Super dirty hotel. Stains on carpet and bed sheets. Would never stay here again.

When we arrived we couldn’t be checked in because there was a police officer there arresting someone. There was a dirty spoon on the floor of the room and sliders in the bed.

2 light switches did not work but we were exhausted so dealt with using the vanity light . Other than that decent for a budget motel.

We were not able to check in to the hotel because of the bad management and rude front desk person. The man at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the my past forty years of staying in hotels. The hotel cancelled breakfast and did not offer any compensation for this. The facilities were not those pictured and describe on the Expedia page. It was in much worse shape and the amenities were much more limited than described. The hotel's page amounts to fail advertising which is far below the Expedia standard. The man working the front desk cussed me out multiple times when I complained about the situation. Finally, he did cancel my two reservations. I hope Expedia will refund my money. The man working the front desk should be fired immediately and this hotel should be removed from Expedia.

The bathroom tub was old and dirty, the matt was loose at back and very stained

Friendly staff. Great job, even if not breakfast served.

It was a good place to split up my 14 hour drive. Unfortunately, there was some drunk or stoned dude in the parking lot causing an argument with one of the other patrons, so it was difficult to stay asleep. It’s not a fault of the motel, just one of the negatives of staying in a motel. Hopefully your stay doesn’t have an idiot roaming around the parking lot mumbling at the top of their voice.

Check your assigned room first. The following did not work in the room I was assigned: the light switch by the entrance door did not turn on any light; the towel rack by the sink was broken off and laying on the safe (see pictures); the clock radio by the bed was not plugged in; the toilet leaked water from the tank; the bathtub faucet dripped water; and the bathtub drain was not clean. I strongly suggest you check the condition of room you are being offered before you check in, so maybe you will eventually get one that is properly set up for customers.

Good clean rooms, very friendly staff. No longer serving any kind of breakfast during winter. It’s low season so not an issue.

First i want to say the staff was really good. Other then that, nothing else. My first clue should have been when talking to locals about where I was staying all said I'm sorry. In the room when i looked at the bed, idk what happened. But both beds the top covers, pillows, and sheets were covered in I'm guessing dog hair. So gross. I did get a clean set from the front desk and changed one of them, which was gross on its own. The mattresses were so stained. Also noticed that the place needs to take a hose attachment and vacuum the edge along the wall, again, so gross it didnt look like that had been done in who knows how long. The tub when showering was all stained and standing in it, it sounded like I was gonna fall through to the first floor.
I was here for the eclipse and everything was absolutely booked or overbooked, and prices reflected that so definitely not my first choice place to stay but didnt have a choice. Now had I spent less then 100 for the room ok fine I could expect it to maybe not be the cleanest. But I had to pay over 225. For that price I expect clean sheets at least.

Came in late at night & the attendant was super personable and funny. The room was nice and clean and spacious. The area is good, conveniently located by a lot of places to eat and shop for necessities if needed. We stayed 2 nights, but had checked out and rechecked in. Both rooms we had were good. Also. The morning employees were also extremely nice and friendly. Great place to stay

Good location but needs serious updating. Old soiled carpeting, old stained vinyl bathroom flooring, old bedding including covers. Heating unit too complex to operate. Got too hot and couldn't turn down.

I don't think that this property had many unique traits but, the staff was kind, helpful and accommodating in every way they could be.
Unforeseen circumstances led to our early departure but, the property Manager was very understanding and authorized our refund through Expedia without delay.
We will stay again!

The young man at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. He gave Me some advice about attractions there and we really enjoyed the park that he advised us to go to. I really liked that he was knowledgeable about the area.

No extra blankets available, adhesive debris on bottom of tub, towels thin, poor quality, only one per person. Walls dirty.

Not bad, for the money. Be prepared to spend later for more food as breakfast. Present, but you might want more.

Rooms are not too bad but most of the hotel is really outdated, rather have no breakfast instead of current version, there are hobos on the parking lot.

The carpet could us a cleaning. The bathtub was growing moss and had not been cleaned. The pillows smelled like armpits.
The were looking in our window to see if we had left at 8 am and again so 9:30 am, when checkout is at 11 am

Great location and great rate. Bed was comfortable and clean. TV and bathroom past their prime and could use an update, but serviceable. Would stay here again.

Best Econolodge I’ve ever stayed at! Room was clean and staff were very nice and helpful.
I added an extra night because I felt comfortable there.
If you’re looking for a place to sleep near Mesa Verde National Park, this place is the best value by far!

An older property a little run-down, but the room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean. Wonderful and friendly staff. We forgot and left our hatch up on our suv and they notified us immediately and watched until we got to our car

My kids were pretty disappointed when we got there to find the pool was empty. That was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. They should have said something about that on their site. Also the web site shows a much bigger breakfast then there really is. The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The AC worked but wouldn't shut off so I had to wake up a turn it off then back on when it got too hot.

Our room was so dirty it smelled. The room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The property was in need of repair. Yes, it was a cheap room, but have some pride in what you are selling.
