Head up the stairs to the main living area, boasting a spacious open-concept kitchen with all the amenities, a living room, and a full bath. This level provides access to a covered wrap-around deck with a private hot tub, grill, comfortable seating, and unparalleled views. The upper level, accessible via stairs, is home to the main bedroom, which features a small private balcony with a bar seating area for early morning coffee or a nightcap under the stars. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
