In the main house, the second floor accommodates expansive living quarters. The bright great room features a full wall of glass windows and doors, which open onto a large sundeck and overlook the beach. Outdoor tables and chairs are available for enjoying a tropical drink while watching the tide roll in. A comfortable living area includes a blue sofa and complementary white armchairs. From here you can watch TV, or take in the stunning views of the pristine Gulf. Beside another set of glass windows, a causal dining area features a hardwood table and seating for ten. It provides the ideal setting for a vacation dinner, where guests can eat a meal and take advantage of the beautiful beach sunset. The state-of-the-art kitchen has gleaming marble countertops, spacious cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and an island with four raised chairs. On this level, guests will find two bedrooms: the master suite with a king-size bed and private bath, and a guestroom with a queen-size bed and access to a full hall bath. Three remaining bedrooms are located downstairs. Two of the rooms have king-size beds, while the other is a bunkroom with two queen bunks and four wall-mounted TVs for streaming and gaming only. A cozy den has a queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a TV for entertainment. The poolside guest house offers separate living and sleeping quarters. It features a cozy living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is equipped with cottage-style furnishings and has a queen-size sleeper sofa. This was our first family vacation with grandparents, 5 siblings, significant others, 3 babies and a dog. The property was absolutely perfect, you have your own private beach, steps to the ocean, beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from the kitchen and the back deck. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, wonderful property, it was perfect.

Coastal Cabana is a beautiful home in a perfect location. The home accomodated 8 of us with no problem. The deck is fantastic and the views were amazing. Great sunrises and sunsets! We were there in December and the weather was cool. We paid to heat the pool, the pool stayed warm, about 85 even with the cool days and nights. A perfect home for a perfect vacation.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The property manager, Bob is awesome to work with and was available at all times. We had no issues, just some minor things that I wanted to report so they were not associated with our stay.
The property was definitely big enough for all of us (10 adults with 1- 2 year old. The additional guest house makes it possible for everyone to spread out and have the best of sleeping arrangements.
The view is stunning and the back deck adds additional living space for everyone to gather and enjoy the fire pit or just taking in the ocean view.
You absolutely could not be any closer to the beach...step off the back deck and you are there.
It was in a really safe neighborhood and quiet as well.
We go to Destin every year for vacation and it never disappoints. I would absolutely rent this place again for a large group.
We cooked in for most of our meals and everything we needed was there. We packed most of our food except perishables and there is a Winn Dixie very close and of course Whole Foods, and Publix are available as well for those items.
The things to pack or buy: extra toilet paper, garbage bags, ziplocs, foil or plastic wrap. Bring your own spices including salt and pepper as for these things are not provided. You will want to bring your own beach towels as well, none are provided. Beach chairs are not provided but there are plenty of chairs on the deck and at the pool but you can not use them in other places.

We had the best time at this rental. The beachfront home was sparkling clean and had everything that we needed. We cooked Thanksgiving at the home and the giant fridge and freezer as well as high end appliances made it a breeze. The ice maker was a life saver as well. All of the rooms were well furnished and the management was responsive. 10/10

I've deducted stars due to the discovery of an issue involving cleanliness (feces found on a rug inside the house) and subsequent challenges in communicating with the host regarding a cleaning refund.
On the positive side, the house aligns with the provided images and is very nice. It accommodated our large group comfortably with ample beds. The kitchen and appliances are of high quality, and the house is well-equipped with kitchen essentials. The scenic view and spacious deck enhanced our experience, providing an enjoyable setting for gatherings.
However, we encountered some drawbacks, such as dirty dishes resulting from the dishwasher's limited cleaning power. I would advise guests to bring dish soap and extra trash bags, as they were not replenished during our stay. Communication during our visit was initially responsive but stopped when I attempted to address an incident involving the discovery of an unexpected issue, specifically, feces on the rug.
Regrettably, our otherwise pleasant experience took a downturn when seeking a refund for the cleaning fee. The host insisted that a review must be posted before engaging in a conversation about the matter. I find it surprising that the host did not express more concern about the sanitation issue. I sincerely hope for a fair resolution through a constructive conversation following this review, as I believe it is essential to uphold standards of guest satisfaction and property maintenance.

