Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely villa for $732 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Bella Casa is a Beachfront Villa with one of the best locations in all of PCB. There are two queen size beds in the downstairs bedroom, a king in the second bedroom on the second floor, two queens in the third bedroom on the second floor, and a king size bed in the third story bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private balcony. Ceramic tiled floors all throughout the lower floor as well as the laundry room. Bedroom (1) with 2 queen sized beds and private bathroom is located on the first level of this home. Also on the entrance level is a 2 car garage with plenty of room for storing your extra beach gear, jet ski's or motorcycles. The kitchen features solid surface counter tops, large serving bar, and seated dining for 10. Gulf views can be seen from the kitchen and the living area which leads out to the balcony that over looks a fenced area on the beach - great for kids who want to be play in the sand! There are multiple panoramic views from the 3 large private balconies, which is great for dolphin watching. These spectacular views can be viewed from the Master Bedroom and the Penthouse room which has its own private bathroom. We arrived in town earlier than check-in time so visited The Alibi across the street. As soon as the cleaning crew left, we’ll before the 4 PM check-in time, we were sent the code. The house was better than the description. Everything worked as expected. We were surprised when we arrived and found the property had a fridge in the garage. The entire house was clean and stocked as stated online. Would recommend to others. Already looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time & location was excellent. Excellent view & back door beach front. No crowds on beach so we were able to enjoy it. I gave it a 4 star for cleanliness due to the sleeper couch not being aired out. When we opened it there were a few bugs-a spider & ant. We didn't use it as there were plenty of beds available. Only other thing was that the spa was at 92 degrees - we wished it would've gotten hotter but didn't bother us enough to call maintenance. Overall, it allowed us to have a great experience & create long lasting memories.

This was our family’s first trip back to Panama City Beach since the Covid pandemic shut things down. The process of finding places to rent was simple enough. We booked this place through Ben’s Beach House Rentals. The three story beach house duplex was a great place to stay. Bella Casa was a very memorable place which offered three families a great stay with a great location … just steps from the ocean. Our first choice for our next trip to PC will be the Bella Casa. There was a small pool on the back deck which had a water pump issue. But it was repaired quickly once maintenance was called. That was a big plus. There is a small bar directly across the street from this house which played loud music each afternoon up until 10 pm. We didn’t really mind it though. Thanks

Plenty of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. Great location. Great food at the bar across the street. Only downfall even with the thermostat set on 68 it was a little bit warm on the second and third floor.

The location is awesome! The house and size was great. The cleanliness of the house was horrible! All of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The inside of all if the kitchen cabinets and drawers were nasty. The refrigerator and freezer were dirty. The floors were not clean. I could go on and on about the dirtiness of the entire house. There were previous reviews about the lack of cleanliness but i was hoping that the owner had changed cleaners. The amount of the cleaning fee is ridiculous for the cleanliness of the home!!! It was cleaner when we left than when we got there! There are some maintenance issues such as: kitchen cabinet hinge broken, the top of lower balcony looks as though it may fall, boards on deck near pool not secure. The size of house was nice and the location is awesome. The dishwasher was broken before we arrived but was fixed the 2nd day, the washer flooded but was fixed quickly. If you don't mind being in someone else’s dirtiness then this is a great place.

The house was great! Our refrigerator broke, but Ben had a maintenance guy come hour with in hours and had us another working fridge in garage the next day! The parking was very tight but we managed to park 5 cars in the driveway/garage. The bar across the street didn’t bother us. After reading the reviews, we brought box fans to kill some of the noise (only on Friday and Saturday). The bar was actually a saving grace some nights for supper. Great food! Overall our stay was awesome, Ben answered every question within minutes of texting/emailing him! If your looking for a not so crowded area, this is your place! Thanks Ben, we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The noise from the bar next door was excessive though at night with the music. Not the owner's fault. There were a few housekeeping items and maintenance items but they were addressed within 2 hours of calling. Very friendly staff as well when they came by. Very roomy place with everyone having their own privacy. We loved having the beach access right at the tip of our toes almost. The swim spa was fantastic. We would more than likely return here if it weren't for the bar.

Yes, the house is right on the beach but that is the only thing it has going for it. The house is dated and could use a refresh. The local bar across the street featured live music EVERY night. The sound inside the house was so loud it was difficult to put our children to bed. This house is not for a family with young kids. At best it is a "spring breakers" party house! They charge a premium price but failed to deliver a premium product. Sad...it could be a very nice place. Greg P.

This property was all we could have hoped for in a vacation rental. It was well kept and very clean. Having an extra refrigerator in the garage was a big help. The water is even closer than it looks in the pictures! The swim spa was wonderful on days we couldn’t get in the ocean, and great for relaxing at night. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We would absolutely stay there again.

The property was perfectly located and big enough for our group to be comfortable. With a such a high cleaning fee - the condition of the house was seriously lacking. The management company needs to replace their cleaning crew immediately. From the other reviews - this is something they are aware of and we had thought would be addressed by the time of our trip - it was not. On the up side - the views are wonderful and check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The house has lots of sleeping options and the deck pool was a lot of fun. This is definitely a 20-something year-old guest area and great for young adults.

This was the worst rental home we have ever stayed in. The house was so DIRTY, the kitchen was greasy everywhere, the bedroom sheets were probably never changed or washed we found hairs and they were clearly dirty in all rooms, every piece of furniture was falling apart, I mean I can go on and on. My son was crawling I’m the living room and when I saw his hands I couldn’t believe it. Sand, dust, hairs. Just disgusting. This house needs some serious cleaning and renewing furniture because everything was broken, chairs , curtains, the door knobs. One of the bathroom toilets was broken we had to fix it. Horrible experience horrible. Don’t waste your money here STAT AWAY

Great location on the beach. Home well taken care of. Plenty of room, big kitchen, all the necessities of home, book it for a great adventure with lots to do.

The property is quite clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect to have this time of year. We stayed during Ironman and it was the perfect location to see our athletes. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! Also, the property management company for this unit was very responsive.
