Love this hotel so much. It was our 3rd time staying and it just keeps getting better. Its a little dated, but we don't mind that. The amenities are top notch. We stay here because of the amazing deals, the customer service and all of the pools. It's also incredibly conveniently located.

The service was ok and the property was ok, but the rooms are quite dated. As soon as I entered the room I noticed a plumbing issue that my aunt also had in the next room over. I had to call maintenance. It was resolved, but annoying to deal with as soon as we checked in. Drinks by the firepits at night were nice, but the most uncomfortable bed ever ruined my stay.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and lumpy.
Also, I paid for 2 queens and was given 2 full size beds

We love coming here every year. Great rooms, location and pools.

Family stop in Scottsdale. Good location. Shuttle service to Old Town Scottsdale, nice pool that the kids enjoyed, and good food. Overall good value.

Not terrible but I thought it'd be nicer. Maybe we just got a bum room that needs some attention so I won't dwell on it. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The main pool looked nice. Might be a fine place for a conference or event, but I probably wouldn't choose it again for a couple's night.

The front desk staff were wonderful, as was the amount of space for the price. Great location. The cleaning staff were poor and I was constantly stepping on sticky, pea sized balls on the carpet which stuck to my feet. The bed was too short which made it very uncomfortable to sleep and there was only one A/C to cover the upstairs and downstairs, which made for uneven temperatures. Also, the property layout and signage make it very difficult for delivery people and DoorDashers to find the room, especially in the dark. Highlights were definitely the space for price and the front desk personell.

The front desk was rude and unprofessional. Jordan didn’t greet me and was rude.

I’ve stayed at this property five times. Each has been an enjoyable experience.
The staff is friendly, the rooms spacious and clean, the area has great restaurants and shopping.
The only thing negative about this stay was that the door to the room wasn’t as secure as my other stays. I had to really push on it to close securely.
Other than that, I was satisfied.
I’ll be back again the next time I’m in Scottsdale.

Very pretty grounds and close to restaurants, shops, downtown.
Rooms were comfortable.
Could have used more employees to handle things like trash on ground, and piles of used towels at pools.

Our room was very dated but clean upon entry. Housekeeping did not come the second day so we asked the front desk to arrange this for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was excellent. There was a wedding one evening with very loud music but they thankfully stopped at 10:30. One last annoying issue was the 3% fee for using a credit card, which we only learned upon arrival there. To avoid you must use cash only--not a debit card! She said a check or actual cash. I think hotels.com should have alerted us to this extra charge prior to us booking the room.

It was very nice but very old. It could do with a renovation. I was upgraded to a king suite which was very kind of the hotel. I did not get the chance to use the amenities as I was working so cannot comment

Clean rooms, terrible front desk service.

Arrived to find a wine glass with a little bit of wine by the door walkway and trash. The towels had stains on it. The bed was very comfortable though and very quiet which was nice.

My girlfriend and I have been coming for an annual trip to Scottsdale since 2018. This is our first repeat hotel because that’s how much we love this place! We love the roominess of the suites. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Parking is so easy. Staff is super friendly. Housekeeping is awesome. Restaurants actually have good food and the best I mean the best drinks. Sid at spa will give you the best massage you’ve ever had. You just have to go!

Rooms were great and amenities were very convenient. There was a great outdoor seating for dinner by the fire and the food from JD’s was exceptional especially because there were several options for people with restrictions.

Terrible experience. I did not receive keys until 1 hour after the check in time. The sheets were so dirty that my fiance got a rash. Do not recommend.

Overall great experience. The rooms were nice, slightly outdated, the beds were not the most comfortable but managable. The service was excellent. We had an electrical issue with our room and were upgraded and placed in new room almost immediately. Shuttle service to town was prompt with friendly staff. The food onsite is decent but great staff and decent drinks. Woukd definitely go back as the location is great also.

Had a nice stay in a double queen room. Spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. Only issue is I found the lighting in the room poor. There were lots of lamps but they did not generate enough light for me. All the staff were great and very helpful and I enjoyed the meals I had in both restaurants.

Staff was very nice. The Property, especially the rooms are outdated and tired.

The rooms are old, dark, run down with the smell of smoke.

The room had a bad odor like pet urine. You could see stains on the floor. I think this place should shy away from themselves a resort.

Nice but outdated

My stay at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort was great and I would highly recommend it. My room was modern, clean and spacious with everything I needed. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. I loved the 2 main pools and large hot tub which was the size of a pool. It was very convenient to have multiple food options on the property. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. My only disappointment was the indoor fitness center which was outdated and in need of a makeover.

This is a well appointed resort-style hotel with large room and lovely grounds. It also has a great location, very close to old town Scottsdale.

The rooms were just average and the beds were very hard. We used our Expedia discount but at times had to remind the employees to apply it

Old motel. Outlets would not hold cords, shower door handle loose, cant close bathroom door without stepping into the shower, pools not conveniently located, pool similar to backyard pool not resort pool. I woul rate this as a 3 star hotel not a 4 star resort

The stay was wonderful, the room was excellent. The amenities were great. However, while packing up to check out, housekeeping knocked on our door twice and made us feel rushed to leave the room prior to check out time.

Great property! Great spa!

The rooms are old and in need of refurbish. Grounds were nice. Shuttle service was excellent. Definitely not worth the rate they are chargi, many other properties in the same price range where the rooms are nicer more up to date. The restaurant was very good but again, way over priced.

Enjoyed our stay, property a little dated but nice
