It used to be our favorite, not any more. We had a late plane and was told no transport was available. We had been traveling for 16 hours from Tampa. The place has been sold to new owners. They don;t care. Try somewhere else. The bar and restaurant are closed

Some items were in disrepair including the mixing valve in the shower. I was disappointed to find out brealfast is not offered despite what the websote states. Pleased with the shuttle from the airport, however.

They do not have shuttle from midnight to 4 pm so if the last flight for Alaska Air is a couple of minutes late you will have to get a taxi. This is not advertised in their website. The pool is closed (it has never open after Covid) and it is still advertised that it has pool. Restaurant closed for renovations in March and it is still advertised as that it has restaurant. Rooms are dated, early nineties, that is 30 years old! Pay less and stay at super 8. Much, much better, even includes breakfast and you still get Wyndham points.

This property is near to the airport and walking distance to a few restaurants. Plenty of parking and some nice views of mountain. There was a smell that permeated thorughout the entire hotel however, and it just didn't seem as well maintained as other hotels in the area.

Had to walk with luggage from airport because our flight was late and I had called them to let them know that our flight was late and wouldn’t be there till after 12 and they told me it wouldn’t be a problem getting a ride. Than told me when I let them know we were ready for our ride that they did not operate between 12-4!!! Worst hotel ever!! Got up the next morning and apparently they were out of creamer and the rest was locked in an office that front desk didn’t have a key for!!! So no coffee!! Will never stay there again

We booked this hotel for the weekend for a family members wedding. I specifically booked this hotel because the Hotels.com listing said it had a pool and I have an active 11 year old that loves to swim. Apparently those closed in 2018 and it just never got updated. I will say the front desk staff was so kind and helpful but they did mention that the hotel had sold and would be closing soon for remodel. Definitely outdated and our whole floor had a very funky smell, but again the staff were great.

Bad customer service, replacement for broken coffee maker never arrives, the place is hot in the summer and they give you cheap fans, the halls smell like wet mop and rooms smell like feet, hair in the bathtubs, and supprise xrated porn when you turn on the tv. Shuttle is decent but don't expect a clean van or a smile..

The room was clean. The seat for disabled in the shower was way too low. The water never got warm. Had to hand bathe with cold water and couldn’t wash my hair. HOWEVER, the staff was very pleasant. The shuttle wasn’t being used, so they offered to drive us to and from the store that we wanted to shop at

Tv didn’t work. No restaurant or pool - they haven’t been running for years. The caulking was peeling on the tub and shower surround , holes in drywall , what looked like dry blood on the door

Hotel was clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Beds felt like concrete. Pool that was advertised was closed along with restaurant. Shuttle to and from town must be booked in advance cant just use. There was no housekeeping either. Overall just not worth it.

Dirty and very smelly. Our room smelled like someone had cooked a lot of food in grease. Staff was friendly. No where on the website or third party booking outlet stated that the pool had been closed since 2020. No where on the website or third party booking outlet did it state that the on site restaurant was closed due to renovations. This is a terrible motel and I will always steer anyone coming into Juneau away from this place. Corporate should know about this information. False advertising regarding the pool and restaurant. Extremely disappointing. I had many choices in the area and only chose this hotel for pool and restaurant convenience.

Stay was ok, some broken fans but room was decent and clean. The pool was closed and had been for sometime but is not mentioned on site. That was the primary reason I rented this place and couldnt even use it.

BED BUGS! Complained about bed bug bites and they said they would look into it ! Rude shuttle driver: I ran all the way to the other end of the walkway to meet the driver and asked him to pickup Grandma at the other end exit doors. She couldn't walk all the way to his vehicle. He made a rude comment about the inconvenience. I asked for another driver. He was the only driver.

The pool has been closed since 2019 and Hotels.com still lists it as having a pool. I have stayed there 3 times in 3 years and every time the restaurant has been "under remodel"

Not only was early check-in denied, but they were also not able to check us in until 1 hour after the official time of 3PM. Its website notes a restaurant. It closed in January 2023 for renovations. We saw nothing to suggest any renovations have started let alone been completed. Its website notes a pool and hot tub. Both were closed with no explanation as to why. The numbers of homeless panhandling for money and cigarettes were annoying. If you need your room cleaned, towels or sheets changed, don’t expect it to be done much before 3PM. We ran out of hot water twice. Late check out was denied. Overall, this property bears all the markers of a property in decline.

It's not fancy but it's perfect for that stopover in Juneau on your way to/from the ferry and airport. Clean, freezer facilities for fish and amazing shuttle service.

Was not told that breakfast had been discontinued. Had I known that would have stayed elsewhere, as that adds another $20 cost per day in Alaska. Carpet and lounge area furniture worn and dirty. Shuttle service exceptional though.

Room was dingey, didn’t feel clean, maybe even moldy. Shower was terrible. However staff was excellent and shuttle to airport was very prompt even thou the interior of Van seemed old and needs updating as does he whole property. I expected more from Wyndham especially for the higher price !

The motel is an old structure but lobby and room were clean. Could hear people talking in hallway and walking in room on floor above. The surrounding area was somewhat rundown. Within walking distance to several restaurants. The motel was very convenient to the airport. Would stay here again if in the area

The staff was super friendly and the beds were comfortable. Very clean, but the hotel is rather outdated and the rooms were a little warm for our taste. However there are fans in the rooms that help out.
