We stayed here on our way back from visiting family and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very pretty and a nice upgrade. Only issues we had were that the floors were a little cold as they were tile and the heated pool was only lukewarm.

Room was clean but older. Hotel has interesting character. Bed isn't the best but sleepable non the less. No USB power in the room. To plug in a CPAP the lamp next to the bed had to be unplugged to accommodate that and a phone charger.
Advertised as having a restaurant but none there.

Comfortable bed, quiet room for a good nights sleep.

Hotel in disrepair. Due to recent, normal rain, the roof was leaking. Buckets were lined up the length of an entire hall with nasty brown water standing in them. Parts of the ceiling were falling down into the hall way. That hallway was still in use. The safety lock on the inside of my door was hanging on by only 2 screws. The other 2 were just dangling. This was really bad.

Great lobby area with indoor pool. Microwave and fridge were nice for a stay of several nights. Parking lot is lit. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

We heard everything and everyone coming and going from the room we were placed in. Slamming of room doors and loud voices in the hall. Hard time sleeping. Otherwise was very conivence for the event we went to.

We stayed for one week during the holidays. We were surprised to find that the restaurant has closed permanently. We were not aware of that when booked. However, the location has several good places to eat within walking distance under 5 minutes. That is definitely a plus, as well as the easy access to I-10. The hotel decor and furnishings are dated and could use some updating, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little soft for me, but I need a rather firm mattress. They had coffee available in the lobby, which was lukewarm every morning. However, they had updated the coffee station the day we left and it looked much better! Overall, staff was pleasant; I enjoyed shopping in the gift shop and the indoor pool was a plus!

No more restaurant difficult to get something to eat.

I really like this hotel. Beautiful lobby, great restaurant on site and nice rooms. The staff is the most kind and professional people I have come across in a long time.

The property was pretty. Upon checkin they make you sign a waiver if your car is broken into which tells you it is not a safe area. When we entered our room, it smelled like cat pee. The maintenance guy quickly sprayed it. There were boogers wiped on the alarm clock. The shower ran scalding hot to freezing cold every two seconds.

Always a quiet and pleasant stay just off the hustle of US 10. The rooms with double French doors leading out to covered courtyard are our favorites. Many antique and classic touches make this resort a popular well hidden gem

We love staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The only change would be the bath tub. The height climbing into the tub was a bit high. Especially for someone like me, who has some limited mobility. I did not want an handicap room. Otherwise, the room was great!

Towels had stains and the second batch also had stains. The rim of the bath tub was dirty. Definitely never returning.

No charging ports ,mold in bathroom. No adjoining rooms which we requested. Not worth the price! Needs a huge upgrade!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it definitely could use some updating and work on their plumbing, the water coming out of the shower was very brown from rust

Property is clean. It is older and in need of cosmetic upgrades. Few outlets in rooms making charging of electronic devices a challenge.

I liked that I was able to come out the room to an area that I can sit next too and a little mall look to shop with restaurants.

Hotel was clean and comfortable however it was extremely noisy. Not only was there loud traffic noise but the banging and slamming of doors, almost non stop stomping until 2 in the morning made for a not so pleasant experience.

Quaint but shows its age.

Older hotel but usually clean and comfortable. Feel safe because rooms have interior entrance. Clerks are friendly and very efficient. Easy in and out to freeway.

It's a cute hotel convenient when visiting NMSU but the rooms surround the lobby area which houses the restaurant and pool so it was a bit noisy we woke up on Sunday at 6:30 am to a group singing happy birthday not the best wake up call. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was ok! Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good size! But smelled really musty and humid! The coffee filters didn’t fit in the coffee pots which was an inconvenience! Only two access points into rooms was odd and quite the trek! Probably won’t stay there again!

Bed was terrible. Shower extra high step in. I was unable to sleep due to lumpy bed. No coffee in room and could not take a shower

The desk clerk Richard gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent customer service. The desk clerks in the morning were excellent too. We will definitely our hotel to reserve on our next trip to Las Cruces.

I stayed here 3 nights previous and there was some maintenance needed in the shower. Adjustable shower head would not adjust, shower neck loose, and vent fan not working. I reported these during checkout.
Bed was comfortable so I checked in again, was given the same room, and the same maintenence problems exist.
Unfortunately too tired to change rooms.

Beds not very comfortable the blankets kind of old everything clean, including the pillows were hard my neck was a little stiff next morning, also in the restroom roof the pain was peeling off also the bathtub was very slippery .

The hotel is just very dingy, and faded. All the things that should be white like the toilet and the shower were like yellowing and gave the whole bathroom a very gross feelings. The shower faucet worked backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot, so I burned myself with my trust of modern plumbing. Very over priced as well.

Usually this is the only place I stay when I travel to Las Cruces. It’s a nice hotel, other then the homeless people that wonder around nearby, it’s not a good spot. Hotel could use a little revamp but the older style vibe is what makes this hotel unique. Food is pretty good and the bar has a good selection. Although it could stay open a little later, considering there is a club next door. All around 7/10

Like the quiteness and relaxing.
