairs
The TV was set to only Swedish channels, and only 4 channels were available..

The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty nice.
Firstly, the cleaning was really bad. The shared shower was really dirty and smelled pee. Just having a normal timing shower you could flood everything because the pipes didn't work properly and the water were stuck there for a big while.
Furthermore, I could test that they didn't cleaned it while I was there for three days/two nights due a little dirty towel that was there all the time.
On the other hand, the stuff was inexistent. Once we arrived we needed to phone a number to get our key. Next they we formalized our check in. After that we needed to give the keys in a post office. Everything is organized to don't need that stuff in 24/7, but should be better having a little more of care. The last point, that is also related to this, is that we couldn't have breakfast because started at 9:15!!! Is a town that opens everything 10 to 18h, if you have your breakfast this late is not good enough.

Just location and connectivity to nearest station. The staff was polite and cooperative.
Room was dirty , full of spiders. Lot of noise outside the room. Common washroom was opposite to my room and there was so much of water and door noise.

The only thing I have liked is the location, as it is located near my workplace in Copenhagen.
No value for the money I've paid and then it is called a hotel! I would be okay with this stay if I had only paid 200 kr per night, but with a price that ranges between 700 and 1000 kr per night for a single room it is absolutely not acceptable. And by the way this is supposed to be called a hostel, not a hotel. The facilities are old and not well kept. No breakfast served due to corona they say... Shared bath and toilet.the room is very small, smelled of cigarettes, TV was called flat-screen but I bet it was only 15'' and only had some few Swedish channels. No personnel to receive you after 17:00. I had to find my way through the backyard guided on phone. In general I was not happy with the stay and most of all because I do not hunk it is acceptable to take that much money for something that bad.

In the middle of the city, clean. Parking place. There were few people, so we used bathroom without problems.
When we came at about 9:30 pm, reception was closed and it took time to reach assistance via phone. Then finally staff came, we were tired. Narrow elevator, just to squeeze with the pram. Then there was noise from neighbours, so we couldn’t fall asleep. And there was nearly broken window, so, we could hardly open it, which was essential as there was no conditioner and it was very warm. Finally, there was no breakfast.

- Cheapest in Copenhagen
- Easy access from the airport and the central
- A nice bakery and a supermarket around the corner
- Staffs were friendly, welcome to answer questions
- The room was really warm on snowy days
- Offered us a kettle on request
- The floor of my room was a bit dusty. I wonder if they cleaned up after the previous customer
- The room was small. Assume it's a place just to sleep
- No staff on site after 6 pm. Customers upstairs were over exited at late night. no way to get them to stop that other than directly asking them.
- No kitchen or microwave at the site, meaning you've got to buy cooked food. Wonder if it saves the total costs of the trip.

Convenient location and price.
No staff were present at arrival so could not check in, despite being within the reception opening times listed on the window. Called number and was rather abruptly/rudely told to come back after 3pm to check in, so had to spend the morning and early afternoon with our luggage. When we returned after 3pm the receptionist (different to the man on the phone) was polite and helpful. She stated that the reception would be open at 9am the next morning for check out - but, contrary to this, no staff were present in the morning and the reception was closed/locked off again. Makes me think the person with the morning shift just can't be bothered turning up. Having no staff present is extremely poor, and a potential security risk.
Noise from other guests using the corridors in the very early morning (around 5am) was also extremely disruptive (not much sound insulation).
Was obviously expecting shared bathrooms, but was anticipating more than one small WC serving all the rooms on the entire floor (1st floor).

After a 700 kilometer drive, we finally arrived at our hotel. But to our dismay we had to realize that the hotel was closed although we had communicated our arrival time early and also arrived on time. So I had to call the hotel at a charge, where the employee did not even have a clue that they expect guests today. We had to wait exhausted after a long drive in front of the hotel until someone finally arrived. "The worst we had now survived" .. I thought, but it should be even better. The unmotivated receptionist demanded payment in advance and when I wanted to pay in euros, she refused. The euro was refused - in a hotel - in a country that is there since the euro emergence. Basically everything half so bad, I suggested to her that we would go anyway immediately to the center, I would change my money there and pay the next day at check-out in DKK. This she also refused, with the reason that the hotel conditions would only allow payment in advance. I told her that I have a WRITTEN confirmation that I was allowed to make the payment at check-out, but the receptionist wanted to know nothing about it and kept referring to the policy. So I had to walk half an hour to the train station (according to her it would have been only 15 min walk) to change my money into DKK with considerable losses (fees+curr. rate), then half an hour back to the hotel. So we had a great start on our weekend trip in Copenhagen - NOT !!!!
Furthermore, we had selected the option "single beds" when booking and what did we find in our room? Exactly a double bed - top performance *thumbs up*. As if all this was not enough, we were in for another surprise. At Booking.com interested parties were offered a breakfast, which was included in the price, but here we were disappointed again, there was no breakfast, not even coffee.