Every year my family takes a trip with my parents and my in-laws to one of the 30A beaches. Most of the properties are wonderful, but this one knocks it out of the park! It is located directly on the beach with a private pool in the backyard and the rental included another small property. It had a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, and a nice highchair for my baby. Easy walk to the beach!! It was nice to have an area to shower and spray off toys and people to keep the sand at bay. The front deck gets lots of sun and overlooks the beach. The beds were comfortable and each room had extra pillows and blankets! My children, especially loved the bunkbeds! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby! Dinners on the deck at sunset, were my personal favorite.
Overall, this home is well cared for and maintained! We enjoy privacy and more of a family friendly environment on our vacations. So, we had some concerns with another beach access walk parallel to the home. It was not an issue at all!

We have had the best week at the beach staying here! The house was decorated beautifully, clean, just perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, chairs were available, had the best back porch for hanging out. Just cannot say enough good things, we will be back for sure!!!!

This home is in the perfect location at the end of a quiet street. It's right across from the outlet mall off the main road. Dollar General and Alvins Island are at the end of the street for all your must haves. The guest house, pool, and main house are absolutely beautiful. The house is laid out perfectly with plenty of room to spread out for large groups. The bunkroom and extra tv room were a huge hit with our littles. The bedrooms are large and all the beds are comfortable. The kitchen... I am already jealous of the amazing kitchen. I have a strict no cooking rule on vacation but man those Cafe brand appliances had me wanting to break that. ;-) HUGE fridge and freezer and TWO DISHWASHERS... I Literally need my own house to be this well equipped! The porch is the bonus here. It's made of that polywood that lasts forever and NO SPLINTERS! The furniture out there is beautiful and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view. Speaking of the beach, it's very private. There are empty lots to the left of the house and that section of beach is only for the houses along the road so it's not overcrowded at all. Chair rental is available (a little surprised they didn't come with the house) It really is the perfect location and we cannot wait to book again and come back!

This house can simply not be put into enough words. It was absolutely amazing! It was perfect in every way. The gourmet kitchen has everything you could ever want and need! I wish u could make a replica and rebuild my own kitchen to match it. The bedrooms were peaceful serene with the most luxurious bedding that I have ever slept on. We all had the best nights sleep every single night. All of the bathrooms are modern and upgraded with the greatest shower heads ever! The pool was just right! We spent most evenings lounging around pool after a day at the beach. Perfect temperature and just the right size. The cottage out back gave just the right amount of privacy if needed and was very much appreciated!
I can’t leave out the biggest surprise and the most used square footage of the entire place…. The deck out back that sits steps from the beach. This deck is everything you could ever want. We saw sunrise, sunset and dolphins every single day! It is way bigger than the picture shows. We gathered around the fire pit and told stories and laughed every single night. I’m sure I left out some more amazing things but I have hit the space limit. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS HOUSE!!!! PERFECT IN EVERY WAy!!!!!!

This house has spectacular beach views. The kitchen was especially nice for Thanksgiving cooking. Our family enjoyed our time relaxing and walking on the beach. The porch is large and welcoming. Almost all the bedrooms have king beds, which was nice for our group of young adults and older adults. The bunk room even had 4 full size beds. The early checkout and extensive list of what needed to be completed was a bit stressful to get our group of 14 out the door and completed by 9am. Bring laundry detergent to wash the towels as required for check out.

