We found several cockroaches in our room and patches of mold in the bathroom. The bathroom was very dirty as well. When telling hotel staff we were just dismissed

Very excellent experience, staff were perfect and every way, very secured and safe parking area, room was very acceptable and clean, will be using this hotel Bridgeway many more times in the future, will also recommend to family and friends who come into town.

Just rundown and staff were unpleasant and obviously don’t care much for their customers. The pool furniture was broken. Young kids floppped out in the lobby. Was bizarre. Never again.

Upon arrival there was 2 dead cockroaches. The bathroom starting with tub was dirty the toilet bowl as well. Overall it was average

On business trip, typically stay at the cheaper hotels and used to substandard conditions, was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Clean, spacious, good breakfast and comfortable.

Room was nice and was very clean. Shower was great. Wish the towels were a little nicer as they were thin. Plenty of pillows on the beds and good tv. There was no refrigerator in the room and the microwave looked like it was from the 60s but otherwise it was great.

Bathroom door was warped and wouldn’t shut. Door had been painted over. Bottom of door was falling apart. Nail sticking out was present. Towels were dirty with stains. Blanket had a stain on it as well as sheets. The whole room and hallway smelled musty.

Clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure and temperature of the shower!

The hotel was clean, room clean, however the in room coffee maker was filty, i try to clean it to use. It should have been tossed or replaced

We stayed 3 days and the clean room was not done....I requested on second day to clean the room and the guy in the reception was too rude and told me that not all days the rooms are cleaned and IT IS A POLICY OF THE HOTEL.....the tv only had one channel available....at the moment to go to the reception some room smell to marihuana....If you plan to stay with family, PLEASE STAY AWAY OF THIS HOTEL

There was only one person for front desk check in and it was slow. The rooms could have been a little cleaner on the smaller details. Lots of things needed dusting

No cold water?! We could not shower the water was scalding. Even water in the toilets was scalding. Bits and pieces totally got steamed. Otherwise decent stay

All we wanted was to be in a hot tub, it was NOT WORKING

Former Best Western facility. Only do bedding and bath towels every 3 days and only if you keep reminding them. Bed was comfortable. Carpet was dirty and had cigarette burns in it. Toilet was old and very low to floor and you had to flush multiple times. Whole place needs a rehab. Breakfast was very substandard. Would not stay here again.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The fire alarm went off twice. The room smelled horrible. We didn’t have running water for the first 4 hours being there. And the pool was disgusting and all the chairs were ripped.

My heat didn't work and they had no dishes or utensils for breakfast and none to get them for you. Got blocked in by shuttle vans that were picking up people, waited 15 minutes for driver to move one of the two vehicles that vlocked road.

It was better than many other reviewers thought. It was clean, very quiet, and the room had everything we needed, incl. a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, iron and board. The bathroom was clean and all worked well. The bed was comfortable. But we did not have a comforter, the heating did not work, so I had to ask for an extra blanket which I got. Also, there were not enough towels in the bathroom. Security was good. Breakfast was included, but not very impressive. No real juice, no jam, no fruit. However, eggs, sausages, fries, yogurt, milk, cereals. Many small things were not working so well, like light bulbs either missing or dead. The management could fix those easily. There was a business center (did not try it) and a good fitness room, and a pool outside, which kids happily used.

I couldn’t stay here I was on line to check in around 9:30 pm and there was a lady claiming for another room, she ask for a clean room, she showed us the pictures of the room it was nasty, I asked another guest about his room and he said that the room that they gave him first was occupied with other guest and the second was regular cleaning but missing towels that’s why he was on line also at the front desk, so after all of this I have to stay in another hotel

Overall the stay was enjoyable. For the most part the room was clean, although there were some stains on the bedding. The lamp on the desk flickered and was not usable. The door plate did was not screwed in but didn’t affect the door opening/closing. The lounge chairs at the pool were torn. The lobby of the hotel was very welcoming and I loved the wood details. Staff desk staff were very respectful and nice. Always a plus!

The room smelled like moth balls. It was really bad. The a/c didn’t work. We would set it really low and it would always read that it was at 74degrees.

The house keeping never cleaned the room in the 2 weeks we stayed. You could ask for towels and wash clothes or for garbage bags and they would never bring them. Getting toilet paper was an act of Congress so we bought our own. They were paid with one card for the rooms and turned around and charged another card for the rooms and refused to give credit to us or refund their mistake. The hot tub was so dirty fish wouldn't be able to live in it. Wild boar even chased people including children at night in the parking lot and they didn't try to do anything about it.

This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day late due to cancelled flight (and called the hotel but they did not know how to log it in the system).
Don’t get me wrong: I liked the place and stayed there two times on my trip. Fix these and the hotel will be awesome.

It was a nice room but well used, the bed was comfortable and clean.Quite at night. Decent breakfast could have been a few more choices according to how it was advertised.

When we arrived to our room, we were greeted by trash and cockroaches. The man working at the front desk couldn't of cared less and just shrugged it off. We did receive a new room that was much cleaner. There are much better hotels in the area I would suggest to stay at those.

Bed was comfortable, shower was ok, bring your own pillows.
Breakfast was abismal, they’d be better off not offering anything than what was available. Sugary cereals, bad coffee, no fruit or yogurt.
Dinner at the Indian restaurant in the hotel was good.
