This house is not to be used as a congregating/party house to host other people other than the official tenants, unless you do not exceed the maximum occupancy rules regarding people and vehicles. Your half of the driveway can hold 2 vehicles, and therefore this property accommodates a maximum of 2 vehicles, with RVs, large trucks, and vehicles with trailers counting as 2 vehicles. These vehicles must be parked in the driveway during your stay, and not on the side of the street, in the front yard/grass, or on the Front Unit's side of the driveway. If you have only 1 vehicle, you may have one additional visiting vehicles at any given time, so long as the maximum people occupancy of the house is not exceeded, and so long as the visiting vehicle parks only in the driveway. The total driveway measures 19.5 feet wide and 45 feet long, meaning your half of the driveway measures 9.75 feet wide and 45 feet long. RVs, large trucks, or vehicles with a trailer may not be parked on the street at any time. No parking on the grass/front yard at any time. We take the rules in the preceding 2 paragraphs very seriously, primarily out of consideration for our neighbors. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Violation of the rules in the preceding 2 paragraphs are subject to immediate termination of the rental and/or withholding of security deposit. House Rules/Other Notes: *No Spring Break/party groups. No parties. No loud noise before 8am or after 9pm. This is a quiet street with families and retirees. *No smoking inside the house. *No construction groups or utility worker groups permitted. *No work trucks or similar vehicles permitted (a single RV is okay). *The driveway holds 2 vehicles for the Back Unit. No parking on the grass/front yard or along the street . *The unit will be stocked with 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, basic cleaning supplies, 2 dishwasher detergent tablets, 2 laundry detergent tablets, some fabric softener sheets, and 1 set of hotel-size toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrush/toothpaste). Depending on the size of your party and your length of stay, you may find it necessary to bring additional supplies for use during your stay. *Lawn service may come during your stay to cut the grass (every week during summer, less frequently during winter).