I don’t think words can describe how wonderful our stay was at Coastal Cabana! I brought my three grown children and their families for a week of fun and this property did not disappoint. There were seven adults and ten children ranging in age from 17 months to age 10. The property was spacious, well stocked, clean, and a nice floor plan. Views from the property were phenomenal, and we were only a few steps from the beach. Because the property sits among smaller beach homes, instead of high-rises, you will find that your beach area is not crowded and somewhat private at times. For those with young children and concerns about the pool area, this pool was totally enclosed by a fence. Our group was in complete agreement that there was not one thing that we would have changed about Coastal Cabana!!

A lovely all around vacation at the beach experience. The private pool was a real bonus along with direct beach access from the deck to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We can’t wait to go again!!

We have been renting houses here in Florida since 2013 and this is the first time that we rent a house with so many demands. I understand some of the things that are required because there are some inconsiderate people…But let’s start with the things we loved about this house… the ice machine, the refrigerator, the counter space, the balcony, and the pool area. Things we absolutely disliked… 1. The rules.. too many rules (we know how to keep a house clean) 2. The hot water kept going out (my husband only showered with hot water on the first night and then it went down hill from there) we sent them a message and asked them to check it out? The maintenance person Preston sent me a message oh we get this all the time… just give it some time open 2-3 the hot water faucets and it will get it going. I explained I had tried that he didn’t message me anymore. So the next day I sent another message he asked me to go outside to check a box under the deck.. (the husbands had gone fishing) so I went not knowing what I was looking for. So I sent him a message stating I have no clue I was looking for. He told me to go under the deck and there should be a box and for me to check if the light was green. I told him it wasn’t… He stated someone would come in the next 10 min in which they did and it was the breaker box. When the person came over to fix that he noticed we had moved the grill and one of the tables in the balcony because we were grilling out and it started raining. He messaged me and said to make sure we move the grill back before we leave in which I assured him we would. We always leave the house they way we got it no matter how much we pay in cleaning fee but for people to pay the $600 something in cleaning fee there is a list of things you have to do. 3. The roaches we probably saw maybe 4-5 roaches especially at night. 4. The king suite door doesn’t lock so we had no privacy also the bed felt like it was going to fall at any moment. 5. The rooms on the bottom floor would get hot and humid. On Friday night Bob sends me a message regarding check out in the morning and the expectations on the list of things we had to do before we leave and another message regarding the grill in which I told him that everything would be in its place before we left. Like I said we leave the house how we got it, never had we rented a house with these many list of demands.

This property was wonderful! Check in was easy and we had room for our 4 cars with room to spare. We had 16 people with 2 more that came for dinner a couple of times. Most rooms had a small dresser, unit or closet that things could be hung in but we bought more hangers (Not because none were provided, we simply didn't have enough) Each couple had a room and our young adults had the bunk room in both the main house(4) and back cottage(2). If you had more couples than rooms that might be a challenge, for privacy and space reasons. The entire house space was utilized really well for what there was, but storage was limited, especially in the main house bunk room, so living out of suitcases put in the main hall was necessary. They did an amazing job of providing comfortable rooms and storage within those spaces provided. The living room/couch were on the smaller side with only one chair and bench on either side of the couch, different from the posted pictures. The bathrooms were numerous. The open floor plan with the kitchen/dining and huge outdoor porch with seating, gave everyone an additional place to eat or be during meal prep without feeling cramped. The deck furniture was great and not what's pictured either. The kitchen was well organized and had more than enough kitchenware and space for groceries. There was a counter over the wine fridge and built in ice maker that we used as our bar which freed up counter space for food prep and serving. There were two dishwashers that we ran daily but they've been worked hard and we had to run loads again, a number of times to get the dishes clean! The back porch was so peaceful and a great place to start and finish each day. The home's location on the beach was ideal and simply beautiful. The hose at the stairs was a nice touch for keeping sand outdoors. We enjoyed the hardwood floors throughout the house with a rug in each room for easy cleaning. It was hard to be out at 9am for checkout and although we had an early flight, 10 am would have been a more reasonable time. We had a great stay and we would totally stay here again.

