Thought I had booked 2-queen beds; but got 2-full size….. they weren’t busy and did not offer to exchange them, she just said we only have full size…. But none of the hotels are convent for 90 year olds… tubs? Really? How about walk-in showers with hand rails and taller toilets, so one doesn’t squat to the floor- how do they get up then without help?

The room was clean, hard to get shampoo out of the little bottles. Door #3 doesn't lock on the outside of the hotel. Breakfast was a JOKE - coffee cold, nothing really warm. If you are looking for a hotel that includes a good breakfast this isn't it. Front desk & lounge staff super friendly. Food & drinks in the lounge excellent.

Overall seems clean. Hot tub has some busted out tiles. Breakfast appears to serve some hot items but not available at 6:15. Nice they serve breakfast 6-9 to get back on the road

Great for coming in late

The room is dark compare to the other Best Western hotel rooms. This hotel also tried to save bathroom amenities such as soap and gave customers only one. The desk chair is also dirty. Breakfast needs improvement. This is one of the worst Best Western stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Roosevelt Grand Dakota. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Our son enjoyed the pool.

Suite was clean and spacious. Bed was rock hard as were the beds in the standard room the kids were staying in. However for the price point we would definitely stay again.

Loved the pool and hottub...even though there were loads of kids, I had a wonderful soak with them.
I do not drink coffee, decaf or tea and would have really loved a hot chocolate option for breakfast.

The breakfast was pitiful with fake eggs a weird greasy sausage, white bread slices and a bowl of orange slices. The hotel is worn out and needs major renovation. Room had paint and plaster peeling, stained carpet bathroom tub didn’t drain & caulked over mildew along the tub shower wall, towel rack about to fall off the wall and an uncomfortable lumpy mattress.

This hotel was very poor for a Best Western. Breakfast was supposed to be included, from 6 to 9am. At 630 they started running out of food, and it was not replenished. Out totally by 7am.
Mold in bathroom, peeling wallpaper, dirty rug, bed uncomfortable.
staff was not responsive, no manager on site, or he was hiding.

Stay there every year for a golf tournament. Went to go have breakfast shortly after 8 am. There was nothing at all left but 2 pieces of bread and 1 scoop of scrambled eggs. Waited 15 minutes for more food to come out while 5 families showed up also disappointed. Left to go have breakfast elsewhere.

Friendly staff, dated but clean, continental breakfast was not too good, and the pool temp was good but water is not very clear and the shallow end is small and the deep end is 7.5 feet so not great for kids.

We checked in at 4, room not ready. Not enough toilet paper, very noisy wit the pool out side the door. Curtains falling down! Couldn’t reach the air conditioner. Had to get up in a chair… would never recommend or ever come back! It was terrible!

Tv remote only changed channels. No volume control or on/off functions.
Shower handle was broken and nonfunctional.
AC unit was very loud. I'd have turned up the volume on television but remote wouldn't work.

Property is dated. Our room had an old crooked TV and there was mold or discoloured marks on the ceiling. Would be nice if breakfast ran until 10. All in all, not a bad place to stop for a night. Wouldn't stay longer.

The room stayed in was spooky. I have video showing chair moving by itself.

I ended up staying at another hotel and I couldn't cancel because I prepaid on Expedia so I was out the cost of two nights. I left this hotel because the room smelled of mold and everything was damp. The carpet was extremely dirty. The front desk staff person was so rude when I checked in. The room rate was cheap, but I was not interested in getting sick from a gross smelling moldy room.

Rooms old run down. Old carpet, small bathroom, very few electrical outlets, no USB plug ins. Complimentary breakfast very lacking

The good: room size (two queen beds with desk, sitting chair, and space to move); the entrance (well kept and grand); the staff (friendly and helpful for those present); pet friendly ($25 one time fee); the bar (good drinks, good pub grub, popular spot in town).
The bad: the morning breakfast could improve by getting rid of the precooked nutrigrain waffles and instant eggs. Add a make your own waffle station and use real scrambled eggs or have hard boiled ones.
The ugly: this place has been expanded. The entrance and bar live up to the name Grand Lodge. The rooms and old restaurant area where the breakfast is served are dated and rundown. There is sloughing/peeling paint on walls in the common areas. There are missing ceiling tiles in the hallways. The carpets are worn and rinkling up. Our sink was cracked. Now the kicker, there is no cleaning staff that I was aware of. They don't come to your rooms. I never saw them in the common areas. The same crumbs on a common area table that we saw when someone ate take out Mexican food on day one were still there on day four when we checked out. I never heard or saw a vacuum go across any of the carpeted public areas. There was a pink straw on the floor on day one, yep it was there when we checked out. When I looked under my bed to find a sock I dropped, I saw a t-shirt that belonged to a previous guest.
This place has great potential and the staff that are present do care. But they didn't hire a cleaning team.

We stayed here two nights and loved it. It's pretty, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. We liked the lounge with several slot machines.

The room is affordable, and clean. Upscale lodging for decent pricing.

Half the lights didn’t work in the room and just overall dirty for the price.

I liked every thing about this hotel.

The place was decent for the price. The complementary breakfast was just ok nothing fancy. The staff was super nice. The only thing that was not good for me was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. That would really be the only con. They have a nice little bar inside of the hotel that I am told has amazing pizza.

The grout around the tub needs replacing.
The staff was lovely.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately there was black mildew around much of the caulking in the tub and the walls were a bit dirty. Overall the carpets needed cleaned and vacuumed. The location was easy to find off the freeway!
4.0
Definitely an older property but perfectly adequate. Few obvious maintenance issues needing attention but generally speaking the property is still in fine shape. The room itself was clean and well prepared. Location is very good. Accessible of the main roads but set back far enough to be quiet. .
