The BEST value in Nassau! A clean and comfortable room with no frills; Just across the street from Paradise Island and all its scenery. A lovely and well kept patio and pool area and a pretty decent free breakfast with delicious fresh fruit! Save your money and bring the family here! The passes to Paradise Island water park are included in your reservation! The best value ever!!!

Good location but very noisy. Had to turn on the noisy AC to cover up the slamming doors, music and talking from outside the room.

A much needed weekend get-away for me and my wife.

We did have some issues with our room when we arrived. We brought the issues to the attention of the management staff, and they were very kind to move us to a more improved, more updated and quieter space which we really appreciated. The breakfast was decent. There were eggs and it seemed they rotated sausage and bacon every other day. They did have fresh pancakes and fruit. We were there for the food and wine festival. The best part about the stay like most people have probably said is the free access to Atlantis, which is right across the street. Our room was clean, but this is not a resort for luxury. A few simple changes to some of the rooms could really make a difference for them to feel more updated. However, due to the location and the price we would definitely come back.

One star because of the access to Atlantis. Great benefit. Everything else, terrible experience. If you’re boujie, this isn’t the place for you. Check in takes forever, getting a wristband at Atlantis took forever (around 11am, try earlier). When I finally got into my room, it was about 80 degrees A/C was on but rattling and making little difference. Very dated interior. If you have small kids, it’s a long walk to Atlantis- take your stroller or get ready to carry kids and hear whining. Bright spot: bartenders at bar were nice.id you just want to do Atlantis at a discount and don’t care about the room, this is your place.

Convenient location near Ocean Club

My room smelled awful of mildew!
Front desk communication was awful. They could have given us better information about the use of Atlantis!
This was my 3rd…but last time at this Comfort Suites.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and engaging.
Location and amenities were top noch. Room was clean and confortable.
However, pool on property was down for 2 days which was a bit of a drag. Atlantis pools close at 5pm so no place for a swim after that.
Water pressure wasnt great but I have read that before. Not sure if that is an Island issue.

This hotel is in desperate need of a refresh! The staff is excellent but the building is tired!

Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. It would be nice if it had more variety.

The staff at check in were rude. I get they repeat the same info all day but if I have a question it should not ruin our day. The room is very outdated but clean. The walls are thin. Breakfast was not good. The only good thing about this hotel is honestly the amenities to Atlantis.

Very average hotel in need of a renovation. Room was old & tired. Air conditioner very noisy, toilet kept running. Odd smell at entrance to room. Tap water had a swampy smell and could not drink it. Had to take care of 1 very large cockroach in the bathroom at 2 in the morning!
Included breakfast was good but got repetitive by the 3rd morning.
Pool was closed for renovation which we were never told about before arrival. Very disappointing!
Close proximity to Atlantis & included wrist bands were the best thing about this place.
Overall, for the amount paid to stay here definitely expected better!

This property is an amazing value if you are visiting Atlantis at all for the free daily passes. I gave it a poor facilities/average rating as the pool was not open for the entire duration of our stay and was not communicated to us. We wanted to the use the pool on our last day as we didn’t fly out until 3pm. This was disappointing as we paid for these amenities. Otherwise the rooms were cleaned daily, the food in crusoes was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was extremely good too.

Rooms are outdated and old, ants in the room, beds are old and soft.

While this hotel is a little dated (safe didn’t work, water pressure/temps fluctuated) the property was clean and the staff were excellent! Plus you can’t beat free breakfast, $50 meal credit when booking for 3 days or more, and free access to Atlantis! Great girls get away!

The person (men) in the front desk when I arrived he was very nice, but today at the check out was a woman and she WASNT NICE - I wouldnt have a person like that because she don't know how to attend the clients. Bad woman. I was sad because of that. And i payed a lot of money for 1 day of stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so nice to us. Check in and out were easy and quick. I didn’t know that their pool wasn’t open due to renovations. However, the beach is super close and we had access to The Atlantis. I will be back.

Grounds lovely despite pool being renovated. Breakfast good with lots of choices. Staff helpful.

The location of the hotel was great. The rooms are dated the bathroom seems old, for the price of hotel and fees charge the rooms needs to be updated.

Rooms were just ok. Paradise Island- you feel safe and very high end. Overall a nice place. Good experience

This was a mid-range option on Paradise Island and was fine except that the pool was under repair when we stayed. There was no advance notice of this. The hotel does have an arrangement with the Altantis Resort next door which was a substitute but it is a fair walk over there and not the same as having the pool available at the hotel.

Definitely delivers value for price, clean and position, 5 minutes walking from the beach

It should have been communicated that pool was under repair and closed for the entirety of my stay. That being said you can access the amazing facilities at Atlantis. Clean, convenient and friendly staff.

The pool is being completely rebuilt, but no one mentioned this. No coffee available anywhere after 10:00. Toilets work very poorly. The staff at the front desk was polite and helpful, other staff were cold and unfriendly.

Rooms were dated and dull, and the room had poor doors and locks.
When we returned home, we had charges on our card that had not been used for 2 days. We had 600+ charges with no explanation for Majestic tours that we did not do. We never authorised these payments. emailed the hotel but have not responded

We had a very good stay at the Comfort Suites. We love the location. The staff was helpful and pleasant. It was a disappointment that the pool was drained and under construction, which was an unpleasant noise factor. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant was limited. I asked for a side other than fries and was told it was not possible. Otherwise, we were satisfied.

It worked for a quick one night stay

Pool was closed and the Safe in the room would not open, they said they would replace it but never did.

Easy walk to Atlantis
6.0
Pros
Close to Atlantis (3 minute walk to the front entrance)
Free water park access to Atlantis with our stay
Friendly staff
Clean rooms
Restaurant on site with yummy drinks
Rooms are large and have a couch and desk in them
Felt safe
Rooms have a small fridge that gets things cold quickly
Cons
Rooms were old and dated - don’t expect much
Requested a room on the first floor and got a room on the fifth floor with a view of a building
The hallway outside of our room smelt of fried fish and mould - yuck
Pool was closed down due to maintenance (which was advertised before we booked)
Taxi driver associated with the hotel drives a very old taxi that is a rough ride and he has to keep the trunk open with a stick.
Shower pressure isn’t great
Overall if my family and I were to stay again I would request a room with a view on the main floor close to the exit door for Atlantis. I would also bring my own pillow and ask for a bed topper. The location cannot be beat and after reading reviews about the flooding issues in Atlantis rooms I would most likely choose comfort inn again over Atlantis. It’s just like you are staying on the property.

As always the room and facility was extremely clean. Staff were all friendly, and courteous.

I booked a King-size suite for two, and they had me down for a double room superior with child.I never booked with a child.
The bed was very uncomfortable due to my husband and I are on the large & Tall size. The hotel stated they didn't have any King size suites for our stay. So it was a very uncomfortable stay for my husband 6oth birthday

It was a very convenient location and the access to the Atlantis that really made it stand out. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel itself was a little outdated physically and is an old hotel but not to the point that it that impact our trip. In general we recommend staying at it.