Our family stayed for a week to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary. The house was perfect. The beach was wonderful. Winn-Dixie was very close/walking distance to pick up groceries and other things we needed. We loved the large deck overlooking the Gulf. The view couldn’t be beat! Plenty of seating outside. Easy walk to the chairs on the beach each day. Definitely loved our stay in this beautiful home.

Everything about this trip was excellent. Location is on a section of the beach that is not overly crowded. The house is well laid out and comfortable. Whole Foods is a few miles away are are a multitude of restaurants. Would definitely book again!

This home was such a delight in every way, so beautifully designed and well appointed- well stocked with many amenities in the kitchen and the most beautiful location too! The appliances in the kitchen were a big perk as our family loves to cook together…two dishwashers made cleanup a breeze and the large fridge/freezer was also great for a large group! Unlimited shopping and activities in the area, beautiful sunrise and sunset views, so relaxing! Also the property owner Bob was so helpful and kind, and made the entire process easy and straightforward. Thanks for a great stay at your lovely home!

I’ll start by saying this house is perfect and I’d stay here again. The location is better than perfect. The pool is wonderful. So much space. Such great design, so much room to spread out. The kiddos loved the bunk room and the downstairs kid room. The patio furniture was upgraded since the last pictures were taken. The furniture, kitchen appliances were all too notch. And again…the location! You CANNOT beat it!
Here were the issues: there were no garbage bag liners even though you are required to empty the trashes, no dishwashing soap even though you are required to clean and dry all the dishes, no sponges even though you are required to clean counters before check out and no extra rolls of TP!!! Just the one roll in each bathroom! Sad that they skimped on the little stuff when the big stuff was AMAZING! Like I said, I’d stay there again.

Great house at an even better location. We had 7 adults and 7 kids and had room for more. All great sleeping rooms- and the guest house provided even more privacy. The best part was the (mostly) private beach just steps away from the house. Would definitely come again.

Not only was the house adorable and stunning inside, the walk out from the deck on to the beach is spectacular! The view was awesome and the beach was the best we’ve experienced in Florida. Anything we needed was a short walk across the sand back to the house. I woke up everyone morning to the sunrise on the beach and a cup of coffee. We will absolutely be back next year! One of a kind vacation because of this awesome property that accommodated for a large party of family and friends, plenty of space! The shopping outlet is literally down the street, and restaurants near by were great! I extremely recommend this place!

The house was great for our needs. The kids loved the large bunk beds with built-in USB ports. bathrooms are modern but the water pressure was low. The kitchen had many USB ports so charging was easy. Large TVs in every room kept all ages happy. The couch and chairs in the living room could be recovered or cleaned and more dish towels (only 2 provided) and teaspoons would help a lot. Most of the spoons were soup size and way too big. There was also no small pot. One problem was that there was no 12-inch skillet. We could have used the built-in griddle on the stove, but I have found them messy to clean. The stove was wonderful with six burners and two ovens. We really enjoyed using it. There were plenty of beach chairs as well as toys that have probably been left for the beach and a tent canopy. An umbrella for the table on the deck would have been nice as it was really hot. The pool house was lovely and perfect for our children with no kids. It provided some privacy and quiet for them. We love the house and would rent it again however nothing is provided at the house such as salt and pepper, sugar or laundry detergent. This is the first house we have rented where nothing was left by previous renters. It could be because of this pandemic or corporate policy. But renters be aware you must bring everything that you want

We had such a fantastic stay. I've had other rentals that come with tons of stairs, but I loved that we had so much space and it wasn't a 3 story house. The views were incredible. We loved the huge deck. The beds were all comfy. Mgmt was super responsive and friendly. The pool is a good size. Not the tiny "dip" pool that so many rentals have. Everything about this was fantastic. We loved it!

The house was immaculate, the location is amazing and so quiet even though it is so close to the intersection. Communication was excellent and quick. we really enjoyed the break and staying at the house. the cottage in the back of the house is great for another family or mother in law. Overall fabulous.
