Waited over 30mins for the airport transfer bus while I watched other hotel buses (inc other Double Tree hotel) do multiple laps of their route to the airport. Bus driver had no idea which hotel he was going to and incorrectly advised me he’s going Dbl Tree North when sign said South. Check In person was very disinterested and unfriendly unwelcoming. Room was great. Clean. Everything expected for a one night layover.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in. The only problem was the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the toilet tank lid needs to be replaced.

When we landed at airport I tried calling the hotel 3 times was put on hold and then disconnected. Shuttle came and dropped us at hotel only to find out it was the wrong hotel. There are three Doubletrees in the area. Had to Uber to correct hotel, $35. No assistance with bags, another guest helped us load bags into cart. No Doubletree cookies offered. Front desk was not friendly or helpful when asked about things to do in SFO. His answer was, “I don’t know”. Room was clean, the thermostat did not work, so no control over temp. Room was cold all night.

The check-in was easy and went smooth. It was a good stay. I locked myself out, and was unable to access to my room due to deadbolt locking me out. They took care of it, and was able to get in my room.

I get scared when I read reviews, but this place was really nice. Check in was really easy front desk was nice. Gave my boys some fresh hot cookies. The bar was great bartender was friendly rooms were nice. Coming out the elevator it did have a weird smell almost like a dirty vacuums smell but glad the room didn’t have that smell. Overall hotel is great.

My stay at the Hilton was I would say good, except for a couple things that was not so good. The cookies was nice and hot and good didn’t have a toilet paper holder. It was on the floor. The mattress was kind of lopsided.

No complimentary coffee in the lobby. Room felt like a sauna and the A/C did not seem to be working. We opened the window the small amount it could open and that helped more than the fan. We asked for no cleaning, but they cleaned the room anyway. Airport shuttle leaves only every 45 min. Also, be aware there is another Doubletree a few miles south and they don't share the shuttle.

Many of the light bulbs in the room were missing. The ac made a loud knocking noise at 2am and wouldn’t stop. It wasn’t terrible, but I paid $250 for one night and expected much more. Will not return.

Everything was perfect, but my A/C unit was very loud. I thought someone was vacuuming outside my room. I a hot sleeper so I sleep with a fan or air conditioning. I couldn’t do neither because the noisy unit kept me up, otherwise the hotel was great with updated rooms and lobby area.

Comfortable bed….that was the good. Guy who checked us in made it seem like he was doing us a big favor. Despite me not having a car, they tried to charge me $40 for parking, As I had work to do, biggest issue was the awful lighting in the room….there was 2 dim lights by the bed, a bad floor lamp and a desk lamp—that was it.

Great location, friendly staff. However the curtain was hanging/broken on the window. The unit for heating/air was so loud it kept us awake during then night. The bathtub and show curtain had hair. Not up to your normal standards that we have seen in the past.
