All rooms are furnished to the highest of standards with exclusive furnishings to make this home special. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom , built in wardrobes and TV's. With two spacious lounge and dining areas, a fully equipped luxury kitchen with a butlers pantry. A games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey and darts, also a Wii games consol. An extended pool and spa that sits on a screened deck area, with its superb views overlooking the lake at the rear of the property. We can assure that you will not be disappointed as the house is extensively equipped and is a luxurious place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks Outside the Villa...: The pool area is North West facing so your guaranteed all day sun in the pool area. The pool has been upgraded to an increased size of 30 x 15', it is a heated pool and integrated Jacuzzi/spa with colored lighting, With an extended lanai area. The pool is fully covered with a special screen enclosure to keep the bugs out. and also a fully screened pool area to keep the little ones away from the pool when you are not around this is fully moveable. the heater was also upgrading to provide gas pool heating - to get the spa up to temperature fast even in the coldest weather! The coloured lighting means that you can enjoy a late night dip. For those wishing to bathe without the screen the facilities of the outdoor pool at the club house is available to use for all guests. The BellaVida Resort...: The BellaVida Resort is a gated community of private homes owned by individuals and designed for vacation rentals. BellaVida has its own 6700sq ft grand clubhouse and over 15 acres of lakes, having a host of features including a large zero entry pool, cybercafe, exercise room, sand volleyball, basketball, children's playground, formal Italian style gardens and more. Beautiful home. It worked well for our group of 6 adults (3 couples) and a 1yr old. There was plenty of room to relax and visit with family. The pool was a favorite!!

Property was nice, WiFi was not good and 5g was not great, some family members needed to work while staying and couldn’t from the house. It’s nice and spacious lots of space for privacy. Pool heater was not working the week we were in the house.

The check in process was simple… which was great because we drove 10 hours. All together we had a party of 12, and there was still plenty of room..House was clean, pool was warm.. just perfect! Definitely will stay again.

The house was very nice and clean. The pool and the game room were a huge hit with the kids. Proximity to amusement parks was easy drive. I would recommend this property if you are going to Disney.

The house is spacious and the numerous bathrooms are very convenient. Each of our teens had their own bed & bath - no fighting! The kids loved the pool, hot tub & game room. Location is close to restaurants & shopping but far enough to keep the neighbourhood quiet. However, the bedrooms do not have enough lighting. The house was clean & tidy but could use a deep clean ( ex: rugs, cabinet full of grimy wine classes).
The garbage was supposed to get picked ip daily but was not. After 2 days, the racoons got to it. We had to clean the mess & started taking our trash to the compactor ourselves. Otherwise, it is a fantastic property.

Great house, great location. Walmart is walking distance and everything is 20 minutes away.
The house was well equipped, everything you need.
The host was very easy to reach as well as the managers.

Loved our villa, it was great for the whole family and friends! The villa seemed to have everything we needed.
The only problem was the pool water was really warm/hot.

The house was beautiful and centrally located to everything you would want to do; however, the sheets had hair all over them, comforter set had dried food on top, cob webs noted above head on ceiling, microwave not cleaned and very nasty, stained carpet, no blinds in 2 bathrooms that were directly across from neighbors windows, and the pool was to hot to swim in.

My family and I stayed at this property April 22 - April 29, 2023. There were 11 family members. Eight adults and 3 children. We loved this property. There was plenty of room and the house was clean and well stocked. The pool was very nice and refreshing. We appreciated that it is a gated community and always felt safe and secure. Also, the property is close to all the attractions that Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer. When corresponding with the owner, he was very pleasant and responded right away. When we plan our next trip, we will definitely look to book this property again.

We had a wonderful Spring Break with family at our Villa! It was exactly how the pictures portrayed it! We really didn’t leave at all, just enjoyed the weather and the pool. There was lots of room for everyone and it is so handy to Walmart for all of your holiday needs! We had no significant issues with anything! Would definitely stay there again!

Was perfect size and plenty of room for all of our families. Pool was perfect, plenty of amenities. Air conditioning needed to work a bit more. The carpets (stairs) and flooring needed a deep cleaning. The towels were damp in the closet (I suspect it the cleaning crew put them away damp out of the dryer)

Great experience from start to finish. The owner was more than helpful and promptly replied to our enquiries. Lovely villa in a good location close to the attractions, Kissimmee Old Town and many restaurants. Neighbourhood was quite and secure with 24 hour security.

We rented this condo for a week and loved the location . It’s in a beautiful subdivision with a large body of water with a walking path around it. It also has a large wadding pool and exercise facility . We would not hesitate to book it again.

We had a wonderful vacation.
The house is beautiful, very spacious and in a very nice complex. It is very convenient to Universal, Disney and lots of great restaurants. It’s also only a little over an hour from Cocoa Beach.
All bedrooms are upstairs, so please be mindful of that if you have someone disabled, elderly, etc.
I did send a message to the owner for one small thing and he responded very promptly.

Had a great week ! House was clean and perfect for our group of 13. Pool was warm and the kids enjoyed it. Only about 8- 10 miles from the parks. Had a small issue upon check in but all was taken car of by the property mgr. Thoroughly enjoyed the week.

The house was spacious and clean and well furnished. The location was great for us, we visited Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Springs, Gatorland, and Airboat rides, the house was close to all the venues. The only complaint we had was that we could not get jaccuzi tempureature hotter than 72 degrees, called owner his answer was to keep resenting timer for jaccuzi to run for 2-3 hours, then it would warm up. We ran it for 4 hours straight no change. Everything else was great with the house, would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was perfect for our group of 13 to accomodate comfortably. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. All in all a great place to vacation with family. We will definitey be visiting here again.

Overall this house was exactly what we needed. Lots of room if you needed space. Also has a bathroom adjoining each bedroom which was really nice too. The pool and outside area is really nice after a day of parks. If you don’t want to be in the sun but want to be outside there is a shaded area with fans near the pool to play games or have drinks.

The house was clean, spacious and beautiful and it's in a nice area and close to everything. (Walmart literally around the corner) It has everything in the kitchen the you need to make big family meal. We enjoyed every part of the house, it is beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!!

The house was cleaned and well organized. Location was ideal, close to many amenities. I would highly recommend this place. The owner was very kind and provided excellent details. There was small issues but nothing that affected our travels - patio back door handle and knob on dresser will come off.

This was an amazing property. 6 wonderful bedrooms with a bathroom for each. The pool was wonderful as well, we truly enjoyed every moment! Steve and the management company were extremely prompt in getting back to our inquiries. The home is situated in a lovely area, a beautiful drive to the property and close to Walmart, restaurants of all kinds and theme parks. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back one of these days!

We were in for Summit cheer comp, we decided to book a house, this house was perfect. We had 6 moms/6 daughters we each had our own bedroom with ensuite bathroom, perfect for everyone getting ready. The kitchen was well stocked, the owner had plenty of towels for the bath as well as the pool. Girls loved swimming, we did pay extra for heat, so worth it. Only issue was garbage was never picked up, we had to drop it off at the main dumpster, not a huge deal, but it would have been easier just to put it outside in the bin.
Overall I would highly recommend this property, the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.
