Wonderful family hotel. Location was amazing if going to Knott's Berry Farm, food options were excellent, and love a hotel with a bar. Absolutely no complaints, they even closed down the loud party happening at the pool on time and from a family traveling with kids that was very appreciated. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

First off Huge shout out to the Parking attendant, Andrea and the bar tender Wendy! The 3 of you made a part of this stay great. Now for how we REALLY feel about the stay. It was TERRIBLE! They’re working on the parking lot right now. So if you stay here from 04/04 til next week, expect to pay $20 a night for no parking and to be told “you have to move your car before 8am on certain days or they will tow it.” The rooms are very bad. STAY AWAY FROM 724 and 817. 724 needs the air conditioning fixed. When we told the front desk they said “crack the window until maintenance comes up.” Mind you, the window wouldn’t open also. Finally got moved to 817. It’s next to the elevators, so we heard knocking for the last two nights through the wall. All the noises from the hall, the elevator. Very thin walls. Also the water pressure sucks! Barely any, if no pressure at all. Also sink handle fell off when my wife went to wash her hands. Spoke to the Manager Jackie for some compensation for the last two nights of misery. She basically told me they have construction notices on the website “they don’t”, that the person who helped me put me in a room right away “they didn’t” and that since I was going through a 3rd party site “hotels.com” they can’t do anything more than waive the parking fee. So we paid $200 a night to go through all that and the manager tries to put me in my place. Well.. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN! rather just drive to the park then go through this again!

Our first time staying at Knotts Hotel and we loved it! The staff truly makes the difference here, as they were all friendly & helpful. The Velasquez family highly recommends staying here. Great staff, good food, comfort filled accommodations.

Knott's Berry farm hotel is so highly underrated! Even while under renovation, the hotel is clean, quite, and fully staffed. The food was great. Everything from the kids quesadillas, to the steak wedge salad. The house made boseynberry vinaigrette was to die for! The price was fantastic! It's only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel to the park!

All staff my family encountered were friendly and most helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and easy to access . Elevators were available when needed which was a plus. Overall, great experience!

I booked a single queen and was shocked to find our room was very small and sequestered to the end of the hall, by the stairs, and felt very sketchy. Ultimately, the room was very clean, and when issues arose, they were handled quickly. The breakfast from downstairs was great and service was quick.

We just needed a hotel to sleep. It was clean but Under construction, vending machine charged me $5.50 for a sprite no price listed was expecting to pay maybe $3.00 so I was shocked. Room was nice updated. Neighbors came back to the room and were kinda loud. But not the hotels faults bed was a little uncomfortable.

It started out a lil bumpy (we'd requested an accessible room) the request was put through to the hotel (via my hotels.com reservation), and was told there was no guarantee of my request until I confirmed with the hotel. When we got there, we were told the standard queen size rooms do not have accessible amenities. We opted to go ahead with the room to see if it would work for my disabled mother, but it did not. The next day we requested to be moved to an accessible room, which they were able to accommodate. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to my mother and I. The hotel was under renovation at the time, so there was a little of that going on in the lobby area, and the friend of the hotel entrance was not available for use, so we had to go around to the back which made entering into the hotel a little more difficult for my mother as she has mobility issues. But overall, stay was nice. The hotel was quiet, and again this staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

The hotel is very clean and easy to check in. The only two complaints I have: hotel guests have to pay to park even though they are staying at hotel. So wrong in my opinion!! Our room did not have any chairs or table to sit at. 😔.

The property is going through renovations but the updates are beautiful. The front desk service was very friendly and welcoming.

We probably would have a wonderful stay if it wasn’t for all the construction. One entrance in and out of the hotel was not ideal. We will have to revisit when the remodel is completed.
