This condo is very nice. It had all the basic necessities but nothing extra except lots of beach gear. A few board games would be a nice touch for rainy days. There is a different vibe staying at a condo that’s maintained by the owner versus owned and maintained by a company. It’s less of a personal touch. But overall I can’t complain, it’s a nice, clean condo, and the view off the balcony is beautiful. The elevator is slow and old but functions well. We had trouble accessing the condo when we got there, the code we were given didn’t work. But we called the company and they got a new code and it only took a few minutes. I was impressed it happened so quickly. I would stay here again.

Beautiful clean condo. Well stocked with all kitchen essentials. Comfortable beds and amazing view. Pool was very refreshing. Huge hot tub! Walkable to John's pass. Only complaint is the elevator is Super slow and stuffy, but manageable, wouldn't stop me from staying there again!

The sunsets were stunning and the Daily dose of Dolphins was such a great treat to watch both from the balcony and the beach. It is Walking distance to John's Pass and other little quaint shops and eateries. Beach was lovely Condo was clean, and decently equipped with the essentials. Beds are a little warn but that is to be expected. There were some downsides however The biggest issue was the elevator was not functioning several times. The fist being upon our arrival.....carting all your luggage up 7 flights of stairs after a long day of travel Was very off putting to say the least. Fortunately the other times were during our stay and minimal stuff to carry.. Talking with other guests this is a frequent issue. Water pressure in the showers could use some work and having a change machine in the laundry area would be a great conviencie to guests since you are required to wash the beach towels before you check out. Overall nice place to stay.

Great location, right on the beach and close to restaurants/bars. Nice chairs and umbrella available for the beach. Clean condo, spacious living space and kitchen. Beautiful view of the beach and water. AC cold. Two beds very comfortable. The other bed, very hard. My friend opted to sleep on the couch instead. Issues with both toilets. One wouldn't flush bc it wouldn't refill with water, the other wouldn't stop running. Texting with vacasa was easy, but the toilets couldn't be fixed until the next day, and then they weren't fixed properly. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper. Only half full rolls provided. Like the ad says, only one parking spot issued, altho there were plenty of other parking spaces open. If you decide to pay for parking nearby, it costs $72/ day which adds up. Overall a good stay, but for over $1800 for 2 nights stay, some details could have been better.

This condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen items as well as beach towels and chairs. The only thing we really missed was having our own washer and dryer. There was one on our floor that required quarters. Beautiful view from 7th floor. Easy check in although we had to call as the code they gave us to get in didn’t work. Once we called was fixed very quickly. We liked the premium channels available on big screen TV. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo is nice, but it needs maintenance attention. On arrival, the cable TV would not work, we had to contact Spectrum. The lock on the patio sliding door sticks to where we had to leave it unlocked. The hall bedroom closet door will hardly move and squeals so loudly that we finally got it open and left it that way. The hall bath toilet handle chain is so rusty that it broke twice and we had to "jerry rig" it to have a functioning toilet. The water pressure in the kitchen and baths is very low. Vacasa never sent our parking pass despite several requests that they do so. They require the car be registered, including the license number. As we were renting a car at the airport, I had no way of knowing the license number before arrival. It had to be "printed in color and displayed immediately on arrival or the car would be towed". I contacted a customer service rep who filled in the license information as "Florida rental" and said she hoped this would suffice until I could enter the actual number. Vacasa sent me an email about every three days for weeks before our trip stating I had to register the car or it would be towed.. But they would never send me the pass. I again contacted Vacasa customer support and received no help. One lady told me I may receive the pass after we get there. I explained I would not have my printer with me and could not have it displayed before I get it. Her response was to say I should go a public library or "a store" to see if they would let me print it. I finally received an email with the parking pass after check in. By that time, I had looked at the pass in other cars. All that was required was the unit number, dates of the stay, and the name of the rental company. Absolutely nothing I could not have done before the trip and had the pass ready. I hand wrote the required information on a piece of blank paper and put it on the dashboard. The car was not towed, so I guess the in-color parking pass was not as critical as their multiple emails stated. But they sure were aggravating.
